Looks like somebody sold too early and is now throwing a fit and trying to get the pps down to buy back in. LMAO
Wow...nice find. Now I have to decide if I should try to load more at the open or wait and hope the MM's do the amateur hour shakedown and try to get some a little cheaper.

Bring on the news after hours today. Then all of today's sellers can chase it tomorrow.
we actually touched 0.0058 this afternoon, just couldn't hold it.
looks like another shakedown
lunch hour over 005's getting hammered
I have Kaspersky AV 2011 and didn't get any warnings.
I just wanted to get people thinking that there is a very good possibility that this first well could produce considerably less than 3000 barrels daily. While it is possible I think it is highly unlikely. People would be setting themselves up for a giant letdown if they start believing some of the numbers being thrown around here. I think your guesstimate of 100 bopd is more realistic and in the ballpark of what our expectations should be. If you went into the coming week expecting a PR for a well producing 3000 bopd and see it is actually only 30 bopd instead would you be more inclined to buy more or would you sell? I just don't want to see a mass sell off next week because people's expectations were exaggerated and unrealistic. I'm not trying to rub anyone the wrong way or be Mr. Negative, just trying to be realistic. GLTA
I found a quarterly activity report from 2006 for Pryme Oil and Gas Inc. They own a percentage of 22 oil wells in the La Salle Parish area of Louisiana. The same area our company is currently drilling in.
http://www.prymeoilandgas.com/downloads/PrymeASXMediaAnnouncement28July06QuarterlyActivityReport.pdf
The LaSalle Parish Project production is close to 15,000 barrels of oil per month of which Pryme’s share of this is approximately 1,400 barrels of oil per month.
It would be great if we could find out some production numbers from some of the wells and companies in the surrounding area. That would at least give us an idea of what we could possibly see.
Capacity varies quite a bit. The tanker trailers in the following link hold 17000 gallons or about 310 barrels.

I've seen it mentioned in a few posts about the well possibly producing 3000 barrels a day, while it is possible I find it unlikely. I'm not an expert or familiar with the area or production from the surrounding wells so I won't even try to guesstimate a number. I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade I just think that we should try to be a little more conservative when speculating on possible production numbers. Has anyone even considered the well could be a duster?
Happy new year everyone. Have a safe weekend and see you on Monday.

Yep, they're just fishing for suckers.
We just need some blockbuster news and then we squeeze CSTI like a pimple.
Agreed...it blasted off on only 500K volume. Only 33 board marks as well, so I think its still under the radar. Lots of upside, looking forward to the coming days.
Wow...I'm sure glad I got in yesterday. Thanks
They're just trying shake out the weak hands and stop loss orders. IMO
Wow, 80K buy @ 0.12. Some big buys and big money coming in this morning.
Good morning everyone, I grabbed a small position at 0.11 yesterday. GLTA
Been watching that on the sidelines trying to decide when to get in
Looks like Minnesota maybe?
Until we get an 8-K everything is pure speculation. My guess its a new company, maybe partnered in some way with Doxnon Mobile. Since its called SKY Digital perhaps they'll be selling Doxnon's cellphones, tablet PC's etc. JMO
In order to meet the minimum share price requirements for Nasdaq, many companies will conduct a reverse split. This is perfectly acceptable to the exchange, and the post-split share price will be evaluated accordingly.
Using a reverse split to raise the share price and obtain an uplisting is a very positive sign for a company and is much different than companies that use a reverse split to prevent being delisted. Once again, the confusion relates to delisting as opposed to uplisting. Many people who don't focus on uplistings only encounter reverse splits in the context of companies that are trying to stave off a delisting, so in many people's eyes a reverse split is a sign of a troubled company.
For the relative few of us focused on uplistings, a reverse split is typically the first catalyst that attracts attention to the potential uplisting and is considered a very good event
Hmmmm...maybe they're not out to screw us over as much as I initially thought. Oh well I'm gonna try and not worry about this until sunday or monday. Good night everyone and have a safe and merry xmas.
I can't find any info on the new company. Maybe its a new startup from the ceo.
Example
You have 200 shares of company and each share is valued at $1. After the split you will have 1 share valued at $200. No change in the market value of your holdings until the share begins trading.
I guess the new company decided against giving us a present for christmas and chose to screw us over instead. Boo...this sucks.
I laughed so hard I think I peed a little. LMAO
I wish I could say that was mine. ;)
The longer we have to wait for filings the lower the pps will slide. I was hoping to see an 8-K and a PR from the new company this week but now I think realistically it will be in the new year.
Thanks, you and Cautionupahead are doing an awesome job here.
Has that ever been discussed or suggested with company officials?
If you are right and the MM's are shorting the hell out of this is there a way we can trigger a squeeze and make them pay?
Have a look at the spreadsheet here
