Bad Days for Sydney:
How can Sydney be expected to earn a living selling shares at .0011, when only a few hundred thousand shares are trading a day? How can he pay Spiros, Gorman and the rest of the gang? These are dark days indeed.
badshah:
You are right, I will be assigned to bash another stock soon. Remember, bashers never bash a bad company, they wouldn't waste their time.
Cableguy666:
The phone number is from Attachment C of the 8K filed by Sydney Harland on 2/10/11, http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingPdf?FilingID=7711564 Check for yourself. If you assume what the "Ed Killen" that was posting to the MB is true, at a minimum he is a material witness to multiple felonies and can look forward to federal and state investigations.
What a great day to be a GLER investor!!!!
Ed:
You have to bear in mind that there have been a lot of lies spread on this MB, it is not surprising that people trust almost nothing here.
I predict Sydney gets hit with a Wells Notice by the end of the month.
Another great day to be a GLER shareholder!!!!
Ed:
Thanks. My suspicions about the veracity behind GLER's business model were sparked by the "letter of credit" with the Shinhan Bank. The confirmation of the letter of credit is posted on GLER's website. However, whoever drafted that confirmation clearly knows absolutely nothing about letters of credit and whoever posted it on the website knows even less. From my standpoint, that document's sole purpose was deception of the shareholders. I began examining GLER's business plan and I was unable to confirm any key "facts" they report.
dhjr123:
No, I don't think arrest warrants are forthcoming. There are things that still don't make sense. If you take the messages most recently posted here by none28, it portrays Sydney Harland as a well meaning CEO that got defrauded and tried to compensate. The problem is that I have always believed the Win International contract was a fraud.
I think we may have a fox in the hen house.
None28, authenticate yourself by answering this. How could Sydney transport his coal to Korea without co-mingling it with other similar graded coal at the shipyard in Norfolk and do that without a huge add on cost?
Ed:
Thanks for you posting.
Here is Ed Killen's contact information:
EDMUND CARROLL KILLEN

When is the next 10Q due? I think it is now or in the next couple days.
People should be able to post thier views of the company, even if they are a bit odd.
dhjr123:
I am not in personal possession of adequate facts.
You guys are talking about at least two felonies per act, one for forging the document and one for uttering it. Forging is the material alteration of a document with intent to defraud, uttering is passing/filing a document that you know or have reason to know was forged. The WV state level penalty is 1-10 years in the penitentiary per felony, it is an indeterminate sentence. An indeterminate sentence is one that the judge sentences the range of 1-10 years, the DOC decides how long a person actually serves. These sentences could be run consecutively or back to back. McDowell County is not known for granting probation so although these sentences are probatable, it won't happen.
If this case went federal, which is likely, there will be some securities fraud charges, conspiracy and maybe a mail fraud. Federal sentences are far more harsh than state sentences.
This is nothing to play with. If my name were forged, I would send a detailed letter to the FBI with the 8K printout. They will refer it back to the SEC but the SEC will be forced to do a minimal investigation. If nothing else, that will provide some protection when this case eventually explodes.
Dhjr123:
I am just waiting the the 500 billion shares of GLER to appear in my brokerage account and I will cut Sydney the check.
Has anyone called Sydney lately to see what the breakdown is? Maybe he died, had a stroke or was abducted by aliens. The most plausible explanation is that he is a felonious turd but I just wondered if any of you investors had explored any other possible excuse for his dereliction of corporate responsibility to his shareholders.
I am surprised this stock hasn’t completely tanked now that Sydney has demonstrated that the Samuel Coal deal is at best a fading dream. I am kinda disappointed that he hasn’t come up with some other new scheme like deeds for underwater real estate, a patent that patents oxygen or a licensing deal for the use and enjoyment of sunlight.
Stephen218:
If you are so inclined, I would like to hear the reason that you think GLER will have a "BIG BIG RUN."
Sydney:
Why don't you turn GLER into an Alpaca farming company? It would have unlimited earning potential.
BNGMaster:
You might be right, Sydney let's the stock bottom out and then he buys up lots of shares. Once he has tanked up, the PR flies. There are only two problems with that logic. Sooner or later, the SEC will get wise. Second, I think the PK market may be wise so I am not sure how far up it can go. Quite frankly, I am not sure if anyone is going to believe a word he says.
Maybe he will do this.... Announce he is consulting with a BK lawyer, then do a reverse split of 10,000 to 1 and then change the name of the company. Man, that sure would be exciting, I hope he does it.
Sydney:
I have to say that I admire the the reckless abandon with which you have for your shareholders. You get them drawn in for the kill with interesting, if not amateurishly written, press releases. Then you show them complete and utter disregard as you ignore them. You also show nerves of steel when it comes to your total lack of concern over any type of SEC inquiry. Well done!!! I look forward to the next twist in the endless cycle of these companies.
Browland1: Pinocchio Products....that is my suggestion for Sydney as to the new name of the company. What do you think?
Hunterj20:
It did tank, look at the chart.
GLER. No News this week or next week but big big run r coming for GLER. Gooooo. GLER
jimboy2:
The triangle of death for these PK stocks is a reverse split, a name change and a hint of a bankruptcy filing. That shakes out all the shareholders and the insiders can buy the whole company back for 10K. Then they repeat the PR process, works like a dream.
I have to be honest. I kind of like the fraudster CEOs. I guess that is my attraction to this MB and this stock.
Names prior to GLER
1. Ozolutions
2. International Development
3. Global Wataire
All three of these were dismal failures over the past decade plus. Read some of the old 10Ks and 10Qs, you will note that it is a familiar cast of characters.
Isn't there another 10Q due about now? It is always fun to see that GLER has earned ZERO but read about all the wonderful executive compensation that is being paid. The money for the executive compensation is available due the the generous donations made by investors...in the form of stock purchases.
Ceenote:
I am sure you are reporting the conversation honestly. Howvever, why should we believe Sydney? This sounds like all the rest of his "explanations." At the very end of WWII, Hitler is said to have been moving imaginary divisions around on a map to develop the defense of Berlin. This image resembles my view of Sydney's thinking, imaginary bankers are writing checks for a mine that will produce coal for imaginary buyers.
Did Sydney mention whether or not he enjoyed the "documentary film about GLER" I created?
Has anyone tried to call Sydney or Spiros to figure out why they have completely abandoned their shareholders?
It isn't in grocery store check out lines the way it used to be...
BNGMaster:
It was on the front page of the Weekly World News....right after the article about the planned alien invasion this November.
VIP:
I think that was Balltilian's point....
Thanks, Stephen218, glad you are still here.
Gooooo GLER, Go Go GLER, Goooo GLER....
What happened to the daily pumping???? Did those posters finally through in the towel????
I can't even imagine what Sydney's next move is going to be....
A 17% trim should be considered to be a victory by shareholders. I thought things would be even worse today. However, every day Sydney waits to issue more PR will be a down day. There is no reason on earth to buy GLER now, as Sydney has proven himself to be either unreliable or a downright fraudster.
Poll:
What should the shareholders buy Sydney and Betty Anne Harland for Christmas? A lump of coal, 100 shares of GLER or something else…?
Hey Sydney:
It might be a good time to get the magic PR machine fired up. The price of shares is dropping like a lead balloon. If you wait too much longer, the whole house of cards will collapse.
