Maybe this was their MO to issue tons of shares under the guise of satisfying this debt. I don't know but this maybe correct, although I sure hope NOT.
How could it be sold by anyone other than the company itself? There has been no auction.
This company reported many good PR's to go along with it's ever increasing profits which seemed to turn out too good to be true?... all that plus a pipeline with a near limitless potential. Now although it is removed from a major exchange many other companies continue to report updated filings (financials and other SEC documents). I sure would like to see the China Botanic Pharmaceutical, Inc. filings... question is will they ever file again?
What happened to the company, did they fudge everything? They haven't said anything about what is/has happening? I don't know much of anything why this is but one thing I'm certain of is that unless someone comes forth to straighten these matters (urgent) out and shows this company working and is honestly representing itself to shareholders... otherwise, those in charge of the company and others responsible should be severely punished by authorities in China and made to relinquish everything and possibly put to an early death... all this is dependent on the outcome and the extent and severity.
You hit the nail smack on the head with that summary... that my friend about says it all.

Could it be another Vermillion (VRML)? ... that would be every long holders lifetime dream. VRML went from one cent ($0.01) to something like $33.00 within about 3-6 months...WOW!
that's just above $4M... Do you know how many total shares have they allocated to date for all the acquisitions? Are these shares included in the current diluted share count? What about the lockup period? when does it begin and how much is going to be available to be put out into the market?
Is the email address you posted for the manufacturer? Have you had any contact with them, and if so, what for and by what means? I looked but could not find any website for them... Please advise.- Thank you, Steve
What gives you that indication?
Many filings and mumble jumble which is not something I'm profient at decifering/understanding. Still I would like to know if there could be, or will be, any value in these ATPGQ preferreds after all is said and done? Also equally as important how to determine what that valuation is (other than the $0.60 cents currently being quoted on the PS)? -Thanks, SR
So this is the way they've demolished everyone... nothing... not even a teeny bit of information... nada, zilch. It is more than pathetic the damage they have caused little guys who've invested their hard earned money into this company. I'm a middle aged struggling gent a family and income constraints and I've suffered a huge loss that may not ever be healed... at least I would like to know something... anything that's truthful from the company about my investment... other than the 95%+ loss due to the shares being quoted at $0.0205. It's not only disgusting and disgraceful but severely damaging to cause something like this. Where are the advocates for the little guys who are suffering?
That type of behavior should not be allowed. I am very hurt, infuriated and have been financially devastated by this debacle. I only wish they would do what is right and not be underhanded and secretive to us "outside" shareholders and pay what is a fair and honest valuation for the outstanding shares. BTW, do you know where/how to find out about the PAMCO lawsuit?
The longer this non-compliance continues, the greater the likelihood management is cheating every outside investor. I, for one, have put my hard earned (blood & sweat) money into this company, and at the minimum deserve to be treated with common decency by knowing what the heck is truly going on within the company. The proverb "The truth shall set one Free". This goes both ways, with the dihonest/ingenuine amongst us having to answer to the highest of authority... G-D Almighty. Thus they will be forever doomed within the confines of hell. I surely hope this is NOT the case with China Sun Group Hi-Tech Co. I honestly thought I was investing in a fair and decent, honestly run business lead by honorable individuals. If this is not the case then damned are these pilfers and liars. I much rather be a poor and honest man than a filthy rich one by way of deciet and thievery.
Is there any value in these shares or will the end game holders be the ones holding the bag? From $100 bucks to a measly $1... boy, oh boy I sure hope there'll be something substancially more than what it's currently going for today. Any insight or thoughts as to what and when this might be?
Anyone here know what the heck is going on with the company? Is Yuhe still functioning or has it been abandoned, gutted and mutilated? What are they doing? And where and why is management hiding? This so far and beyond ridiculous already... it's turned out to be death spiral of frightening and shocking proportions and it's extremely painful, as well as super-duper frustrating. Hey there Management (if you're listening) please do what's right for BOTH the businesses it's rightful owners... this includes me the outside shareholder... set the story straight for once and treat us ALL with honor and respect.
So by now no one's replied to my last posting. It's truly beyond frustrating not knowing anything whatsoever. I must go by the assumption that someone, somewhere out there know something... this is my last plea for that someone with the wisdom and knowledge as to the situation at hand reply as to what's happening and what the future beholds for us the "outside" shareholder/owners of the company. The company can eradicate all the dissatisfaction, distrust and disgust by opening themselves up and playing fair with us (the outside shareholder). Our shares should be worth every penny of what they represented when they were traded at their highest PPS and a whole lot more today as the company itself has been very successful growing the business profitably.
Anyone have any knowledge as to the status of the court case? Where this PAMCO is located/domiciled, and is there any information available on them? I have not been able to find out much about anything of recent... anyone here know anything as to what's going on?
That phone number is not for Jane Wu, it was for someone else by the name of Cathy (if my memory serves me right). She said she had not had any contact with the company for the past several months and could not supply any information what-so-ever. This entire lack of concern and obligation displayed by the company date to it's shareholder-owners is simply abominable to say the least. If this is entirely due to the PAMCO issue shouldn't we be informed as to what is actually going on? And even if it were upheld by the chinese court should there be liablity on the part of PAMCO and the company itself? I sure hope they come to the conclusion that morals and ethics are more important than lies and deciet.... The company should redeem these shares for their full and fair value. $1.50 offer was ridiculous but it's alot better than where the shares are now with nearly no volume whatsoever. Anyone here with any information please post.
I also wish to find out what is happening here???? The company from what I know is one which is very well run and quite profitable. They ought to at the very least update us as to the PAMCO situation.
I have been trying to find out about the PAMCO lawsuit. Have you any clue as to where the court documents can be located? Although this in and of itself should not be any reason why they have not fulfilled a buyout of the 'outside' shareholder. By becoming transparent and paying the few million $ then they can go private and later on relist on HK, China, or another exchange and at minimum quadruple their money. If you find out anything about this situation please post. GLTA, Steve
No Information, No PR, No Nothing... Seems to be a Manipulative RIP-OFF scheme.Piss Poor Pathetic... may they (the conspirators)rot in hell if this was their intent.
Why are they not filing the SEC forms?... even if it were to show extensive fraud it's likely alot better for shareholders than doing nothing? They should be forced to do just that if unwilling. It's truly disheartening to know someone has abused you to this extent. These people are blatantly crooked and the country seems to let them get away with it... that is encouraging this behavior... which is wrong both for China and the USA. The operatives who baited unsuspecting people to purchase these shares under the guise of verification/autheticity should be harshly dealt with. We, as shareholders, need to sue in both USA and China to the furthest extent of the law. Otherwise just hire some hitmen to hunt down these MOFO's and mow them and their families down one by one. Are there any other alternatives available other than these and walking away cheated to death and destroyed?
What has/is happening with the company? Is there any way to find out if and when they ever will fulfill their obligation to the outside shareholders? What if anything has/is going on with the PAMCO lawsuit? What court is handling this and how can we get updated? Any and all honest answers are appreciated. This has been a terrible and painful experience to date. I hope and pray this all turns out well for everyone who has suffered thus far holding these shares. ~GL&GB.
how do you know this to be fact? If so the promoter must be shot dead. There's are at least 100M shares outstanding, less than 3% traded today in its biggest volume day ever... how many float who knows? This could actually be a very real and good business... yet, if it acts like it's stock (manipulated up the wazoo)... it will eventually fail due to it's lack of morals and ethics.
another reason vigilantism will soon be all the rage. Lawlessness has become the norm as these scumbuckets have their teeth in so deep, with each episode it only gets worse and worse. Morals and ethics are out the window.. the psyche is being destroyed. I am not advocating violence but sometimes it seems that is the only answer when it comes to erasing scum. It goes back to biblical times... similar how and why GOD destroyed Soddom and Gomorrah.
It's just terrible what these scumbuckets have done. Small gain for they will ROT in Hell for eternity.
China Chemicals Chinese facilities are continuing to churn out product. The company is both VERY PROFITABLE and rapidly growing. How they continue to do what they're doing to 'outside' shareholders is unconscionable.... How they're being allowed to get away with it is unimaginable.
Care to elaborate?
It's just pathetic. The company was regularly releasing PR news on their developements... and now they drop this bomb on their investors. They should have their heads decapitated for what they have done.
That is truely assinine ridiculous. Doesn't management have a clue as to what is expected of them, just some common courtesy and general decency, or are they all just too busy for investors/owners interest?
Actually I'm getting seriously ill from what they have done to me. Was this all one really big lie? Does Mr. Yu have any morals or ethics? Whomever else was involved in this IPO is also at fault. I'm thinking about going to China and knocking off these horrible, low-life thieves. I know it's sick, but that's what they've done to me.... I have practically nothing else left... they've sucked me dry... I've lost nearly everything... they've Screwed me to the Max and now I want REVENGE.
It looks as though everyone here has decided to just let this one rest to see what happens. I gather that will have to be okay for the time being. Sure hope that the positive posters on this board know what they are talking about. Bottom line is the company should do what is right, at the very minimumd pay us our money ($1.50) for the buyout, not look the other way and cheat us out of what is rightfully ours.
Opened on the pinksheets and is now gbeing slaughtered. Now Down approx. 75% so far today and it's only 10:15am EST. Anyone planning on going/sending someone to China to KNOCK the CEO and the other culprits off? IMHO that should send a clear message.
Many people (myself included) are at wits end and just do not want to deal with this stuff any longer...ie. the lack of communication, distrust, manipulation and outright fraud which is going on in Chinese Micro CAPS. This very possibly could be the worst experience in my entire life, I don't know if I can continue as I've been about completely destroyed.
OMG it's getting ugly... If this happens when a report is delayed, then what happens when it gets filed? Hope they file it soon... HURRY, this is really horrible, I'm being killed....HELP!!!!!~!
So what prevents them from circumventing us completely now that we're out of the loop (now that they won't have to report)? Why would they include us in on anything now if they won't have to? They can further manipulate this thing using some sort of exchange, issuance, purchase/sale agreements etc. to extract every last cent of earnings and valuation from this business. They seem dead set on leavng us holding the bag. Heck, the company makes strong earnings and growing revenues (EPS is approx. $0.70/USD now, and is growing like a weed)... yet shares are and have been severely depressed with P/E of just 0.14 approx. This is no joke/ game (at least to me it isn't)... but they're probably laughing all the way to the bank at what we've allowed them get away with. Our regulators/ system permitted this thing to happen and they've taken of advantage using the lowest of low element of outright sin/ outright thievery. All business risk disclosures aside... the pervasiveness and degree of the destruction has directly and indirectly impacted/destroyed the lives of many individuals and families. When will our authorities take appropriate actions? Mearly suspending/revoking these companies from trading is not enough. That just stops the greater fool theory, secondaries/SPO, etc. But it does not solve the problem... much more needs to be done. These low life thieves and their families should be held accountable. Send in our special services to pick them up and either ship them back or kill them on the spot. These Chinese SOB's do not really care about the security once it's been decimated... it (suspension) eventually was what they wanted anyway. Now they can just keep every penny of what we've entrusted to them... it's thievery plain and simple. But my rantings and ravings alone won't do it.... everyone needs to participate. Doesn't it seem to you that this company is totally bent on screwing us? IMHO I'm now going to avoid most, if not all, Slanty-eyed, rice-cake munching, little yellow people. They're all standing behind a big red flag. There's just too many of these red flags needed to be raised to prevent this crap from happening again and again. Why did I invest in this? Oh well I've said my piece...Oh Phooey!
So do you know whether or not shares of the company will still be quoted & traded on the pinks after they go dark? ...or will there be nothing left but a meaningless symbol, share count and static price in our accounts to serve as a reminder as to the degree we were victimized?
Someone knowledgable please explain... after the delisting how can any value be realized from the stock (for us shareholders that is)?
Yes, that would be the RIGHT THING to Do. But it look more and more as if they're looking at using one or more ways to render the outside sharesholder shares worthless... they could issue a new class, exchange, buy-sell, etc. once they go dark. It appears that their morals and ethics (if they ever had any) are out the window concerning outside shareholders. I have a quite a bit invested here and this would be devastating. I'm so sorry I allocated as much as I did... Anyone who entrusted them with their hard-earned money may have made a huge mistake, as it's setting up to be A Royal Screwing, if you ask me. I have spoken with the SEC and lodged a formal complaint. I sure hope that I'm mistaken.
