actually it is not ugly right here...look at the chart again...bottomed again for how many times at this level...Nuvilex has stamina for a tiny bio at this pps...
bull
heck yeah...pennies up ...pennies down...who cares ...in a year or so you won't recognize this pps...Nuvilex will be a whole different company and stock...we will be the lucky ones to have gotten in on the ground floor of a small bio on the cusp of something great...others will only wish they had listened to the right people or had found this hidden gem when we did...I have been looking for a stock like this for so long...
bull
and going up again....this is a buying op for Nuvilex investors..
bull
Look...my point was that a landlord lease dispute is nothing...and as far as the MSLP shares ....it looks like they are doing just fine...and I am not worried about COCP at all...I have been in small bio's for quite a while and know what to expect...I also own several of Frost's holdings and continue to make money on them...small cap and micro caps are getting hit right now...it will change in a couple months...
bull
Nuvilex has said nothing about a reverse split...the investor relations dept does not run the company....
bull
Since a low of 6.25 in March...as you put it around that date...MSLP is sitting right now at 10.05....so no it has nothing to do with anything....COCP is a stock under a dollar...it is risk off right now....how long have you been in the market if I may ask...
bull
oh good grief...this is what you have been complaining about...a lease dispute...they happen all the time...and if you think it has an effect on the stock than you need to look at MSLP again....and the reason that COCP is down is because it is risk off right now in the market...
bull
Biozone Pharmaceuticals Announces Executed Letter of Intent to Merge With Cocrystal Discovery Inc.
ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ--(Marketwired - November 27, 2013) - Biozone Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB: BZNE) today announced that it has agreed to terms and signed a Letter of Intent to merge with Cocrystal Discovery, Inc., a privately-held, biotechnology company developing antiviral therapeutics for human diseases. Cocrystal Discovery has breakthrough technologies that enable the creation of first- and best-in-class antivirals.
Cocrystal Discovery has previously received strategic investments from Teva Pharmaceuticals (NYSE: TEVA), Opko Health (NYSE: OPK), and The Frost Group. Opko Health and The Frost Group together own approximately 40% of Cocrystal Discovery.
what?.....I would say Frost has funded COCP pretty good...do you own any Frost stocks..
bull
they already received orphan drug designation from the EU before...so this time should be easy...
bull
no...and it has been going down on very low volume...yesterday volume was 3X less than the volume for the last 3 months...it has taken the sellers 28 days to go from .32 to .26 ...and it will take hours or a day like usual for Nuvilex to go back up ....yesterday 81% BUYING and 19% selling....that really tells you something...
bull
yes I do...Nuvilex is doing everything right...patience will be rewarded...
bull
they don't need to do a split...that is done to get institutional financing ...they don't need the financing...I would rather they offer the shares than go into debt and as soon as they get orphan drug designation that is when the money will come to them anyway...
bull
SGAustria Pte. Ltd. (Austrianova) is the parent company...who's subsidiary is Austrianova Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Austrianova Singapore)...and now they have Austrianova Thai subsidiary created in 2013 moving into the Thailand Science Park...(Austrianova Thailand)....
In the first Asset Purchase Agreement...Nuvilex intended to buy the parent company in full...Austrianova for some money and a lot of shares of Nuvilex... hence they would own the parent company and all the subsidiaries...
there were several amendments to the original Asset Purchase Agreement because Nuvilex decided to buy just BioBlueBird (a subsidiary of Austrianova) ...the subsidiary of the parent company that owned all the worldwide rights to CiaB...and they received the shares from Austrianova to equate to a 14.5% interest in Austrianova...the parent company...
in doing that they got the worldwide rights to CiaB and also were able to return the majority of shares of Nuvilex back to it's treasury and saved the shareholders those shares...
bull
Good News....they said they were in the home stretch on the facility...
bull
Nuvilex owns 14.5% equity interest in Austrianova...
bull
Nuvilex Performance
one year performance up +132.07%....6 months performance up +113.84%.....year to date performance up +140.17%...
this is only the start on the ground floor of a hidden gem...
so I guess I don't understand why some tout that everyone is losing money in Nuvilex....
bull
Dr. Matthias Lohr conducted the phase I/II trial...so he knows exactly what he is doing...
bull
well it didn't did it...
bull
I see what you are talking about Coastal...they can get up and running pretty darn quick...one thing they are going to have to wait on which will be the last thing that Nuvilex does for the 2b is to wait on the facility to be finished so they can get the encapsulated live cancer prodrug-activating cells...
bull
After the animal study Von Hoff can file for orphan drug designation and go into phase 1 human trial...in my opinion Nuvilex will be in 2b trials before they can get all that done...it takes time to set up phase 1...nothing but good to come...
bull
the only thing about that is the work with Dr. Von Hoff will start with mice in preclinical before they can use humans...and I believe that the 2b will start enrolling patients sometime around the eoy...
once we start enrolling patients you won't see these prices again...and every endpoint they make during the trial will move the stock...all of us will be glad we got in on the bottom floor...
bull
esusun...Nuvilex is doing everything to start this trial...
I think it will be sooner than people think to hear on the finish of the facility in Bangkok...at about the 4:45 mark on the interview they talk about finishing it and flat out say they are in the home stretch on it..
and also give about the 7:00 mark the list of things to finish to get ready for the initiation of the trial...
and at about the 9:45 mark they talk about the list will be 7/8 of the way through by the time the facility is ready which they say is in the home stretch...
and flat out say they are going for approval after this mini trial...
so anyone saying that this interview gave no forward looking info...well you know what I think about that...
bull
yeah and anyone short selling THIS Nuvilex right here is crazy...
bull

bull
and it sounded to me in the interview that LPC was doing whatever they liked with the shs and Nuvlilex did not like that...I knew there had to be a reason for the delay they gave LPC...
bull
and I am glad I do own this Nuvilex...
bull
Nuvilex is trading by the the chart...the day traders and the swing traders are taking full advantage of the large triangle...traders love triangles...they always play them...they traded it under the top trend line like I said to wendy they might do and the buying wasn't strong enough to take it over the trend line...it's all a laid out game to them...
the triangle started on 2/28 when NVLX hit a high of .62 and now is going into the apex..yesterday the high was .289...so they trade it from the top trend line to the bottom...when it hits the top they sell and when it hits the bottom they buy...all the way through the triangle to the end (apex)...
you guys realize that the daily short report is not per say shorts...it is the short positions (sellers) to the long positions (buyers)...look at the % and watch the roller coaster...up and down up and down...that is the traders selling and buying the chart pattern...
news will move the stock up...the most recent news in my opinion will be the work on the mice with Dr. Von Hoff because those results will come quick...patience
bull
Weren't they talking about the preclinical with Von Hoff...
bull
at around 9:35 on the interview the most important thing said is that after everything the CRO will do they will after this trial submit the study data for approval...not after a phase 3...but after this phase 2b that they also called a mini phase 3...
I don't know if they had to do a phase 2b instead of phase 3 because of Celgene... but IMHO it is the best thing they can do...phase 2b being a mini phase 3...they already have beaten the standard...they will have an extra cycle this time...and this trial will take less patients and less money than a large phase 3...
they don't think they are going to phase 3...and neither do I...
bull
The one big thing that I took from the interview....
after phase 2b they would submit the final study report for approval...after 2b not a phase III
bull
why don't you give us some proof of that...because I have seen this stock go up from single digits and is now sitting pretty stable...so if this is a p&d like you say the stock would be back down in the single digits...so I have seen no proof at what you are saying..
bull
thank you anyway but I already know that...I do my DD on Nuvilex
keep
and what large fee would that be ....3%....
bull
there is no concerns with funding....and good luck getting these pps's when the trials have begun...
bull
they are doing more cycles to reduce the tumors even further than before...are you looking for an entry point again...
bull
it's not confusing...first they apply for orphan drug status and when they receive that they have access to the grants...
Incentives Orphan drugs are desperately needed by patients with rare diseases. The
ODA provides for granting special status, orphan drug designation, to a product to treat a
rare disease or condition upon request of a sponsor. The product to treat the rare disease
or condition must meet certain criteria. Orphan designation qualifies the sponsor of the
product for:
- Seven-year marketing exclusivity to the first sponsor obtaining FDA approval of a
designated drug
- Tax credit equal to 50% of clinical investigation expenses
- Exemption/Waiver of PDUFA application (filing) fees
- Assistance in the drug development process
- Orphan Products Grant funding
bull
what does that have to do with Nuvilex technology with ifosfamide...
nothing...
bull
did you listen to the interview...they are pursuing orphan drug designation as we speak...in the Eu as before and U.S. and probably Canada....you do not get the grants until they assign orphan drug status...
bull
same way they did when the EU gave it to them last time...
bull
