With what Dr Markus and wsgr want to do is awesome! Watching them talk about the potential of InWith’s technology was amazing. Wsgr has every contact in the world. It’s going to be good. Really good!
Just wait until the final couple days. Maybe I’m right, maybe I’m wrong. Hopefully, everybody takes their bids off the board and let the bid weaken. There will always be those that will sell at max pain. Let’s make it easy for them!
Yes, that is what happens when a company goes from being public to private. Glad you are learning.
Volume will continue to be low until the final days of being public. I’m banking on the chance that there will be enough investors that have no desire to be invested in a private company.
Many of EPGL investors are OTC traders that tend to not have a real idea of how private companies work, simply can’t afford to have their money disappear from their brokerage accounts and have zero intentions of seeing their money committed long term without having an easy option to trade.
So I think, for traders with zero intention of converting, that they are waiting to see if the pps gets a boost leading into the last days of trading, hoping that that they can sell into it. If no boost, they will capitulate and sell to us at max pain levels. Which is what I’m hoping for.
Judging from what I've been seeing, hearing, reading, many are doing the same. Progression continues. Knowledge is power.
Right! Apparently 100$ trades are considered 'big sellers'! LOL! Even with the announcement of going private, I have yet to see any large percentage of the float traded by any entity. Outspoken confidence of EPGL being absorbed by InWith remains strong.
I'm pretty sure WDCO killed JFK and helped hide UFO's at Area 51. InWith (EPGL) progression continues! Congrats to everybody on being part of a new company with such huge potential.
Looking good! Many more close to come! Can’t wait for EPGL to disappear from the public markets!!!
To each their own. Good luck!
Progress continues. Its going to be a very fun journey for all those involved. Knowledge is power.
Nobody gave out any facts about the company that haven't already been stated publicly by the company through filings over and over again. There is nothing wrong with professionals talking about the coming market, the importance of having specific technology, the possibilities for InWith's (EPGL) tech, what the future of InWith (EPLG) can be, etc, etc. Rest easy. Nothing was said that would have to result in a public filing. The road Hayes been put InWith (EPGL) on is very impressive. its going to be fun going it.
To each their own. Good luck.
The technology that has been tested and patented is circuitry that can be embedded in silicon hydrogel lenses during the manufacturing process that requires elasticity from the circuitry. There is no other way to get circuitry in lenses. Now its time to apply applications to said circuitry, which a multi billion dollar company is currently having InWith (EPGL) do. And no, there are no links showing off this tech. No company in their right minds would do that before the tech hits the market.
To each their own. Good luck!
"Hayes has found a good fit."
I couldn't agree more. Finding a leading tech firm in the Silicon valley that brought Google, Apple, Tesla, etc, etc to the markets is exactly the fit Hayes needed to bring his smart lens tech to the market. The best players in the game working with InWith (EPGL) is exactly what real investors want. Big things are on the way. Congrats to everybody with the conversion! Once in a lifetime opportunity!
Going private isn't for everybody. Good luck to all that move on to other publicly traded companies.
For starters, the technology has been proven to work since Coopervision days. And Coopervision retains its rights to use the tech when it develops it's own lens.
A prototype with a very specific application attached, is currently being prototyped for a specific multi billion dollar company. WSGR has gone over the patents and deem them very valuable to the coming market and coming age of BioMEM technology, which will take the markets by storm.
I'll take the opinions and excitement of industry leading professionals that deal with this stuff day in and day out. Good luck.
To each their own.
Don't care. I care about the IPO's they have brought forward with Apple and Google and many others. I care about the other major companies they represent and defend. I like my lawyers with some shade. Its a cutthroat business and you need some sharks to guide you through the waters. Nobody will be messing with InWith's IP. And they will be put in front of hand picked VC's. Eventually they will do an IPO. If they aren't bought out first. Legal ethics???? Sorry, but nice lawyers finish last.
Apple, Google, Amazon, Hewlett Packard, Tesla, Netflix, HTC Corp, Juniper Networks, Linkedin, CrowdStrike, Juno Therapeutics, Mylan, etc, etc. Yes, a great reputation indeed. They get the job done. I don't want Mother Teresa litigating for me. Their lawyers have gone on to be judges, congressman, etc, etc. Quite the reputation indeed.
The Panama Papers are filled with shady individuals from all walks of life throughout the known world. Just about every major entity bigger then sliced bread has shady individuals. Hilary Clinton's law firm, 'Rose law Firm' was representation for the dixie land mafia and she almost became President of the United States. There is not one person that is worried about InWith being a client of WSGR because of whats in the Panama Papers. Instead they are excited for what WSGR did for Apple, Google, Hewlett Packard, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc and what they are about to do for InWith (EPGL).
Good luck to all whom are embarking on this journey! Its going to be an amazing ride!
People that are meant to have the info I passed on believe it and they believe it with good cause. Others, well, to each their own. Good luck to everybody during these final days of EPGL!
Yeah, the meeting was fantastic. Got to meet with the heads of InWith and everybody involved. Got to chit chat with WSGR and get their opinions on going private, advancing the tech, people they want to be putting InWith (EPGL) in front of for deals and partnerships, the potential of the technology and coming market, which is much wider and bigger than most think, and pretty much everything else from hockey to washington beating up on stanford. haha! It was a good day.
Very much so Franck92. With the reputation WSGR has and the reach they have with every single player, Pharma/biotech ceo, developers, and venture capitalists in silicon valley and beyond, having them excited about InWith's (EPGL) technology is equivalent to winning the lottery. As a firm, they do so, so much more then just IP work. They invest in many of the companies they believe have ground breaking technology, just as they did with Google, etc, and yes, InWith (EPGL). They will not waste their their time and resources with nickel & dime companies.
Having the opportunity to be there, I got to see first hand their excitement for InWith (EPGL). The ideas they have regarding structure, VC's, IP protection and advancement, clinical trials, will have InWith (EPGL) moving forward exponentially.
How can personal conversation with a partner of the firm have a link?
They do not work for whomever hires them. Their words not mine. They only work with companies that have overwhelming odds of being major financial winners. Their words, not mine. They have a reputation to protect. Everyone techy in the silicon valley and their dog wants WSGR to represent them. They have options and therefore are picky. They are not a desperate law firm desperately reaching for clients. They invest in many of the companies the they represent. Bad companies make them no money.
They are very excited for InWith and love the technology. Their words. People that have such doubt should of went to the meeting and met all the people involved with InWith (EPGL) as well as the team that represents InWith. The resumes of these people are insane. What a great opportunity it was for myself to be present.
Knowledge is power.
Good luck
Hayes was there along with many others. Don’t understand the cowardly remark? Nobody there was scarred? Please specify.
Indeed! Gonna be exciting watching everything come to reality during the next phase.
I feel bad for those that didn’t make it to WSGR for the vote. Big things coming. To each their own.
WIth PWC and Hayes voting yes on each of their 1.975 billion share blocks, InWith is officially taking over EPGL. EPGL will soon be private with WSGR leading them on the path to success. Its gonna be good. Congrats to everybody!
And thanks to you and your logical posts over the years, many are voicing their confidence in converting their shares into InWith. Whats coming down the road is huge. Hopefully we can continue accumulating shares of those that simply don't get it.
If thats how any investor looks at the stock market, there would never be any traders. Fortunately for me, I know whats going on from first hand experience. For others who do not have that pleasure, they have to decide for themselves what the risk is and go from there. Some will win, some will lose. Good luck.
It is hearsay. Who’s to know if it’s being made up not. You’ve seen my proof so you know the truth. So have others. To each their own.
I never thought of how far WSGR’s reach actually is. It’s incredible. For InWith going forward, when it comes it’s tech being put in front of major players, the best analogy to use for the process is having to go from A to Z. With WSGR, InWith cuts out everything from B to Y. WSGR is connected at the hip to just about everybody. The ideas they have for InWith are quite spectacular.
“Said no one...”
There’s a big difference between whats said in the real world and what’s said in tiny investor bubbles.
Fortunately for me, I’ve heard what’s being said in the real world.
Good luck!
The players interested in EPGL is pretty impressive. Glad I got to meet a few of them. That elastic circuit patent is gaining interest daily. I had no idea just how major it really is. It really is the most important patent for the future of smart contact lenses. Regardless of the what any idea any individual company may have for a smart lens, they have to be able manufacture the lens and InWith owns the process for manufacturing lenses with embedded circuitry.. WSGR seemed to be the most excited entity in the room.
To each their own. I'll take seeing actual facts in person over speculatory theories all day.
Good luck!
I'll say that I know it through more ways then one. I'll leave it at that as I don't care to post more then a few sentences here. Everything that has been disclosed in filings regarding his shares and PWC's has been accurate from day one. Sorry to ruin all the conspiracy theories floating around. You can believe or, or not.
He still has all of his shares. PWC still have all of theirs. One of the benefits of being present at the vote.
Like I said before. You do what you do based on what you think you know and I’ll do mine based on what I know. Good luck!
It amazing what’s coming down the pike. Real investors are going to be really happy.
Good luck. You go with what you know and I will go with what I know.
Knowledge is power.
Good luck with that line of thinking.
I never said that they weren’t. I already confirmed it, just not here. Knowledge is power. To each their own.
I’ve said what I’ve had to say. I was there. Wether anybody believes it, that’s up to them. To each their own.
Big congrats to Hayes and company along with long term investors. What a great ride it’s going to be!
