If there is a problem, I believe they are working on it, full speed ahead with the intention to get it submitted ASAP, IMO there is no problem, because in the last PR it stated months, and that is all I have to go buy now, it has only been 2 months, so hopefully not much longer, we are all guessing.
You also left out Quote "After enduring what has been a lengthy and time-consuming checklist of FDA-required tests, reports, documents and meetings, PharmaCyte’s shareholders should take comfort in knowing that the list of items they’re waiting on has now been trimmed to (1) the encapsulated live cells fully filling the Cell-in-a-Box® capsules, (2) the fully-filled capsules being placed into syringes and frozen, (3) FDA-required testing of the capsules, and finally (4) the writing of the reports and submission of the IND application to the FDA."
You left out and cherry picked part of the PR (Quote) "and with the condensed timeline, the company is this close to what will be a landmark event—an “open” or approved Investigational New Drug application (IND) with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its development of a treatment for patients with locally advanced, non-metastatic, inoperable pancreatic cancer (LAPC)."
I wish someone would replace KW, but for now this is all we got.
IMO 3) the process just takes this long is the answer. Until the next Pr we will be frustrated to say the least, maybe today if we are lucky.
Last PR said Months to finish, so your speculating, just like everyone else, until we get the next pr
That is all speculation no one really knows
Well Considering how long I have been here (For Many Years) I am taking the last PR where they say Months to accomplish the final things needed to be done as a short amount of time, I think we just need to be a little more patience, believe me, I get the frustration.
Years of patience from PharmaCyte’s shareholders has now likely been whittled down to what should now be just months, and with the condensed timeline, the company is this close to what will be a landmark event—an “open” or approved Investigational New Drug application (IND) with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its development of a treatment for patients with locally advanced, non-metastatic, inoperable pancreatic cancer (LAPC).
I believe they are finishing up #3 FDA-required testing of the capsules, and finally #4 the writing of the reports and submission of the IND application to the FDA. Then we get the PR
I wonder what this is?
About the Cell Pouch
The Cell Pouch is a novel, proprietary, scalable, implantable macro-encapsulation device designed for the long-term survival and function of therapeutic cells. The device is designed to incorporate with tissue, forming highly vascularized tissue chambers for the transplantation and function of therapeutic cells which then release proteins and hormones as required to treat disease. The device along with therapeutic cells has been shown to provide long-term safety and efficacy in small and large animal models of diabetes and has been proven to provide a biologically compatible environment for insulin-producing cells in humans.
soon it should be 1/2 million lot shares at .10
You got it, and it will be a great day, thanks esusun.
I keep waiting for the "believes" conviction bids for 500K shares at 0.10.
Then will you be a believer? Keep your eye on the prize, it is coming, till then its all rubbish, GOOD DAY
So do we believe all that rubish, or World-Renowned Oncologist Bullish on Potential of PharmaCyte’s Technology
A scam is illegal in commonsense rules, I am long, dont need anymore, of course there is risk, it is a penny, also I disagree with the reasoning behind every thing you post
Your time lines dont matter, they will do it when ready
Despite your efforts pps and volume stays consistent no one is selling.
it doesn't matter, when pmcb submits to FDA this will start the ball rolling.
YOU ARE SAYING PMCB IS A SCAM ?
I WILL BELIVE THE PR OVER IHUB POSTERS.
After enduring what has been a lengthy and time-consuming checklist of FDA-required tests, reports, documents and meetings, PharmaCyte’s shareholders should take comfort in knowing that the list of items they’re waiting on has now been trimmed to (1) the encapsulated live cells fully filling the Cell-in-a-Box® capsules, (2) the fully-filled capsules being placed into syringes and frozen, (3) FDA-required testing of the capsules, and finally (4) the writing of the reports and submission of the IND application to the FDA.
So in other words if you are a patent with cancer, and your body has gone through hell already, what treatment would you choose? cell in a box, and the possibility of no side affects, or immuno therapy.
I would pick cell in a box, first hand experience with my father, the side affects of chemo drugs is what killed him, not the cancer.
The problem I see with immuno-oncology is the side affects. In the trial described at AACR, half the participants are receiving chemotherapy plus APX005M and half are getting that combo plus Opdivo. Most of the patients experienced side effects, but several were able to stay on the regimen for about a year, said investigators from the University of Pennsylvania
Hopping for a little dumb luck. LOL
I agree, till this gets approved then he will be my hero
I dont think it is a set back, because they are just doing what has already been done before.
Re read the prs, there are consequences for false pr information, the opposite for ihub posters, KW should be in jail based on your story here.
I am hoping they are just so busy finishing up final stuff, they just forgot about us, anyway fingers crossed.
At one point in 2016 not to long ago they were working on funding what makes you think they dont have it now?
NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 12/12/16 -- All of the pieces are starting to fall into place for PharmaCyte Biotech (OTCQB: PMCB) and its upcoming human clinical trial in advanced pancreatic cancer. Just one week after the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted the biotech a pre-IND (Investigational New Drug) meeting to discuss the company's clinical trial, PharmaCyte qualified to use its multi-million dollar "at-the-market" funding arrangement with Chardan Capital in order to enroll every single patient into its upcoming clinical trial.
PharmaCyte's CEO, Kenneth L. Waggoner, commenting on why this funding source is so important to his small biotech said, "We are fortunate that our shareholders saw the value proposition in the company to invest at a level that enables us to once again qualify to use this source of capital. Small biotech companies often run out of money before their products even get a chance to succeed, and this funding opportunity goes a long way in minimizing that possibility.
"We are in the process of finalizing PharmaCyte's ability to use this funding source to help us pay for our upcoming clinical trial and our continued operations. Of course we are always exploring other sources of funding as well, but this opportunity is a very cost effective way to fund the clinical trial. The key is to get the trial underway and validate our therapy for pancreatic cancer.
"Dr. Matthias Löhr recently commented on the technology, the trial design and the team that will be involved with the trial. In my opinion, we couldn't be in better shape at this point. All of the pieces are falling into place quite nicely."
This funding is key to PharmaCyte's success and the key to bringing pancreatic cancer patient's hope. The company's therapy is expected to meet an unmet medical need, and it's hard to imagine any company in the entire bio-pharmaceutical industry that has a more impressive team surrounding its technology and its treatment than PharmaCyte does.
I was thinking the same, didn't we do this same exact process last year multiply the cells in the box freeze then thaw with success or am I having Dasha voo
Yes, could sell it to someone who does if the value is there.
We are all comfortable with what we own, and the risks we are willing to take, so i will just sit back and wait for my pay day.
There will be news, just weather or not you want to take a chance you'll miss out, if its good news, I dont need to take a chance, I am all in, no matter what, no stress here.
I have been loaded up for years now dont need any more.
Whats your buy price?
I agree companies such as PMCB "Over the past two decades the pharmaceutical industry has moved very far from its original high purpose of discovering and producing useful new drugs. Now primarily a marketing machine to sell drugs of dubious benefit, this industry uses its wealth and power to co-opt every institution that might stand in its way, including the US Congress, the FDA, academic medical centers, and the medical profession itself."
If it works, it will more than likely be a 1st line treatment, with no side effects, they will be able to see that the cells, are working to reduce the tumor size, I believe they already know to some degree that is what is supposed to happen, all the top of the line doctors involved with pmcb would not give it the time of day if that was not the case imo.
LOL LOL
Maybe our loyalty will pay off some day, we can all hope.
Maybe it is verbal, the trust factor, you know that still goes on now a days, hard to believe but a hand shake is still alive and well.
Immunotherapy drugs can have severe side effects that can even lead to death. Once the immune system is activated, it may attack normal tissues as well as tumors. Cell in a box is much less risk and liability, I believe the big money pockets will fund PMCB CT trial no problem.
