To be clear, I don’t mean to mitigate the risk here. Custodianships are very high risk, especially before they have been awarded by the courts. Any money put here should be considered a lotto investment. Once custodianship is granted, a larger valuation should occur, as a good deal of risk is removed. No one on these boards is privy to the information that will form the judge’s decision in this matter.
Good luck to all that have investments here. I have a small purchase, and will increase the size when and if custodianship is granted.
Stockholders here were not “fine”. Stockholders here had dead money, with no prospect of future increase. They were bag holders! Sharp has given these share holders hope. Any argument against this is ridiculous. A person can make all the assumptions they want over what current owners MIGHT be doing. The truth is, the have done NOTHING, for YEARS.
Let’s see if they can come up with those filings. Those filings would have to show where all the money went after the asset sales. They may not be so eager to show that. If the asset sales were spent and not used to increase shareholder value, the judge may award custodianship to Sharp regardless of filings. Next week will be very interesting.
...and GS loves to drop news AH!
Nothing like allowing yourself to sleep in a bit. Holding with full confidence!
I think what Sharp meant was that no 'newly formed Twitter accounts' would be approved. He's not blocking all users from following him.
Got to love it!
Added today.
Yup, everyone knows where this is going. We’ve seen this play out before.
If any investor can’t see the accumulation occurring here, then they are blind as a bat.
Right there under his “likes”, on Twitter! Good job Hokie!
GVSI showing its’ strength.
I love The Oakland A’s, always finding the gems that everyone else seems to overlook.

What investors have to realize is that the rules for OTC listings have changed. Any company that is dark, or not current in their filings will be moved to the grey market in September.
This new rule also changes the dynamic of custodianships, as the primary legal argument to assume control of a shell company is the new custodial owners will add beneficial value to the existing stockholders.
Companies are listed on the grey market/ specialist market to dissuade retail investors from putting their money into these stocks as they will now be considered too high risk for the average investor.
WHICH MEANS any dark or non current stock is ripe for custodial takeover, as the new custodian will make the shell current, keeping it out of the grey market, and thus adding share holder value.
Any attempt to contest a custodial takeover must show a legitimate attempt to bring the company current. Which can be expensive, and time consuming.
My thinking is that the shell MEIL, which is dark, had all it's assets sold years ago, had all it's officers resign years ago, and has languished on the OTC for years with no attempts to add a new business, or update and sell the shell, would be thrilled to be taken over by a custodian such as Sharp.
Immediate value has already been brought to this shell by the petition, and will increase 10 fold once the custodianship is granted.
The current owners of MEIL, who undoubtedly still own shares in the company will make far more money just going along for the ride, than they would make by bringing the shell current themselves and selling it.
It is just logical.
Seriously...
Lol ..Unbelievable.
MEIL management resigned long ago, and do you understand what a market cap is?
Lol, so now you know what the incoming company will do to the share count as well. Wow. Unbelievable!
It's simple math. I know many "hype traders" prefer to dive into high risk/ high volume bloated stocks like DIGAF and IMNPQ. Unbelievable!
I prefer low share counts with legitimate possibilities like MEIL.
The market cap is what is relevant.
