Canaccord downgraded SGEN and upgraded AMRN.. unfortunately both are down for them. seems to me, their clients are underweight SGEN and over weight AMRN.. welcome to the dirty world of wall street .. canaccord is just a small dirty little fish of wall street..

Can you tell why do you care so much for FCSC longs? You seem to be caring a lot for the FCSC longs for quite a bit of time, can you tell why? if investor freak is in love with this stock than you seem to be hating this stock , Right!!!!!

Yes, i agree he should not have put Br 757 on ignore list as i think he is a great poster and very good contributor, that,s his decision, so i can not interfere with that.

what FCSC managment has done till now is to some extent unresonable, but i also think instead of giving fluff PR and giving false promise, it,s good to be quite and do some real work. considering technology they have and the team they have , i still think FCSc will do well long term. it's an infant stage company , it takes time to develop the company, it does not happens over night. Pernock has 1.6 million reasons to care about share price long term as he holds 1.6 million shares himself. Short term, i dont care what happens to the company.

AMRN, gave lots of promise to investors about patents and buyouts. I made a bunch in AMRN. See they are at 10 $ from 19 dollars post ANCHOR results. if the management does not do something early to keep up with the investors promise , than AMRN will pay the price .. instead of shouting and yelling at CNBC,, they should do the real job and that,s what FCSC managment is doing right now IMO.

Till now there is no validity score for acne scar results. Fcsc made there own score with the advise from Jean Novak . They have said that after approval they will be under discussion with the FDA about validity of the acne scar score and spa. That news can come today or it can come later.

You will see that! I believe this just because the CFO is with the company since 2005 . The company went bankrupt and he is still with the company he knows better than most guys what went wrong. Pernock left his look job At glaxo to become CEO . Ms. Jean is FDA advisor. Everything looks solid for this baby it should be tough ride or may be loosers ride , I can not predict. But with all this, I still think it's worth taking risk .

One thing I learned hard way is never chase biotech .. You have to enter very very early .. Or u don't enter at all.. It gets very risky with biotechs once it had made big forward run up.

Surprising to me is that FDA is still allowing agn to continue ugly medical practice, very sad.

it needs to hold above 0.60 with high volume and definately above 0.75 ( 200 day moving average) after that.

crossed the resistance of .60 with high volume, next major resitance is 0.75 , 200 day moving average and after that 1.0.

At this point all speculations are futile IMO.

Company has said that they will come up with more information in late august, so let,s wait for that. Let's be patient. when ever i get frustrated with the stock price as it is, i look at the FCSC management resume and it,s future potential, burns, acne scar, dental to name a few. It gives me mental reassurance to some extent that i am not with wrong company ( yes, recent financing was aweful IMO also).

I have locked in my shares and i will wait it out.

FCSC outperformed the market today. LOL..

One job added on the fcsc website. previously it were six and they are seven jobs Now. Also they added news release of financing on there website which was not there before.

i think this is the answer to your question Rickkk. they can not legally do what you are asking if laviv is still under review by FDA!
