Disclosure will give us an accurate SS and unaudited financials. I don't think it'll do much for the long term but it may be good enough for a run to .01 short term.

Wouldn't they want to cover as low as possible? Seems to me they are controlling it on purpose. Keep the ask high, to keep buyers at bay and raise the bid above the PPS to encourage selling aka covering. Just a thought.

I hope you aren't implying that I'm complaining because I'll tell you what. I've gone green on HNSS 4 times now, and I'll do it again. I think some of the folks on the board need to look up the definition of "long" with regard to "investing". You'll quickly learn than most of them aren't, by definition, long. And if your true intention is to hold HNSS over a year, well, to each his own I guess. I kinda like making money, not watching it sit while playing shake the pom-pom on message boards.

So, now with that out of the way, you do make a good point. It's actually one I used to make several months ago. They WANT to fill your bid. It gives them an excellent opportunity to short and they will. But you still have people constantly riding the bid. It's the bid sitters that enable the shorts.

Here's a thought. Seems there are a few here that are convinced this is the next GOOG. If so certain, how come none of them are taping the ask at these "bargain" prices? That would fix the shorts up good right?

You can buy at the ask anytime you want! But if new investors don't feel it's worth buying at the ask... there lies your issue. Shorts are a problem, don't get me wrong, but no buying pressure allows them to do their thing (and yes, with ease).

Completely disagree. Buying pressure is what forces shorts to cover. No buying pressure = continued shorting (with ease). So with that said, it has EVERYTHING to do with the company and buyers. If Black can't convince his company is worth investing in, well, you see the result.
