I want him to find out why NTS is selling all there stock? Why they do nothing to promote it? What is he going to do to promote shareholder value??
Go .03 bid for some size and maybe you get hit. I don't think the sellers have any interest in selling small lots
40$ worth of stock hits the bid lol really. So funny
It's a 1700$ order that keeps moving from .0211 to .025ish silly but whatever it's a buyer.
I know you think you know it all. But I doubt the will ever smash it to sub penny if it is NTS. They have cost associated with whatever they did and would not be in their interest to hit it that low. But maybe I'm wrong time will tell.
Not me and it's funny it's $2000 worth of buying at this price what a good deal if they get filled imop.
115k bid .022 if they want liquidity to sell here it is
Remember orders must be 10,000 shares or more to be reflected and possibly get filled if they hit 1000 it will disappear
Bid whackers out again. I wish I knew how much they had left. If it's NTS makes no sense to hit it this low unless they just want out. Although what did they really do beside some stupid silly productions and useless tv time.
I agree maybe we could get some answers to that as well. Like I said in an earlier post. Be done with NTS and find a real firm that adds value and deserves what they are paid. This is all new to RS and he needs to learn a few things.
Can you confirm if and when we are done with NTS? How much stock did he give them? When is their contract up if they even have one? What does he plan to do next on an IR/PR firm basis. What does he expect from them if he provides no news or guidance.
I did confirm the email you got was from RS. Maybe he could put a letter to shareholders out on the website. Just to let investors know he is focused on growing the business and that is priority one.
Just trying to bring my coat basis down but small 10-20K orders don't really do it. Need size and just can't commit to throwing good money after bad.
Yup still sellers got filled on all let it drop to .01's before I buy any more
Just so you know almost all firms wait for cash to clear (it's cash) before allowing you to buy bulletin board or pink sheet stocks I know Ameritrade and E*TRADE both do it as well so you're on your own there. Kind of a stupid rule if you ask me.
Got filled .029 now that's my .027 bid sellers still want out.
I'm almost positive that NTS was not a cash deal they were given a lot of stock. Don't ask me to verify it because I won't. Contact Richard or RS and ask them what NTS was given for their services.
FYI that's my bid will see how desperate they are to sell.
I think it's all NTS and or the company selling to raise a little capital since from your email states they are having problems raising some.
Can we verify that email is from him and all information is from today?
Hey at least he replied back with what seems to be an honest response. If in fact he he working hard to grow the company than that will reflect in revenues and even earning. This in turn will reflect in the stock price. If we at some point get the audit done and some good news I thin we will be ok. It would just be nice if he was more transparent with what it going on and kept shareholders in the loop
I agree with you as well he has no idea that he has a responsibility to his shareholders he's not supposed to direct you to anywhere else i.e. yes intl. but to answer the questions that are asked of him. He just doesn't seem to understand he works for us we don't work for him.
For once I completely agree with you.
I would be very interested to know if RS responds back to you. He seems to have gone silent which is never for for shareholders.
Unfortunately I'm only allowed to post one time per day due to the Ihub gods. They banned me for nothing, was I saying anything incorrect or untrue? I don't think so. What I meant to say in this mornings post was that if you show 10,000 shares or more your bid will be officially reflected if not they can trade against your order.
If you have an order in for 9500 shares at .03 and the offer does not come down to .03 you are not guaranteed a fill. Even if the offer comes down to .03 you are still not guaranteed to fill this is the way of the bulletin board. Enough with all this BS whatever's going to happen is going to happen I'm not selling any I'll ride it to .000. I also think it's just a matter of time before we see $.20-$.
50. I think we all need to put pressure on RS not NTS or Yes if he does the right thing and comes out with some news if he actually cares I think we will be golden
You really have no clue. I was a market maker for years. The only way you might get filled in the pinks or the bb is if the offer came down to where your bid (order) and even then you are guaranteed a fill. Also no one can see that order except the brokerage that is handling your order. You can ask your broker who they route that stock to and they usually will tell you.
You don't need to be an expert but if you knew the rules of the market you would have a clue. With this market in order for your order to be reflected it's a 10,000 share minimum order to be reflected if you put 9000 it will not be reflected if you put 10,000 and they hit you with 1000 it will not be reflected learn what you're doing
And how much are you going to buy? My guess is there is a lot for sale here by someone who has paper and wants out.
Think about what you're saying you're an individual investor who's upset over the price of stock. This is not yours or ours problem it's not our job to support this company if Richard had any clue or knowledge as to how to run a publicly traded company this is his responsibility and the other employees of ENCC they have the most to gain and the most to lose. In case you didn't know Richard paid nothing for the shell it was given to him so he could really care less about this, but if he wants to hit it big time and become wealthy he needs to put out a press releases and have somebody who knows what they're doing in the PR IR department
If you really want to buy the farm put in a real bid at .04 or .03 for 500k or more good till cancel and see if it gets hit
Contact nts see if they will sell you there stock. They probably will. I think they have at least 1.5 million.
Call up RS cell phone call him 24/7 till he does something like update shareholders or says something real.
Really ? You can see all the prints on here. All hit the bid at .054 and 600 at the offer. There is a lot of stock to go.
I don't know why you think it's marketmakers playing around many retail and other types of orders are pegged orders wherever the best bid or best offer is they are set to go a penny or a mill below or above that order. I believe that's all that is going on here. There are just more sellers and more orders in the system that you can't see. I would be more concerned about the size that keeps coming out on the offer there is obviously a big order for sale that is probably NTS stock. I still think we should all blow RS's cell phone up and get some straight answers out of him he needs to be a responsible CEO
No bids at all but offers just walking down. After they hit the bid 75k was on the offer at .075 for a few minutes and then went away
And then $160 of stock hits the bid. What a joke this thing is.
Yup I agree
Ask RS if if will tell you. How much stock he gave to NTS. They are the ones selling. He's a fool for getting involved with them in the first place and still using them now. They will sell the stock they got and pound it down like they did 6 months ago.
Remember for now they are a non reporting company.
He has absolutely no clue about running a public company. He needs to go to school on the ways of the world. With him at the helm we are all in for a bumpy ride. Maybe they will hire someone who knows how to run a public company.
Than take it and see how much u can get
