GOFYW....I don't agree with you....you can't put a date to this now. I can only tell you that a merger or acquisition will take place...so don't toss your stock. That train we have been waiting on is going to arrive. Why do you think I have held on all this time...? And why do you think they have not been forced into Chapter 11..? Because there are many stockholders who hold millions of $$ in shares, far more than you and I....and those people want to see this company come back to life. Mark my words, we will see another day.

One very positive note....I took his Qtrly from one year ago and took COGS and straight lined it....it would have showed $1.7 million if no improvement. Current Annual report shows $1.5 mil, so they reduced their Cost of Goods by $200k...higher gross profit resulting. That is positive progress.

Well, about as predicted. $2 mil in revenue, gross profit $444k.....in the black all the way. Apparently the company will grow, but this will be one long journey. Hope the good Doctor's health holds out to see some serious Sales volume and profitability. For a Pink, it is a serious company with serious trends in the black.

Grant...why did you pick CFRI..? You could have picked a dozen companies with the same growth profile....why them..?

As tradition holds, the nickel dime traders are lowering the Ask and caving in to make their $50 trading day.....big dogs...!!

Grant....that works for me. We can set a "Schedule of Selling" in place to keep PPS buoyant....LOL...!! That certainly would be a great day....to see us approaching .50......I definitely think this is Doc's long range plan. He wants to move off the Pinks and onto Nasdaq....I just don't like his style....you can't ignore PPS and just focus on growing the business. He allowed .02 to fade off into the horizon without a care. That troubles me. Why would anyone work so hard to make that May 4th Press Announcement, see the result, and then fall asleep for a year...?? I am at a loss with this guy for sure.

Compass....this is almost becoming a comedy. It might rival the famous Abott and Costello "Who's On First" routine...!! If the Doc can just get the stock to move to .50, we will all cash in, crawl back under our rocks and never be heard from again...

So far nothing on Yahoo Finance or TD Ameritrade or any of the other brokerage sites. They usually post to Yahoo...so I keep checking there. No new Press Releases on their company website either....

Jimmybob....I think Doc Walker believes that this stock will rise away from the Pinks and move onto the big boards...question is, how and when. He certainly seems to be building strong financials...question becomes with so many shares outstanding, how high can PPS realistically move up..? Sure hope we really see some news today....the numbers mean everything. I would like to see at least 3 -4 million in Revenue.....

dawetz.....this has been his problem exactly. And I told him directly that he has lost credibility as he never lived up to the Post....and he knows it, but he never replied back to me in any way. I just sent him a note and said even if he ran an article in a trade magazine from time to time, anything, no matter how minimal, would keep the investor fires burning. He simply falls back to his traditional mantra....his focus is on building and growing a real company, not a paper company. And we all know that he needs to do both....I also cited how high the stock jumped back in May 2010 when the last announcement was made....it hit .02.....and I asked him how he could allow that pinnacle to just fall apart...no response once again. So I don't understand Dr. Walker any better than anyone else, I just sure hope he lives to see the company hit .50 a share since he is now somewhere between 73 and 74 years old......if our brother and sister investors would stop selling the stock sub-penny, we have a chance. But the nickel-dimers will always look to a $50 profit as a big day, and thus, our PPS falters.

Qtrly...good. He owes us an Annual too. This stock will win big one day....like someone said on this board, a Pink in the black and consistently in the black. Let's just hope the Doc lives long enough to keep the ball in motion.

Would like to see Annual Sales at $3 - 4 million +.....this would take us to one and half to two times last straight line rate of $2 million. And that would take us up a few notches....

Sadly, for the traders who are giving the stock away at low sells, they can't look beyond the end of their noses.....assume they work in Day Pools that are tasked to bring in $300 a day....so a few nickels and dimes helps them hit their goal and ruins the PPS for those of us who are smart enough to wait it out.

Immie.......most of these geniuses who give the stock away just don't realize that if we all hang tough together and stand on .01....we can only go up from there. But what they do is jump at making a few nickels and dimes...and thus PPS trends down. They will always be here with us in the Pinks.

Immie...my note was not meant to be negative toward Day Traders....just was looking for the same entertainment and chatter of one year ago when there was a mass influx that actually favorable drove the stock price to .02....so not dig on the DTs.....

Surf...last year's Q-1 was $516k which would straight line to $2.1 mil. If you are correct, it would mean they doubled their Revenue in one year...!! That's real progress, let's wait and see....

Now I am just waiting to see an entourage of Day Traders converging on this board....what happened to Dream and his companions crossing the open plains...??

For the Newbies....this stock was once trading at $6.00+ per share. I bought in at $3.92 a share.....the stock tanked because they tried to compete with products against the big guys instead of selling "Service" as a better path. They also could have done a better job at allowing a bigger guy to sell their product under their name. Toys R Us had better named products. So they began to shift to Service after it was too late, got involved with a bad merger at best, and here we are today. Expect something much more intelligent to take place in the near future....and buy this stock while you can get it at these low prices. I won't sell one share to anyone right now, but there are nickel-dime penny pushers what will see you a load for a few 1000 bucks. Pick it up while you can....my advice as a Long Long long time holder.

For sure I have chatted with some people who know of the principals and the big debt holders who hold serious levels of stock...in the millions. All of those contacts believe WFYW will resurface....no one, especially myself, can say with complete certainty that this will happen, but with all the market buzz I am hearing of recent, we will see our old friend Wherify come back to life....JMO...but GoFYW....you saw my predicitons of the past come true, so here we go again....good luck. You know I have believed for the past 2 years that Wherify would resurface.

hdsstocks....no one ever has any solid evidence of this. Only my personal opinion and speculation. All I can tell you is that this company is not yet out of business and from what I have observed in the past, the principals and investors involved will not give up losses in the millions and just walk away taking those losses. So, from what I can tell, we will see an injection of capital or a partnership or merger or acquisition of some nature in some synergistic mode. Again only my opinion, but I have been correct in the past.

Yes Bader, you and I have been waiving the ONCO flag for a long long time. Even after Dr.Walker posted to IHUB....he did not live up to his promises. I wonder if ONCO will ever achieve revenue growth with Walker at the helm. He may pass away before we ever see real growth. Very disheartening....OK...if you happen to hear something favorable, please pass it on.

To GoFY and other investors. GPS may be fairly common today, but with Wherify, they seem to be moving away from selling products and more so selling service. And GPS can be used in smaller niche markets....so Wherify will come back to life. They need a partner that can work synergistically with them, they are still searching. I check in with some of the past principals from time to time, and no one is walking away to let this flower wilt. So, if you are able to cough up some bucks, stock is almost "free" right now. And if you own stock, don't sell it. Sit on it...it will pay you back in the near future. I made this same prediciton 2 years ago, and it came true. Stock price jumped to .10 a share.....my mistake for not selling at the time, but this can come again for all of us. Buy it while it's FREE.

Baderbob.....going back in time, you seemed to know that ONCO was well known in their marketplace. And that was before the business expansion announced back in May 2010. With all the time that has passed, do you know or can you check with your same sources as to whether ONCO is now more prominently known in more markets with their growth to date...? Any flicker of light here will be worth hearing about...it is now March 2011....you would think we would at least see some type of year end report of some nature...but with Doc Walker...total mystery.

Just took a look at the Qtrly Financial Report from November 2009 - January 2010. The Income or Sales were $516k. If you straight line that data, we should see Annual Sales of $2+ million.....So if an Annual Report ever comes out, and the Income line shows something greater than $2 million....the business is growing. However, if we see a lesser number on that line, we will know why the Good Doctor has not been doing much advertising.

I had my younger son invest in ONCO. He kept threatening to sell....I told him, look at your minimal investment....and then look at how young you are....it will take some time, but the payback one day will prove the investment worthwhile....just my opinion, but I do believe we will see ONCO flourish one day. Meanwhile, let the others throw away their stock for free.

Could be the break we are looking for in light of market conditions...

Grant...I am married for 33 years. When people ask me how long I have been married, I tell them "longer than I care to remember"....my travel schedule over the past 10 years has taken me all over the world, alone. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. Easy to get into trouble..I am a Global Supply Chain Executive...work for a very large Fortune 1000 company that you know well. I invested in ONCO when they were Vianet....I still think Doc Walker has a plan...I still believe we will all profit from this investment. So, good time to accumulate while people are throwing the stock away for free. Me, I am sitting still and believing this will show pay dirt one day. Meanwhile I am hopping on a plane to Barcelona to catch the bullfights....(yeah right..)..!!
