ICPA- You said it whole heartly! I agree, it is a sleeper, investors are waiting for the filings! When steve says some thing, he means it mostly! We will be on nasdaq if investors get the price up there! They will have the financial proof and market value there, but they can't put icpa on nasdaq untill invrstors get it there!

The deal for Travel Tech with Clear Channel Airports will launch on June 1st. Steve said that between the contract and the 50% cut of Ad revenues will come to approximately 49 million per year. I asked Steve how many years the contract was and he told me, “they wanted to do a one year contract,” he smiled and said “I got 4 years out of them!” I was wowed a little bit but something that I could definitely expect from Steve.

ICPA is setting up for a big 3rd Quarter and Steve expects $2 and the Nasdaq sometime next year. Also there is going to be big news in the coming weeks that we shareholders don't know about yet, different from Clear Channel Airports deal. Steve wanted to tell me but because of insider trading rules he couldn’t. He did say we will be all very happy people when we find out!

Aug and sept should be hot!!!!! The fall t.v. shows start! It is alot more than punch t.v, there are others! Do a serious DD!

He has filed the paperwork!(application) Yes octqx exempted icpa on a few of the rules to be on octqx exchange, steve or icpa is paying 5 grand for application and 15,000.00 a year on octqx, how many penny stock does what steve does? Hardly any, icpa is a real company and one of the few that will make it big if investors get it big!!! GLTA!

Yes it has become some what a comical!!! That is why I don't push the stock hard anymore, cause rapid rise will cause problems in my knowledge!

Others want me to promote the stock, no, not for the short term flippies, oh, yeah, there are lots of longs, some of em caused of me! I know potential when I see a real company and a real stock! I got all year and next!

It is a long term play! Others long termers have thier shares vaulted like I do! I'm loving it, remember the saying, rise slowly upward in price with ic places and bore the others, the other two stocks I got into today are some what like mining stocks, but mm behave themselves there also, been watching them!

It is a quick double or triple for me in those plays! Oh yeah, I watch all the promos too, both of em were promoted twrice in the last year in day promos, only thing is, I'm already in and the gtc's are set

Maybe a half a penny a week would be fine by me, but we all know it is going to rise more than that do to what we know! I could of sold all my shares last time it went up and have a log house on a lake plus new truck and boat and perhaps a rich wife! LoL! But I didn't cause I know it is gonna go big!


That is why I have said for months, I got all year and next, my goals are set high and ICPA will get me there! That is a promise, but stock holders haft to get it there!

It is good to see the board settle down but still knot reknewing my subscription, plus get 15 posts a day anyhow, but why pay for something when I never have computer time anymore due to work!

good guess, the q on 15th! the octqx should be around 30 to 40 days from july 21st!, that is when I first read about it, but was working long hours, might of came out a day or a few days before that date!

LoL! I'm greedy! Goal NASDAQ by Christmas Dec. 2013 ! First the upgrade to OCTQX shortly as expected, remember Steve got the call from them, that they can qualify for the up grade due to timely filings and Etc.
They gave ICPA the exemptions to be able to up grade! When was the first report of up listing? He mention about 30 to 40 daysm can't be far away from it! Buy and Hold! Let me find it!

It appears based on conversations with the exchange that we meet the requirements to move up. This level is not based on current share price but on reporting and disclosure.

An area this will make a big difference is with with "Blue Sky". “Blue Sky” laws are securities regulations that govern the offer and sale of securities in each U.S. state and territory. Each state has its own unique Blue Sky requirements, designed to protect investors against fraud.

The 630,000 registered securities representatives from the 4,400+ FINRA-member broker-dealer firms in the U.S. are unable to solicit and have regulatory restrictions on accepting orders in a security from investors in a state where that security is not Blue Sky compliant.

There are only 385 firms on the exchange, due to paying to be on the exchange which I believe is 15 thousand a year plus 5 grand for application to be listed!

Very well, IMO, ICPA is a GOLD MINE! Just look at how far they have come since last annual, better yet, since they did move to HOLLYWOOD CALF. last Sept.

That was just through the contacts that samblis has, I research the parkers last fall, wow 20 plus years in the inner circles of hollywood!

then they were getting a better understanding of Hollywood workings, started production(S) of a few things, now since april after expanding thier viewerships base to well over 300 millions that ICPA can reach, what have they done, I can't even bring up all the goodies! All I can say is better and bigger!

Way under valued, Now with the move that is expected shortly to octqx! Should be able to fly north at a good clip!

Things take time, in upgrades there are hiccups, taking longer, the cc rep response to me was not a date, but in the near future!
She said icpa is a content partner, should be out in future shortly!

That is a massive project upgrade cc is doing, lots of tech stuff involved, we all like to be perfect, like in what we, me I do, projects should be completed by stated time, but I or we don't control delays like weather for one! In same regards!

Plus with all the other shows and exchange upgrade, wouldn't doubt new long termers get involved banking on long term, that is why I say save a few just in case, you might thank me later! Cheers!

I havn't been following anything at all! Been working long hours and 6 days a week, except for one rain day, get home, sack out within an hour! Today, we are off do to equipment repairs and moving them to another job site, one truck driver to move three big equipment on low boy truck, all day job! I'm so frickin tired right now even!

LoL!, they must of gotten real jobs to put food on table!

Oh, yeah, my account is growing, have no plans know to sell any, they wanted to play games, fine, I added over 570,000 last week!
Off today, equipment repairs and haft to bring low boy in to move oven, fine by me, one less day of straight time, work on saturdays anyhow for 8 hours at about 40.00 an hour!Needed a day off, sunday, had to do laundry and stuff!

Like yesrerday, I'm sitting with my bid at a price, they know if they try, I'm getting them, so up they went instead of thier games!
