I think having indisputable confirmation of financial facts are a positive. If they were not going to be seen as positive, why would the company spend the money with the CPA firm?
Timing is everything here. I think the audit has wrapped up, and we can expect to see it published as soon as the signatures dry. So, next week I expect to see a run in this company stock....bigger than today.
What kind of pump is it that makes this a scam? Is it the low key nature of the way the pumpers have relayed the news that has been out on Bayport, that others may not have seen? BTW, what is driving the price back up again? Is it new people interested, or just 'short' covering? Interested in other posters' perspective.
Thanks for the confirmation.
A pump does not indicate a company being a scam....it is just trying to get eyes on the company. It creates interest and visibility.
I am not certain why anyone would really care.
I am very positive about the future of Bayport. Does that make me a paid pumper?
That has been said many times, but it has not come true. Fantasy.
If it was actually him, I am glad he is now gone. But do not think it was.
The bottom line, after reading what you have posted, is that they have contracted a CPA to do the audit. Am I correct?
Again, just your opinion with no actual facts.
Are you saying that the financials are not even close to being accurate? I say they are darn close to reality.
Wow, what bullshit. Maybe I should just say it is your view of things.
Looks like some of the short interest has finally covered, and the stock can actually move up on its own merit.
If one were to actually review the 'unaudited' financials that are posted, they would notice it is not that plain and simple. Each individual expense, as well as income needs to be verified and noted. The life of a CPA is not just copy and paste. We ARE very close to seeing what you are speculating upon.....including the reserve reports. That particular item will be very interesting to me.
I know you to be wrong here. I am buying.....
Very funny thought. I do not think any promoters would be deleting, but not certain about others.
They know there is money to be made here.
Which of the two was nominated as Micro-cap CEO of the Year, and which one was up for the Nobel Peace prize. Hopefully that DD will tell us for sure.
I would go back to read his note....he clearly said 005.
Thanks for that information. Glad Bayport is not structured like that, nor did it make get rich promises. I will be on the lookout for those scams.
I assume you are referring to my purchase of 1M shares at .005. Actually I am looking for more...as you know, I was limited in my purchasing ability because of my insider knowledge at the time. Now I am free to buy, and sorry I was not able to take advantage of the lower prices.
I know what I know, and what you are saying is bullshit.
I do not know where you got that information about ownership, or even that Bayport was involved in the promotion, as Bayport CLEARLY said that no Bayport shares were offered on that JFK deal.
I do not think it is Bayport that is doing any promotion....in fact I fault them for that. If they were doing a promotion, it probably would boost the stock price.
Is this a new business venture for Bayport? They have been contracted to print certificates for other companies? Maybe the cost of that printing equipment will show up as more assets on their financials.
I heard from that same source that he was nominated for the Nobel PEACE Prize.
Not certain why someone would say that the company does not disclose the management. This is a cut and paste from their website, and I do not see any Louis Porter listed.
Company Officers/Contacts
James Porter President
Gina Porter Secretary
Clay Franks Director, Bus. Dev., Vice President, VP Expl.
Company Directors
Gina Porter
James Porter
They seem to be very quiet, like getting all their ducks in a row maybe.
We can start with shorts trying to cover their position, and move on to bullshit statements about executives, and then to wanting instantaneous updates when you want them.
Really???? I am compensated????? Wonder where that money went!
I do know Jim Porter, and have faith in him to run the company well.
So the press releases are not bullshit......
Bullshit....How many of those 6 million a day, have been offered, or sold this week? If we had maybe 15 million sold over the past two month, I would probably be over counting.
Can I take credit for that buy? Bayport is moving in the right direction....I want to own 100% of the company.
I see the value of my Bayport growing.....lots of bids out there for the stock in the company.
Bull dinky......
When posts harp on the past, and people not working for Bayport, it tells me that we have much more positive stuff going on with the running of the company.
Good point.....
I do not disagree that there are one or two current projects that do not appear promising. I do however think that with the money being spend on the CPA, we are going to see stuff that we are not aware of, after the audit is completed.
