Tomorrow we visit .0012, although it may close higher. The games is over, no one is going to believe Sydney's PR at this point. And, Sydney can't sell enough shares @.0015 or below to pay himself and his wife those absurdly high salaries. We all know what that means...
Who bought shares today?
Someone is unloading a lot of shares today.....
The latest edition of the TroubleSome Creek Times in Hindman, KY has a nice article about their Ginger Bread Festival. Unfortunately, they forgot to write about the 100 jobs Sydney is creating.

Hey Sydney:
How about a little PR to pump GLER back up to .0025?
Chroma-Z:
Glad to see you back, the MB has not changed much in the past few months.
Stephen218:
How many shares do you own?
The GLER corporate theory is to pay the salaries of the executives (The Harland's and their friends) with the proceeds of stock sales or with stock itself. However, the price has fallen so far that this is no longer feasible. The game is over and Sydney Harland won. Why did he win? He won because he got your money. This is just an opinion but the basis is supported in some facts....read the 10K and 10Qs, do some DD for yourself.
Disclaimer: I have desperately tried to short GLER but have been unable to find a broker to handle the transaction.
Poll: What day will GLER first touch .0010?
dhjr123:
There is nothing I can say that will have any impact on the pps of GLER. It is almost a certainty that although I have posted many facts on this board, no one takes them seriously.
Barbara Sloan is still the owner of the Samuel mine. I posted her hand written articles of incorporation previously on this website. The company is only a couple years old so any mining was probably done by a previous owner. If you walk around the woods in that part of Kentucky, there is evidence of mining activity all over the place.
Eward368:
Nice DD, thanks. One of the questions that has been raised in the past is what the permits that were issued cover. For example, are the authorization to dig a small exploration shaft or are they a permit to conduct true mining operations?
"due to recent volatility in the financial markets, all parties agreed to a later closing date."
Think this thru a bit folks, what they are really saying is they have to pump the price of GLER back up so they can buy the property with stock (at laest in part.) Well, Sydney, the PPS isn't going to go back up so waiting is a waste of time.
I am waiting for the next postponement...which is bound to be coming.
CLOSING POSTPONED!!!!
GLER "has set a closing date during the week of September 26, 2011, for its acquisition of the Samuel Coal properties in Knott County, Kentucky, which had been previously announced. The closing had been expected to close earlier but due to recent volatility in the financial markets, all parties agreed to a later closing date."

The stock should really soar now!!!!
An 18% haircut is nothing.
Dhjr123:
The "letter of credit" on the website is actually a summary. However, the reason it is a fraud is because a real "letter of credit" is a binding 3 way contract. The fake letter on the website says it is "non-binding." If it is non binding, it is not a letter of credit.
What sydney is doing is the equivalent as me handing you a $100 bill that has "Not Legal Tender" written in the fine print on it.
I have three technical reasons. The "letter of credit" looks fraudulent. These overseas buyers who pushed the price up before can't be located by anyone on this board and may be phantoms of imagination. Third, their delivery plan for the coal is impossible. How is that?
Tikasun:
Well, the next PR is on its way for sure now. They have to bump the price up so their buddy Spiros can dump 30 million shares on unsuspecting shareholders.
If you read through the message traffic on this MB, there are several people who say Spiros talked up GLER pretty hard and they bought this stock as a result.
Spiros's company, XS Holdings is in the business of raising capital, http://xsholdings.com/contact_us_4.html My guess is that he gets some GLER shares and Sydney gets some shares to sell from some other company for "consulting." Then Sydney can dump them without all the SEC issues. What a clever little scam.
Sydney:
The ship is sinking fast, you had better release some more PR soon or it will be all the way down to .0001. If you don't like my idea of buying a hockey team, maybe you could buy a cruise ship. There is big money in cruise ships.
Stephen218 and Freetrade4me:
Why not think big and predict $5 a share by Friday?
Ceenote:
I get the impression the "things out of their control" part is code language for saying they need to have more money to buy the land?
I have no idea
VIP:
Freetrade4me might be Sydney himself posting? HAHAHA
The hockey team will be called the "Coal Country Crumblers" according to Sydney.
Well, September 6 has slid to mid September, which will slide to some other date.... If they were really planning to buy the property, they would have the title by now and not just a bunch of PR.
Sydney:
Now that the coal deal has fizzled, I would suggest buying a minor league hockey team. There is huge money in minor league hockey. Perhaps GLER shareholders could get a 50 cents off on every beer purchase from the concession stands. Is that a great plan? Eager investors are waiting for your answer.
dhjr123:
VIP-Player was cracking a joke, a little sarcasm to lighten up the mood. I thought it was funny. Anyway, what are you worried about? Stephen218 keeps saying the price will rocket up, isn't that proof enough?
dhjr123:
Don't you read the National Inquirer?
Brokedaddy:
Samuel was issued a few permits but we don't know what they were for. Drilling an exploratory shaft, building a road or digging a mine. We also don't know if they just paid the fee so it would look like they are planning a mine or if they really intended to do something. We also don't know if the permits are transferable to GLER. Samuel Coal was incorporated in 2008 with a handwritten document and a $50 fee. I posted the link a few days ago.
Time for some more PR. How about a memorandum of understanding to buy some mining equipment?
Thewolf1:
Thanks for your diligence in following up with the Congressman.
RoadLess:
Good to see you back on the board!!!!
Balltilian:
I get the feeling that you might have a pretty good idea as well what the cycle is for a PK stock scam? Are you waiting for for the hibernation as well?
VIP:
I have tried to short GLER during one of the recent PR bumps. Scottrade said absolutely not, even though I had a lot of greenbacks I could hold in reserve. They did not give the details you mentioned in your posting but the gist is the same.
I think I have this scam figured out and I think I know the end game. If I am right, I will buy towards the end.
I have intensively watched several of these scams and they operate in somewhat predictable ways.
Thewolf:
I got a somewhat bizarre answer back that suggested using a different email address, I didn't call. If this is a scam and the Congressman has endoresed it in some way, his career is over.
The volume is starting to dry up....soon we will just have lots of "stucks."
Junior high
I have posted my interest in this stock before on this board. I am not a current shareholder although I would buy this stock at .0001 if the SEC is not investigating and the have not filed for BK.
Here is some fun DD on the Samuel Coal Company. Check out their latest annual report at https://app.sos.ky.gov/corpscans/89/0714189-09-99999-20110710-ARP-4839629-PU.pdf and then take a look at their headquarters using MapQuest based on the address in the annual report. This is guaranteed to be fun!
The handwritten articles of incorporation filed 9/24/2008 is also a nice touch, http://apps.sos.ky.gov/ImageWebViewer/(S(fk3rzweur4t5zy45wyl11345))/OBDBDisplayImage.aspx?id=3258050
The president of Samuel Coal, Barbara A. Sloan, had a little bad luck with her last corporation, WindWalker Co., https://app.sos.ky.gov/ftshow/(S(gttn1ou2p41mqt55texvad55))/default.aspx?id=0503844&ct=09&cs=99999
The treasurer of the Samuel Coal Company is Regina Cornett. She is also the secretary of Abundance Coal, Inc. It has the same HQ address as Samuel Coal and their name has come up in past GLER PR, https://app.sos.ky.gov/ftshow/(S(gttn1ou2p41mqt55texvad55))/default.aspx?id=0593355&ct=09&cs=99999 . I thought they we supposed to be the contravt miners?
