you don't say. i actually tried to plot VAEV a few days ago, and was wondering why i couldn't see the history prior to a few months ago.
lol, you're a little late with that joke. welcome aboard though!
what's a better PR? to "fix" a company, or shut it down altogether (pissing off many shareholders of VAEV)? there's no easy way to solve this situation.
not very promising. i'm thinking SM is trying to steer away from VAEVs poor reputation with the announcement that it will become a cleaning service company.
this could be a good or a bad thing for us. VAEV is a skeleton in SMs closet, and SM is doing his best to change our perception of it.
if SPNG did not exist, and VAEV decided to go this direction, with performing a cleaning service, i would guess this to be the classic pump & dump
man, with the crazy trading these past two weeks (t-trades and z-trades in big blocks, keeping the s/p relatively low), i thought for sure they were completing the buyback. who knows anymore...
this has been bothering me as well. VAEV being bought out by SPNG will just directly give SM big $$$$ legally (although rather immorally).
Barring any good PRs (namely august orders, walmart, or lowered o/s), i can see this dropping hard, and then recovering 1 or 2 days before the 10k... what does everyone else think?
maybe some brownies and other chocolate products, as per SM
reverse split would tank the stock, as it has done to 99% of others
I think if we hit $1 and make the nasdaq, anything is possible. however getting to NAZ will be the difficult part.
this is assuming, of course, that MGMT is in it for the long haul as well...
no PR today. sigh...
see everyone monday. it's a beautiful day outside, get away from the messageboard!
[slap] that was a leading question sir.
So weird for mgmt to act this way. the potential for this company is so high, yet mgmt seems to be preventing the company from booming. it doesn't make much sense, except if SM and MM had a plan all along to, well, you know the rest.
i guess an easy buck outweighs a hard-earned buck any day of the week on wall street
worst its been since i've been following it for around 6 weeks.
granted, i was not here for black friday...
yeah was just thinking aloud. wouldn't make much intuitive sense
Is this possible?
That SPNG bought back 200+million O/S, and then converted the same number to A/S?
if that even makes sense
what was the reaction in the pps?
MGMT owes the shareholders a PR about this...
whether or not there's good reason for the A/S increase, mgmt needs to keep us informed
Bid over the ask
geez, my heart just skipped three beats... lol
let's not get carried away now, though
agreed, i was being sarcastic in my post.
GO SPNG :)
there is a very high likelihood you will see a s/p well above .16... the bashers won't even argue against that...
but for how long, and how high it can conceivably go is beyond all of us
not dead. just slowly making its way to sub-.01
Anybody having problems buying around the Ask like yesterday?
oh no, not another NFL PR. panic sell NOW. oh nvm it's not even 9:30 yet
there are at least 25 teams to go. one per day until the 10k. and we're off.
(sarcasm)
how does this affect us being on the REG SHO list?
i don't see how this changes anything... nobody in their right mind is shorting SPNG anymore anyway, if anything, they're covering...
LOL. that PR was from early this morning
Any longs here actually selling? rhetorical question
Seems like MMs are daring mgmt to release the share structure...
There will be no substantial PR (8k,walmart,10k, etc) until we are off the REG SHO list. this is a mgmt strategy, and we can't get hung up on s/p until then...
i'm tempted to try it... i'll wait until it hits retail stores though.
i'm a long, and while $14.99 s/p is a nice pipe dream, let's worry about breaking .18ish and .285 first
Anybody ever come across Spongetech's current or past connection with Spongeables?
spongeables.com
spongelle.com
anyone catch the size of the .0151 order?
A sponge for cleaning other sponges! now that would come in handy
