Lazy girl! All you had to do was google it! hehehe
MCCI now has 10 MMs on bid at 1, and 7 MMs on ask at 2. Can't say there is no interest here LOL, and it SHOULDN'T ever get to no bid.
It's french, look it up.
Mais oui.
I looked back as far as Nov 2007 and I don't see many trades that could be at .0001, so your question is a good one. Naked shorting?
There are 10 MMs on bid at 1....so there are a LOT of buyers ahead of me. If the order would ever get filled, it would only be because a LOT of shares became available - which is never a good thing, because that would be either retail selling due to fear or bad news, or the company selling (although their O/S and A/S are almost the same, so I don't expect that.
There are 6 MMs on the ask at 2 - which is a lot of people selling (or it could be a fake wall).
Easy, don't lose faith in SRSR. The economy can certainly change the value of our $$, but IMO it will not easily change the value of what we have in the ground.
This (MCCI) seems to be a good one - I like the news - anytime another company is interested enough to put value (cash, stocks, etc.) into a company like this, IMO that is a good sign. I also like the fact that it traded at 2,3,4 and 5 the last 2 months. If I were still buying stocks, I would probably get some of this at 2.
OK, then post 80 was hi for Monday, this post is hi for Tuesday. How's that for timing - midnight bracket posts LOL.
I meant earlier TODAY, silly. LOL.
Hi Gail! Believe it or not, I am STILL working (end of month, lots extra to do, but I really enjoy what I do so I am not complaining), so that is why I didn't say hello earlier.
Acceptance of a Zecco buy or sell order can usually be seen shortly after 9 a.m.
Not angry - certainly not happy, but the purpose of this board is to reduce the number of people being taken advantage of by the wolves.
With the tightening economy, people using an existing shell to start a new company, or turn a private company public, will most likely want to squeeze every penny out of their share sales - and the fewer shares YOU have, the more THEY have......the more money they make, and the more money you LOSE.
Yes, I just thought their "main" company with a very low O/S might be a bit more respectable .....sigh.....
Do your own DD. Go back and look at some of the shells that people held for months, sometimes years. Look at the pps they traded at before they were sold and became new companies. Look at how many did a reverse split. Look at the price after the reverse split. Do the math - then if you still want to dabble in shells, good luck to you.
None of my posts should be considered as critical of the shell companies - they do what they do to maximize the amount of money they make. Existing shareholders and existing shares are of no use to them - the old company got the revenue from any existing shares.
The way some make money on shell stocks is to get others excited about the stock - similar to a pyramid scheme. Just don't be the last in line, or you will become a bagholder.
Some will tell you to buy shell stocks, because the 0/S is low, or the float is low, or "it is real thin". Beware, the smaller the O/S, the greater risk you could entail. Think about an A/S of 25M, O/S of 725K. Picture the new owners increasing the A/S to 500M, and doing a 1-100 R/S. Just how much of your investment do you think you will recoup?
Many, if not most, shell stocks will reverse split. Usually the price per share will drop after the R/S, leaving the old shareholders with a loss.
Shell owners have no reason to care about existing shareholders. The only way they can make money is by selling new shares.
Thanks for the info. I never expected a R/S with only 725K O/S.
Gail - as you requested, I am letting you know that my shares sold. Also as you requested, the number of shares I sold was 10 million. Good luck to everyone, I hope it runs for all of you!
Sold at .0001, not at market.
Thanks for the reply, but the question was related to "can't have dilution without a bid". If a company's A/S exceeds its O/S, my understanding is that they can sell the difference at any time. Presence or absence of a bid, IMO, is immaterial.
Why? If a retail seller can put his shares up for sale, and have them bought by someone, why can't the company put shares up for sale, and have them bought by someone? I do not understand the reasoning behind the concept "can't have dilution without a bid".
Mine are still not sold. I hope your fun does not cost you $500.00. Good luck to you.
NITE is not last at .0001. You also have HDSN at .0001
Ripples are fine, but a ripple that means nothing doesn't make sense to me. Merle is not the driving force behind SRSR - Scott Keevil is. IMO, Merle is merely a messenger / intermediary between Sarissa and the public / shareholders. It is Scott's past and Scott's accomplishments and Scott's abilities and Scott's future in which I am interested.
OK, I'll visit once in a while.

I really hope that the audit results are posted soon – a review of the historical posts regarding the audit appears to indicate the audit has been “slightly delayed” for over 2 months, “coming out soon” for almost 2 months, and “needs another week” for………6 days. IMO, if the audit is not posted in a few days, I fear that I will see someone posting the words “skeptical”, “stringing along”, etc. I am hoping for the best, and I always appreciate hard work, but the bottom line is that if the audit is not released in the next few days, it would be advisable IMO to no longer use phrases such as “needs another week”, etc.

Guys,
The audit is in progress, we cant compare "the waiting" of what we are going through now with "the waiting" of what we went through when Paul first announced he is going to provide an audit.
When he released that, there was nothing in place but a name of an auditor.
Now, we know the audit has started, we have a name, a phone number, an address, and a voice! who happens to be the auditor herself and is more than happy to speak with anyone who has concerns.
She is trying her best, and she is very open about her progress.
The audit is very near completion, we know that for a fact from speaking with her.
So stop worrying and just hang on a little more, its going to be worth the wait. .008 & up here we come!!!

All in my opinion

Ok, Just got off the phone with the auditor.
She told me basically the same thing over and over, she has not come across anything suspicious or anything thats cause for concern. She said she needs about another week, because she is waiting on confirms and other docs from over "100" vendors/clients she sent it out to.
i did ask her this time though, to verify that STL has a contract with Paul Mitchell, she said they do and its quite a large contract (im assuming she saw the data from this contract http://stlouis.bizjournals.com/stlouis/stories/2009/02/09/daily83.html)
Again, she wants anybody with a concern about this company to call her and let her know, her # is in the iBox. She wants to do this audit right, no "hanky panky business"

SPOKE WITH THE AUDITOR 4/30/09:
Hey guys,
I called the auditor today, and spoke with Veraja for about 20 minutes. She is a very sweet woman, sounds very honest and has a long list of experience in this field. She confirmed that there will be an audit, and it will be coming out soon. They need to finish up on some accounting stuff. For those who are wary, she is licensed and specializes in fraud prevention, emphasising to me that if she senses hanky panky she will refuse to complete the audit. As of yet she has not seen anything wrong with IMGW. So this is a major relief.
Paul has come through once again, albeit in mysterious ways but nevertheless truthful to his words.
I KNOW I WILL BE BOMBARDED ABOUT WHERE I GOT THE CONTACT INFO FROM SO HERE IT IS, I FOUND IT HERE.....GOOD LUCK.

The audit is still in progress but slightly delayed due to the busy season for the auditor and accountants taking a little more time than they thought.
We will be reporting the results to the public as soon as they are complete.
Thank You for your patience and understanding

well i guess its a good sign that Paul is the one responding, hopefully st. louis is doing his job and he put sorkin at a desk responding to emails, so he wouldnt be able to sabotage anything.
Yeah, now I see.....look at 12/24/08 - 230M traded. OK.
Gail - if there has been no dilution since 7/31/08, then the O/S is only 390,462,382 shares.
Can you check that far back?
