$200 is one thing. If $1,000 takes me down to .19 than $200 isn't going to do shit. The only way to regain even with more money invested is for a pump to occur and hope it goes over .63 to cover me. That's not much more than a .11 difference.I have to put like $1,000 to get me in a half decent range and just don't have the cash right now.
Wito only went to one and said he didn't go inside. Pennysaver says something totally different about all three. This dude can verify the actual situation.
Hahaha. For a $G might as well check the local corner.
I definitely appreciate your time and help but if nothing happens then I will be way down. More than the $5 G's. Would, at the minimum, be down over $6 G's just to get to .1866 per share and would have to spend another $1 G to get to what one day may be a good selling point? Maybe? Just not worth it right now. I'll just sit and look pretty for the women that live down the street in hopes that one day I will have s:)x with them?
Drive by. Pennysaver lives around there and says all three offices are BS. One is a post office box at UPS store. One's a condo and the last is...I can't remember? I did some research and found that one may be an office but the other two locations are nothing but a P.O. Box and some BS building that they do not have a n office in so...? I don't know? I do take PS's word for it.
Take a picture of the buildings please. Make sure the name is visible in the pics. Verify, dude. Verify!!!!!!

I have 6,650 shares at .745/share. I may need more than it's worth to cost average down but you can certainly do the calculations. I appreciate your help. You can post it over this board. I have given enough info of my shares that anyone could find out if they really want to know. Saves the trouble.
I hear ya, Russ. I know I was harsh. Intended to be but in my defense, I never said the word "dead" in my posting.
I am in the .745 range. To get to the teens I have to spend much more than that, maybe? I'm not sure? I have not done the calculations.
I have been thinking about it but if it doesn't go up to where I need it, which is very possible, I have wasted more money. Even if it is only $200. Tired of wasting money on worthless David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster. They are manipulators and take advantage of anyone they can. They are crooks and thieves and professional con artist. I will say this, I have not issued the SEC complaints as I had informed everyone of. I will and I will pursue the hell out of it when they are issued. Maybe useless but it's worth more of my time than this piece of shit company and the two men, David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster who are not worth the air they breath. In other words, David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster should not breath anymore. Their lives are worth nothing more than the trash at the dump.
Ditto. I'm hanging in to "see what tomorrow brings."
You are sitting pretty good. It should go over .10 after a pump and you will at the least recuperate your loses and SHOULD make some extra cash as long as you sell before the dump hump. Now me on the other hand, not sooo lucky. May recuperate some but more than likely not all.
And what does that mean?? Spyder's pathetic, half-assed website is bad. Listing company's they are working with is not a good thing. Plus, where is any of their results since they joined? Nowhere
Word to your lovers
That's not bad at all. I bought at .745/share and didn't average down my costs. That's bad.
Post from Russ today on NSL;
"And all you have said from the beginning is that it is a scam and a pump and dump, which is clearly wrong. It is a real company that sells products and is trying to grow. From reading PUMPS AND DUMPS, you should be able to recognize a Pump and Dump when you see one. NSL is going through growing pains and is making painfully slow progress. That does not mean that it is a scam. Also, read the 10K. It certifies that David and Peter have never committed a crime or sold any shares. You still have not answered my request to you to supply evidence that they ever committed a crime or dumped shares or took money besides their salaries. All you have is a list of companies. So what? Bottom line. I will eventually make a lot of money, you will still be complaining about David and Peter."
Hmmmmm Let's not forget that settlement out of court for ripping people off with their vacation company?? Or did you forget??
Personally I am tired of hearing your analysis when it's so far off and has been since you started on this message board. By the way, the stock is under .04 again and will dive down as did all the other company's associated with Southridge Partners II, LLC. I am only guessing you didn't read the SEC suit against the Southridge CEO, Stephen Hicks? Just a guess by the way you are seeing one of the latest SEC filings.
Goooooo Ooooo's!!!!! Love Baltimore!!!! Love Saint Augustine, FL tooooo!!!
These small loans end up equaling nearly a million dollars!!! What are you possibly trying to say now? What do you really think they are going to use these loans for?? Nothing so far and they have received over $150,000 and using it for nothing at all. It's sitting there. David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster are setting up for a third party pump or to drain the company by converting loans to shares and dumping the company. That's it. Their loan money has done nothing thus far sooooo.......what are you looking at??
You have been here for nearly a year. You have seen this shit fail and since then, you have continued to defend David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster. Your most recent statement was that this stock will not go down below .04. You must have miscalculated something in the masses of great information you have supplied to this board?
I hope to go down to Clearwater to buy a little run about boat by the end of Sept. I will look for that fat fudger and spit in his face. Afterwards, will...
After reading that, this stock is doomed to fail more miserably then we have gone through thus far. Nothing by the end of August means nothing at all for the duration of the company.
What!!! That's not your standard regurgitation I have heard you post. Now I can't see how you are possibly supporting this move? Sometimes you just don't.........
You're pulling a Rynestone. It's actually 4 - 5 months. Don't know where you are getting 3 months? How are you in mathematics? Don't try to sugarcoat something that's not as close as you wish.
FG, do you know when these loans were issued? If recently, then these company's may also be setting up for P&Ds later this year and the CEO's are readying themselves for the BANG? Maybe not?
The $20 mil is nothing but a mention at this point. Just a number thrown out to keep the investor's happy. Right now the $20 mil is only $75,000 and means very little until something positive happens.
David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster are doing something very shady and this is not going to help it.
I WAS thinking these conversion loans are a way that P&Ds ready themselves for a pump and take themselves out of the equation, wink, wink? Then the company's associated with the conversion loans pay for the pumps to maximize their loans as conversions and the CEO's walk away with what the pump has brought in from all these small loans they received to separate themselves from the pumps and dumps?
Eventually, these small loans equate to around $600,000 to a million to pay for the pumps?
Here's another one of David Saltrelli's excellent associations he's partnering with just like Wakabayisi and Archer which are both directly associated with pumps and dumps as David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster are. These guys run in packs to create walls to hide behind.
This is just a quick search too;
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/litreleases/2010/lr21709.htm
David Saltrelli is unloading his personal shares as he has stated to you. He doesn't want to get stuck with them and wants to pump. He's not selling them or trading them. He's unloading them in a very sneaky way. David Saltrelli is a professional con artist and that's is that.
Which stock are you referring to? That will help me do some more in depth DD.
Has to be a setup for August pump? Nothing else. David Saltrelli is starting to get his ducks in a row for an August pump.
David Saltrelli does know what he's doing. He's doing exactly what he was anticipating on doing from the get go.
Not me but what the hell does any of this have to do with NSL unless you guys are praying for David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster to get off their asses and do something.
Word
What the hell is RAFF?
Now that's funny!!!!
Took the words right out of Roger Waters mouth!!! Yee Haw!!!
What are you talking about at all??? I didn't say anything about 10-K filing so.....? Thought you didn't want to argue anymore, Russ?? Surely doesn't seem that way to me? Especially when you are attempting to start an argument when nothing was said? Defending David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster again. Have you looked at the numbers lately? Not looking good at all. What's your rationale, Russ?? Wow Russ, for not wanting to argue anymore you brought up a posting from 2 weeks ago and your response didn't go over very well.
You are right. The company is real but who the hell in their right mind is going to buy a $3,500 vacuum when you can get a Dyson or Hoover for $400.00 and works excellent.
I'm trying to figure out what Silver King bought from NSL? A certificate or two? Or like 100? 2 means nothing.
$3,500.00 vacuum? Bullcrap!!! Who the hell is going to buy a $3,500.00 vacuum? They don't even make them anymore!!!! The f#*king thing looks ancient and a piece of crap to boot!!!
It's a damn blue shop vac and that's all for a mere $3,500.00. This is another one of David Saltrelli and Peter Schuster's crap in the hole ideas to hide their pumps and dumps. The two pieces of dog, horse, sheep and mule crap are dirty little cheap F*^king pieces of dirt in a ball of mud. If I saw David Saltrelli or Peter Schuster on the street in Boca Rotan I would spit in their faces!!!!
Can anyone tell me what Silver King bought???
So what!!! Do you know who they are?? NO. You know why?? Because they don't exist except as a name.
"Silver King International has no known officers. The company's line of business includes Ret Household Appliances."
What did they sell them??? Does anyone know at all?
