If your right I will send money to buy you several steak dinners with drink and desert.
Gary who I talked to said Roger was busy and in meetings all day.
I just called Roger's number and a man named Gary answered. I asked him about the merger or buyout he said you just have to watch the filings we cannot comment.
Did Oasis lend Dirv money I thought it did?
If we received a good contract watch this go up. Also an update
§ 230.477 Withdrawal of registration statement or amendment.
(a) Except as provided in paragraph (b) of this section, any registration statement or any amendment or exhibit thereto may be withdrawn upon application if the Commission, finding such withdrawal consistent with the public interest and the protection of investors, consents thereto.
Do you own this stock or have you ever owned it? Remember that made a great deal with Apex.
Good point but either way like you said we need an update. Secondly the shares should have never been authorized as it diluted the already the low share price and gave weight to the naysayers this is a dilution machine, if not by intent at least by effect.
Remember Roger did say to everyone thanks for your patience. It takes time to do it right. The worst thing would be to have the buyout/consolidation it feels and we lose Apex.
It takes a Herculean Effort to pull the buyout/consolidation off. Believe me if Roger can do that this stock is the best bet on Wall Street. There is no doubt we should be hearing about new contracts shortly. Summer is a great time for schools colleges, and home repair. Let's just realize what we are waiting for.
You don't need pumpers your already full of BS.
We need an update but I feel better about this stock no doubt. Also we really need great contracts. Hopefull we will hear this week.
Moving into the building could be the one of the phases the buyout.consolidation however the contracts should still be coming in. Secondly I was wrong I did not see they withdrew the amendment in favor of Osasis. First they should have never brought up the issue of 198 mil shares. A major mistake which is why the CFO may be no longer there a very bad decision. One of the reasons why Mergers fail is the following:
Negotiations errors: Cases of overpaying for an acquisition (with high advisory fee) are also rampant in executing M&A deals, leading to financial losses and hence failures.
I am glad they withdrew.
Summer is a good time to work secure school districts. let's go dirv
I felt we would hear not so good news on a Friday we did not even though the stock has been down. It is just my gut but I believe we are on track and ready to score big.
I feel really good about this stock now. I feel we are on track and ready for great returns.
Do you have a clip that says dirv withdrew the offering other then the amendment.?
Really so what can we be assured of.
That is the question what are they going to amend it to and when?
Has anyone talked to Roger recently?
I hope we get a Texas School district that is worth 900,000. I just do not want to hear any less the good news after hours this Thursday or Friday. I wonder when they are going to make the amendment for the 198mil shares of stock?
I hope so on the conservative side the price yesterday could be a gamble on possible news today. If that is so then it will in opinion go down. Sometimes I wish they would have just stayed as they are and not wasted all this time on a buyout/consolidation since there is an unbelievable need for security world wide.
Good article
Mergers and Acquisitions
A company may announce a reverse stock split in order to carry out a merger with or acquisition of another company. A company's articles of incorporation limit the number of shares the company can issue; a common practice of company buyouts is to issue new shares of the acquiring (or new) company to the shareholders of the company being acquired or merged out of existence. If the buyout or merger means the company would break that limit, it may carry out a reverse split to reduce the number of shares it has on the market. An example of this was Duke Energy announcing a one-for-three reverse split for its 2012 merger with Progress Energy. The reverse split allowed Duke to keep within its legal limit of 2 billion shares outstanding.
Reverse split more likely before merger, that is why I believe the document was amended re Stock to Oasis.
You mean they dirv just wanted to sell shares when they acquired Apex a winner how much stock do you have, bought recently, sold, lost money. And tell us EXACTY. If none of the above why are you here.
Hope you make a million thank you
Monday is important I believe we will get very good new meaning a contract or an update. Roger has to come back with good news to stop the spin. I think he will.
Nice post it does say a lot about his ability.
I admire you wishing him the best of luck. I noticed Dirv has Locosky Brookman LL.C. They deal in mergers, acquisitions, finance etc. They are in New Jersey and New York. Yes you are exactly right a letter to shareholders is due. Particularly on the buyout/acquisition. Thanks for your civilized posts.
I feel I must give my evaluation. I am concerned with the falling price, the amendment to the 198mil shares of stock and the CFO resigning before the buyout/consolidation. The lack of contracts this year and the low price received on the ones reported. What happened to the new contracts from the MJ Conference? Also the lack of update from CEO on the merger. Yes they have leased a building but I have invested in a stock where they built two buildings and went under. Next week will define what goes on from there. This is just my opinion and gut reaction. If we go down next week low and no news I will rethink the investment.
Then why are you here do you own dirv.
No doubt a need and if they can get the buyout/consolidation big time.
He did get another job. Once again a CFO usually goes where there is a restructure or buyout/consolidation. I would agree it is usually a cause for concern. As I have said Monday is a crucial day for Dirv just my opinion.
I would not doubt it.
Monday is crucial my belief. Thanks for your response.
Are you concerned we might not hear good news?
Wow what a volume.
I am wondering if we will hear something after hours from our CEO hopefully good news
Read again they did mention Dirv. Also one reason CFO leaves is when there is a buyout/consolidation. Remember the article about dirv being a target of buyout/consolidation.
We need update from our CEO to clarify why the CFO left and who will taking the position. Also we need an update on the buyout/consolidation.
