Could be some that made a decision to sell the instant delist news was out, at any price. Could be some who acted very fast on bad news with intent to acquire. I think there were low odds for near term recovery to $1, so except for some lucky buyers who moved fast in the after hours, I think price will soon recover to at least 8 cents range, within days.
Vicious cycles: buyers on margin get calls and have to sell. The cheaper oil is, traders will sell profitable stocks to buy oil when it is oversold, the extreme volatility of oil stocks has been causing many to wait and see... The interconnectedness of global markets will cause 2-3 day domino effects. Many reasons...
You say it is in the filings that their insurer dropped them already, and that now it will cost them much more to seek other insurance??
They must have great confidence in the year ahead to be potentially borrowing at 30%, and daring to even suggest the share price could reach .75.
We don't know that. Why not ask them.
I think improvement from here is quite possible
I think they are very much still, but I am not at all close to the company and only know what I read on the Internet from various sources.
Someone who believes they are going to get benefit from their contracts, and that a more positive earnings trends has begun, and/or some parties who hope to achieve a controlling interest - including perhaps gain access to the details of the technology(?)
But there has to be a buyer on the other end of every sale!
Wish I could remember! Part of a competition for best website graphics or something like that. Greek mythology entered into it, if I recall, but unfortunately I cannot recall the details.
Keep that thought! The void in info at brokerages today, during their name change, no doubt had an effect on price spiral down. Also dropping below 1 cent, I suspect, triggered many stop loss orders.
I'd like to see a return to 5-10 cents after settlement is a done deal.
I think it's closer to 4 M, not 2. Perhaps some of the stock sales that brought this so far down, were to raise funds for that settlement.
If you do a wider search, there something out there about the meaning of their new name/ logo.
I don't think attempts to
Improve the company's brand are misplaced.
Could be 30 days?
And you think those trades are debenture holders rather than privileged special investors getting blocks at a discount? Hard to imagine who would buy such large blocks if these were not prearranged trades at a discount.
Lot of those who bought at 8 cents or less protecting profit after multi-day decline and lack of confirmation of extension, IMHO.
I can imagine sale of 20 million shares or much more were triggered by stop loss orders at 1 cent.
Do you suppose that is what the confidential treatment order was about?
The confusion today over ticker symbol and the news that settlement will not be final until May have both affected buying, (as well as shares being off-loaded).
Thank you for this information.
Thanks for this, please can you tell me where these positive statements were made exactly?? Thanks.
One certainly wonders what the H has been going on...
Well, I think they really are trying to overcome past mistakes. And I hope despite the odds that they succeed.
So, do you think they are trying to reinvent themselves as a kind of "boutique" advisory firm? I greatly value your insights. Thank you.
If I'm in it, it must surely be a "ship of fools" about to sink. Excepting yourselves, of course: meaning everyone on this board.
I'm not clever at all, and only chose this volatile stock based on a pattern that I cannot put in words.
It's sickening
Keep the positive thoughts...
Well let's hope for a turnaround.
Only average volume at 15:46
Weird. Refers to 2011 analyst notes as recent, and makes it sound as though insiders own very little of the stock, excepting TFG radiant who allegedly bought twice for $1 in 2015. Really??
Fulleroots - any idea why this good news is followed by fall in share price? I would have thought it could recover at least to 3-10 cents on getting that past nightmare out of the way. Is all the selling how they've been paying their lawyers??
2 million sh purchased @ +/- .09, for $180,000. Can't be a dummy or anyone expecting it to fall down more?
Thanks. Do you have a specific strategy for handling a stock when a R/S occurs?
Thanks for posting this; one hopes the bloodletting ends with this news
That's what I meant; 1:15, not 15:1 was my understanding how it is represented.
You mean a 1 for 15 RS? How long did the 3.50 last?
I have never seen a R/S to be beneficial. Can you provide some examples where it was beneficial?
Very disappointing, yes. But IF there is to be any turn-around, I think it will become visible in next 30-90 days.
Makes sense, your analysis.
Brilliant effort, brilliant analysis. Thank you.
Looks like pre-arranged trades at a discount, the last minute/ closing seconds big block trades. Chinese getting a bigger piece of the technology they want??
The non-compliance was overcome in September 2014 by a R/S. It would look very shabby to do that again only 16 months later. Indeed, questions arise from not having even stayed in compliance for 8 (?) months after the last R/S. True, many oil stocks lost 30 to 90% in that time frame. Let's hope there are other deals with big investors to buy a portion of their shares at higher prices. A major contract announcement would help now.
