Here's many dozens and dozens of videos in public venues on GOSY's website:

GOSY's debts are included in Accrued Liabilities.
Artificial intelligence (AI) software in the GeckoSuper is the key to the Carebot being able to notify the responsible care giver when the care receiver is unconscious or can't get to the cell phone. eg. they fell out of the bed between the bed and a close wall and broke their hip...
Advanced AI as used by GOSY is poorly understood by most people at this time. After all, "talking" movies and PC's were all disparaged at first. Personal robot utility is still inexperienced by nearly all the people in the US and world. Hence the common skepticism and GOSY's first mover opportunity.
Multiple savant AI software like GOSY's simply can't run on rather retarded "player piano" capability. It has no intelligence. Just application software with practically no AI capability and NO situational awareness.
Yup, yet another opinion-

Chinese to Require Hundreds of Thousands of GeckoSystems Equipped Wheelchairs to Reach New Healthcare Standards
CONYERS, Ga., Dec. 6, 2011 -- GeckoSystems International Corporation (Pink Sheets: GOSY | www.geckosystems.com/) -- announced additional details today regarding their Joint Venture with the Chinese. Under the auspices of the People's Republic of China a new company is being formed and a new wheelchair manufacturing plant is being built to accommodate updated healthcare standards for the Chinese people.
These new standards will require the production of hundreds of thousands of wheelchairs for the disabled in China. The joint venture will be engineering a completely new product, a truly collision proof wheelchair, that uses GeckoSystems’ proprietary technology, GeckoNav™.
GeckoSystems will receive exposure throughout the world thus enabling the Company to begin production of the CareBot™, the Company's flagship elder care robot. This Chinese Joint Venture will also produce a basic module for their robotic line at a markedly reduced price, giving GeckoSystems a huge competitive advantage in commercial markets such as healthcare, security, and a variety of government applications.
"This will put GeckoSystems’ technology and proprietary software at the forefront of the global market. We are excited to get started. What we have announced so far is really just the beginning of the potential in the marketplace,” stated Mr. Hajime Yasumatsu, Chairman, Yasu, Inc., GeckoSystems’ Asian Business Development Consultant.
“Our timing could not be better; the Chinese healthcare system is being upgraded to 21st century standards and our technology and software will be part of that upgraded. The potential going forward with all of our technologies in nearly unlimited,” said Martin Spencer, President/CEO, GeckoSystems Intl. Corp.
...Partnership with ZMP of Japan Expected to Result in Significant Hardware and Software Upgrades in Robotic Technology
CONYERS, Ga., Dec. 13, 2011 -- GeckoSystems Intl. Corp. (Pink Sheets: GOSY | www.geckosystems.com/) -- announced today details regarding the Company’s partnership with ZMP Inc. of Japan. Names of other ZMP partners that are more familiar to US investors include NEC Electronics, Hewlett-Packard, Renesas Electronics, JVC, Kenwood, and Microsoft.
GeckoSystems is proud to announce their collaboration with ZMP and has prepared an overview of the company for the U.S. investment community on their website. This page of introduction has been reviewed and authorized by ZMP management in Japan. About ZMP
ZMP has an outstanding record of innovation and co-operation within the robotics community. ZMP was born out of the Kitano Symbiotic Systems Project, which was sponsored by the Japanese government to push technology forward. ZMP collaborates regularly with Japanese Universities and Technological Institutions and provides robotic teaching tools
In 2008 ZMP began a collaborative effort with three other Japanese companies, Business Design Laboratory (BDL) Nagoya, Vstone Co. of Osaka and Tmsuk of Fukuoka. The purpose of this group effort was to improve the competitive position of Japanese robotics in the face of the Korean government's strong government support of the robotics industry. These four Japanese companies joined together for cooperative research, development and marketing of next generation robotic applications for home and consumer use.
"I am pleased that ZMP has found our mobile robot solutions to be of sufficient interest and merit for them to thoroughly evaluate our GeckoNav™, GeckoSuper™, GeckoImager™, and GeckoMotorController™ robotic technologies. Subsequent to their engineers' careful review and study of our BaseBot™ technologies, their expectations regarding our software will be satisfied. At that point I am sure they will contribute many valuable ways to improve the quality and flexibility of the hardware, which in turn will enable expansion of software applications. This is the beauty of truly synergistic partnerships. Together ZMP and GeckoSystems will achieve more than either company could alone,” said Martin Spencer, President/CEO GeckoSystems Intl. Corp.
GeckoSystems Reveals Concept Design for the 21st Century Wheelchair
Chinese to Require Hundreds of Thousands of GeckoSystems Equipped Wheelchairs to Reach New Healthcare Standards
CONYERS, Ga., Dec. 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- GeckoSystems Intl. Corp. (Pink Sheets: GOSY | http://www.geckosystems.com/) released today this concept drawing: http://geckosystems.com/markets/21st%20century.php for their CyberMobile™ wheelchair, presently being reviewed by management and engineering of the new Chinese joint venture. This 21st century chair is being designed from the ground up to fully exploit GeckoSystems' "mobile robot solutions for safety, security, and service™."
Plans for the chair are currently being reviewed by joint venture management and engineering in the People's Republic of China. GeckoSystems has been informed that land has been purchased for an entirely new factory in Nanle County.
The first product to be produced will be a conventionally styled wheelchair with collision proof navigation (Video's here: http://geckosystems.com/markets/wheelchair.php ) designed to fill China's large pent-up domestic demand and the power wheelchair markets in the U.S. and abroad. It is expected to sell for around $8,000 in the U.S. and should be in production mid to late 2012.
The CyberMobile wheelchair now shown on their website will have timely verbal interaction capabilities with GeckoChat™ and GeckoScheduler™. Heightened situational awareness for greater safety, not only for the user, but also those proximate, results from additional environment sensors. It will be encased in a sensor-enabled shell for tactile awareness of the surrounding environment. The starting price range for this AI enhanced CyberMobile Wheelchair will be $25,000. A model fully equipped (the ChairBot™: http://geckosystems.com/markets/professional_healthcare.php) with vital sign sensors and telepresence is expected to sell for around $35,000. Navigational enhancements for frequent outdoor use will be an available option for around $5,000. This model should go into production early in 2013.
Additionally, an ATV style CyberMobile wheelchair for heavy-duty outdoor use is planned. It will have extended range laser sensors, telecommunications, and an extended battery life of up to ten hours and a maximum speed of 8-10 miles per hour. Its rugged four-wheel independent suspension will enable it to handle dirt roads and trails. This model should be available in mid 2013 and sell for about $50,000 U.S.
Current electro-mechanically operated wheelchairs retail in the $15-25,000 range while rehabilitative chairs commonly reach the $50-$80,000 range. Given the increased safety and mobility offered by GeckoSystems' CyberMobile chairs the company believes they will compete very well in the current market.

You are wrong.
BX Venture is $.25 pps.
GOSY can qualify.
Then what will the MASSIVE naked shorters do?

What's the URL for GOSY's counterclaims?
How could that URL be counter to TOU?
It it here?

Please confirm, I don't know for sure.

Is MacLeod back in the US?
Is he living with Wallace again?
Has he decided that he doesn't want to dismiss his meritless suit against GOSY?

Yes, in pinkie land inducing a death spiral is a joyous event for folks MASSIVELY shorting a stock like GOSY.
Correct?
Too bad for those with IQ's less than 50 that don't accept that GOSY has proprietary tech with HUGE markets and competent management.
Correct?
Go GOSY!

Not knowingly....
Isn't that why it is illegal?
But very, very poorly enforced by the SEC?
Correct?
WhisperingBomb
MASSIVE short selling!
Money for "air" shares.

So GOSY's attorney did not read GOSY's filing?
Really?
So the SEC is ineffectual and incomplete here, but not in its perception of NAKED short selling?
Really?
So sometimes the SEC is right and sometimes they are wrong?
Really?
I believe lots of pinkies are NAKED shorted and GOSY is one of them.

IMHO, there is no need to call Clark. He's fully identified, as are many, many others here:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=GOSY&id=55386
If that was not legally sufficient, then why the attorney's opinion letter here?
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=GOSY&id=55387
Since this is an opinion board, we differ as to our perception of GOSY's tech, market and management.
Correct?
Nonetheless, legal compliance by GOSY's management remains a fact here.

Here's Clark's phone number from your post:

Is there a repetitive pattern here?
Seems to be intuitively obvious to this casual observer that there is.
What could be their motivation?
MASSIVE shorting of GOSY's stock?
Occam's Razor would suggest that.

GOSY is stuck due to MASSIVE shorting.
You're right, given all the fundamentals, the pps makes no sense, except to those using ad hominems ad nauseum about GOSY's CEO.
Rumor has it that they are in cahoots with the naked shorting folks.
Now here come the posts insisting I have an IQ less than 50 and/or live in SpencerLand for believing MASSIVE posting is happening with GOSY.
Oh, and the SEC quote is coming saying NSS is illegal and NEVER happens. Yeah, right, not imho-
JMO-

Without any URL's to substantiate, I do not believe you.
Those that deny NAKED short selling vis a' vis GOSY have the compulsion to use ad hominems ad nauseum about GOSY's CEO.
Correct?

Here's a few URL's, factually based, as opposed to no URL referenced speculation:

One should not expect those doing the NAKED short selling to say anything other than "total nonsense."
Correct?
WhisperingBomb
Yes, and then there is NAKED short selling in which the short seller does NOT want to sell "real" shares, but only "air" shares and NEVER have to cover.
Can you say "free" money?
But only if the company dies....
Hence the constant negativity about GOSY's CEO, etc.
Don't you agree?

WhisperingBomb
Tells us that the shorters are smart and realize that if they put millions of shares up at the ask, no one will buy, so they feed them out slowly.
Very smart shorting process.
