last night - during the football game - between the 3rd and 4th qtr - the Genstrip commercial started for about 5 seconds. then whoever was running the channel control room went to another commercial - wow - no1 would know unless they have already seen the commercial - since in the beginning there is just 2 people and music. lol
I was able to have it work on that search.
Patent? in USA - I see the numbers above in the header - are they finalized? When would we expect this completions> thoughts?
In NY, and on Long Island, the Utility Company, did not want battery storage - they are costly and reduce your returns. Replacement life at about 5 years or so. I just got my bill for my 2400 sq foot house - for $52 this month. I am GRID Tied - and even on cloudy days I produce electric. GLTU
You should stop in and discuss that install with the homeowner - on the East Coast - we like these conversations - and you pick up a lot of information - GLTU
I installed panels on my home in July 2009, I am part of the demand for these things. Have not heard any1 else on this thread make that claim - many homes around my area are also doing same - BUT the cost for entry into this savings area is high. My systems would of cost $50K and I would Not of done it - but my install was subsidized by US Gov and my State thru credits. Even with significant improvement in construction of panel - I would not replace - I would just wait for the 20 year life to be consumed. I see business in New Jersey taking acres of fields and mounting hundreds of panel on poles - so I see the trend to install more commercial - and I see that increasing. These are just my observations. The recent company planned buy that firm looks to reach only 1 state. It is just like my contractor on the East Coast USA - who installed my system. - like my installer reaches 3 states due to their proximity to the states. GLTU
Have you been able to determine how they purchased the firm? Like exchange of stock? or Loan? The balance sheet does not show that cash - just looking for more info on this aspect? Thank you.
1 more question - I do not see how they funded the company buy? they do not have assets on books nor cash - was their more dilution - thoughts? thank you in advance.
thank you for the reply
GL
so far - they have no 3D working installed item -and with the MONEY TV item are a year away - before some1 manufactures it. So we are just running on "hope"? at this time?
GLTA
I have 29 panels on my house - right now since July 2009 - how many here already have panels and understand the usage?

Not a shareholder as yet - I'll look over the comments herein.
GLTU
"A" could u be paid by J&J to bash - for no reason? It's been 1 sided since u came here - beyond reason (maybe) - or maybe yet a tactic by the lawyers? GLTU u'll need it!!
I have all of these checked "on" - I got no such email - maybe A as a moderator needs to talk with the IHUB moderator to find out why two people Got this and what looks like 20 did not.
LOL
Just buy the stock and relax.. why fight $$$
You must be on the wrong IHUB list - I did not get the email u said you got- I went back to 11/5/13 where I got this 1 "Now is perfect time to look at (AEGA)?"
BUT nothing on DECN - maybe ur on the wrong list?
thank you - perfect
nice accounting summary of that event.
GLTA
It seemed like abit ago we were talking about the bond and the company's increase into the coffers from J&J for its business development [not the revolving credit line] - now it is no where to be found - is this off the table? Anyone have / saw any info on this?
I understand your restricted shares and mine are in 1 BIG certificate at Schwab - and they will not break the 1 big certificate without a $500 fee at Schwab. all in all it makes no sense to do anything with the restricted shares - I have a few I found at the salvation army store also in certificate form - Schwab indicates when the stock price goes to say $10 or more and they move to another exchange - schwab at their expense may break up this 1 big certificate. Schwab holds a few big certificates from the years since 2006-2009, as I am told GLTU
In the stock USA markets - there are a lot of good company's that release news - DECN announcements are the same as all those - except they never release PR's like a lot of other companies do on just vapor - I have bought stock in this firm, the glass half full looks very promising here - sometimes when you get so far into the weeds - you miss the big picture GLTA
Are you suggesting the DECN Board will not approve this deal? for the November final? - this looks very nice - coupled with our LOW Float - "the Company has received a Term Sheet Agreement for a $12.5 million revolving credit line from Alpha Credit Resources, LLC, a division of Platinum Credit Management LP of New York, NY. The new $12.5 million credit line will be totally equity free (no share dilution) and when matched with the company's current 1.8X sales turns per month (velocity), this credit facility will finance company sales of its GenStrip product line through $250+ million annually. The closing of the credit line and initial take-down is subject to DECN Board approval and the usual and customary documentation required for commercial credit and is expected early in November."
Is there any other penny with so much potential? I think not. GLTA
Alydr - we could assume that if what you say is so - that you paid for this to happen. The trend of your posts over the last 2-3 mo. suggests negativity - by chance with all the 2-3 mo growth - did you buy any? GLA
Description at Diabetes Store.com is written very well -
http://www.diabetesstore.com/productdetails.asp?product=GENST50&catname=InsulinandSyringes
exactly, I would not, and agree with your statement but when a filing comes in at 1.6 million shares against 21.1 million outstanding - that is sizeable. After listening about some aggressive growth funds "bull pen" activities by acquiring a starting position then adding more as they watch the performance of the initial investment, would seem to me - there may be more purchases than this as their situation in their view develops. It will be interesting to watch over the next few years. GLTA
not only that - they may be one of the top 5 largest shareholders with a voice now into mgmt. decisions. GLTA
Agree!! GLTA
picked up shares at .085 and .0999 gltu
I also started a position today to mirror my ITMTF holdings.. GLTA
Thanks, good article. GLTA
reasonable north of $35 gltu
Nice writing - you are very good at this. Thank you
One year in the far past - the major shareholders got together to vote and had 51% of the vote - other shareholders were not given a chance to to vote - since 51% already chose the next step. I believe this was around a R/S- but not sure - maybe someone else can shed some light here? So my point is - if 51% vote on something - it really makes no difference about your 1 share or your 100,000 shares - it depends on who the large shareholders are now after this week and if they can agree. I believe we have about 21 million outstanding and some1 post the volume this week was 11 million - depends who the new large shareholders are and what they think. GLTU
yes, they do..
we have been blessed with a few large shareholders up to now - who have acted in best interest of all - BUT the volume has brought in a new crop - and it could easily be one or 2 people buying to gain the most shares for any decision - the past large shareholders may no longer hold that position based on the volume in the last week. time will tell.
worth the repost from June 2013 - and still very true:
Small Cap
My final pick is so small you really have to wonder why it’s a public company. Decision Diagonostics (DECN) is a little-known, California-based business whose primary product could rock Johnson & Johnson’s (JNJ) world. According to Forbes, DECN’s Pharma Tech Solutions subsidiary has a test strip product called Genstrip that’s designed specifically for JNJ’s LifeScan Ultra glucose monitoring meters. Over the past decade, JNJ has sold something like $5 billion worth of meters; the test strips are used anywhere from two to eight times per day and selling for $1.25 a pop. DECN, whose own product was approved by the FDA last November, sells for about half the J&J product’s cost, prompting the healthcare giant to sue.
JNJ practically has a monopoly on this market. However,
if DECN is able to successfully get its product into the hands of those who need it,
it will simultaneously save diabetes patients money while
making investors rich.
Currently trading around 24 cents, let me remind you that this is an entirely speculative investment, and because of its low trading volume should only be dealt with using tight stop-losses. Do not consider it for your retirement portfolio.

FYI,, just checked my broker account to make sure "my shares can not be borrowed against", if you have not done this lately - you may want to make sure. GLTA
**Potential** agree with you - we are looking at the high range of your estimate - good job management!!
own ITMTF and looking to buy in here - just waiting on new funds to come in once my DECN hits in the dollars range. GLTA
