Excelent Oil, not Standard Oil. Hope, that the drillings will be successful, though.
Looks nice for today.
But we are still in the green for today.
Sounds good.
Hopefully you're right.
Thank you, sibware:
Trading Symbol: BAYP

Interesting.
Do you think it will happen under this Ticker symbol?
Yes, 1.5 Bil shared issued and sold, according to the company report, until the end of 2013. Then, in 2014, a reverse split decreased the outstanding shares, and company increased the stock shared by authorizing up to 700 Mil. new one. (probably not yet outstanding, but not quite sure about this).
Very well.
Good idea, and not to forget what dividends were paid since that time.
The personal credit services and other financial services from GE are an intergral part of their business, and mostly profitable.
Yes, some advanced "interest" to the end of today's session.
Have somebody read the detailed describtion of the Genta case parties before the court? I have found a site, where the parties involved read the following:
Genta Incorporated
200 Connell Drive
Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922
UNION-NJ
Tax ID / EIN: xx-xxx6866
aka Genta Development Ltd.
Source: http://business-bankruptcies.com/cases/genta-incorporated
Is the Genta Development Ltd., a British business entity, also in bancrupty before the Delaware court, or is the US Genta Company now under direction of Genta Development Ltd.?
I know from former DD, that Genta has a british subsidary, which is responsible for all paper works regarding the submission and market approvals for drugs developed by Genta, regarding the European Medicinal Agency.
Don't be too negative on it. This stock as an OTC stock resembles real volume of most OTC stocks. That's a good sign. Only experienced traders or ppl who make a little more DD will step in here.
299 better than Zero. We have had some days with zero volume in the past.
The diversity of their business makes this stock somehow more stable than others.
So you are awaiting more results in 2015? Maybe the annual company report gives a more detailed outlook. But I also hope, that we get some more results in the 3rd quarter 2014 report.
Let's hope on release of news next week. If the news are good, even much better.
I think there have been much worse performing stocks. High in 2014 at 27.44 (January 15, 2014) and low in 2014 "only" 23.95 (on October 23, 2014)
Some light is shed here:

Quote: "James L. Porter will serve as the President while Louis Porter will serve as the CEO of the surviving company." So Louis Portes seems to led a company, which was left without any assets.
There have been a transfer of assets to Exit Only, and what happend there was already discussed here.
Thanks, that's my opinion anyway.
Yes and no, I don't know right now.
Another company report should be due, soon. Maybe that sparks a little bit of trading volume. Today's volume was low again.
What has the SEC to do with him? All what I remember is, that another Mr. Porter, not the CEO of Bayport Holdings International, was involved with some caims against him before a court. That Porter had been involved with a similar named Bayport Corporation.
Lol, obviously not today. But also not in the past couple of month.
No information available for the micro cap ethical prize? Or just was he nominated one year ago, or so?
HHHhhhm, low volume again toady.
No decision yet. I don't know either.
Shareholders are hoping on that
Maybe we see a little run again, but it will primary depend on how the business is going.
Good idea, just hold and collect dividends, hopefully also for a longer period.
Interesting, Jonnycomelately9, about your statement concerning the PR.
They have changed the PR company one year ago, and the PR, especially their homepage and the presentation on ihub became better, for my understanding.
I do not know, if more PR would cause an improvement in PPS. Maybe for short-time traders, more PR is the thing they pay attention of. More PR means more interest, but does it change any fundamentals?
About the mining thing some other companies are/were active in the same region. I have not visited the site, therefore I can't judge it.
So hopefully the case comes back to the judges desk. He probably also has to manage the latest hearings of deptors and trustees.
These fees are related to the patent application and the patent examination processes. Patents only has to do with the patent office, not with the court and the pending chapter 7. Chapter 7 is decided at the bancruptcy court in Delaware. What reasons are hindering the court, to announce a decision about the Genta case?
Call the trustees and tell them, they have to pay the outstanding court fees, so that the judge will make a decision about chapter 7.
Yes, thank you indesdefilia, I noticed it, especially on the key patents on Tesetaxel. That also means, that investors like GFV LLC transfers the right back to Genta. These investors hold a strong position in Genta, and this might indicate, they know what Genta does or should do with these patents.
Yes, I agree, Bayport is doing what is in their shareholders interest.
Don't mix up up and confound those Porter's, which have a similar name, but are different people.
