now the bid is creeping up...now at 52...
ok..I will settle for a 25% GAIN....
55 it is....hopefully the upswing will continue next week
you know, I don't want to be greedy, but wouldn't it be nice to have a last half-hour charge up to 60?
you mean 22%...now 54
bid 50
ask 51
30,000 at 50...that is a good start :)
I have a feeling someone will buy before someone sells today...
since the ask is now 50, would that be a gap up?
They actually made a PR out of it....

Thank you....
now at 48....you see, I go away for a week and we drop to the 30s...I come back and look what happens...so don't piss me off or I will go again....
I'm back...in short...surgery was a success...but pain management post-surgery bordered on the unconscionable.....too long to discuss..but wife is ok now...
the science in the article is different than what CYGX purports....in short we don't turn the gene off, we interrupt the process that leads to protein expression downstream of turning the gene on....
the article states, and I really can't say much on the science without seeing the scientific papers, that tumors somehow suppress p53 expression...and that upon reactivation of p53, it's normal function is restored. They seem to have generated a conditional knockout mouse that grows tumors, and upon giving the "drug" it unlocks the expression of p53 which leads to tumor shrinkage....the drug in this case is not a therapeutic drug, but a key to unlock the expression of p53, which was manipulated to not be expressed without the drug.
what I get is that it is just a lab trick showing that if you can reactivate the suppressed p53, then its function is restored....
I have been away in NYC...the wife has back problems...now scheduled for a triple fusion on Thursday..so, i will probably be away for a couple of weeks...so, here is my ra ra ra....

Is it your impression it is a DNA vaccine? Or is it written somewhere. TIA

Daily Commentary
Our system posted a BUY CONFIRMED today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 11.29.2006 (28) days ago, when the stock price was 0.7000. Since then CYGX has fallen -12.86% .
BUY-IF is confirmed by a white candlestick which has an open equal to the previous close but closing higher. The buying price is the previous close ( 0.6000 ) according to the Rules of Confirmation.
The recent bullish formation leading to the BUY-IF signal is confirmed today. The market is ready for a new bullish move. Though the market opened lower today, the day’s activity created a white candlestick that closed above the previous close. This is a valid confirmation criterion.
We hope that you acted quickly and already bought this stock . Your important benchmark was the previous close. You were supposed to watch the session carefully, feel its bullish tendency despite the lower opening, and go long after making sure that the prices stay over the previous close.
DOYLESTOWN, Pa. - Quigley Corp. said Thursday its herpes treatment was not effective in treating infections of the eye in an animal model, but that the drug maker's Quigley Pharma unit will pursue other uses for the treatment.
The company said animal tests to gauge the effectiveness of QR-435 against Herpes Keratitis, when the herpes simplex virus infects the eye, showed that the treatment did not remain in the eye long enough to penetrate the cells to get to the virus. The treatment has eliminated the virus on direct contact in other studies.
Quigley said it will continue developing the compound to treat respiratory viruses. The compound has also been shown to have an effect against influenza viruses, such as the H5N1 strain of the bird flu.
Fargofern...you weren't supposed to start drinking for the new year until Sunday.....
Have you tried a counseling group? LOL
My fault, I thought your point was an instance in which synDNA was not up to speed as conventional DNA, or as you put it, a theoretical reason why synDNA could not be as active as plasmid DNA.
Happy Holidays all....and a new year too
