If you tell me I need patience on your beloved stock I will be waiting patiently on the sidelines until it's ready to go!

That's correct, and then it gets removed within 3 days of the letter. They'll file the Attorney Letter with Pink Sheets, so my eyes will be peeled for that.
I can't tell anyone what to buy or sell Stock Patrol, but if I had dry powder I'd be buying at these levels. If you look at the chart, there has been a very extended consolidation period due to investors waiting on certain news that appears to be coming in drips and drabs lately, and also seems to be picking up steam. Our biggest ace is the fact that Judge peck seems to be making rulings completely biased to Lehmans.
It's simple. They can manipulate it easier WHEN there's low volume. All they do is tap the bid for let's say $100 worth of stock, which is nothing for them, and look for jumpers that sell in panic. Like when the .0191 sell went off at the bid today, imho that was exactly what they were doing. So people watching their stock go from .0228 to .0191 panic and sell their shares to the MMs for cheap prices. Now...this only works in the MMs favor if the future direction of the stock is up, so when they do things like that it's a good sign for me.
Thanks for bringing that to my attention....what I meant to say was O/S. Yeah, the A/S thing is kind of a joke...a company that's valued at 21m will not dilute it's own stock to 10B shares. That's just unfinished business right now that I firmly believe will be taken care of. Now there's a lot of irons on the fire and I'm sure that's not a high priority yet, it's just another thing for us longs to look foward to.
Yeah, still no V though, but at least we know when the selling stops the general direction of the stock is up. When certain non-retail MMs run out of shares to sell (which they will, unless they raise the A/S, which I don't think they will since they are on the brink of really good revenue), I believe the real move will start.
Looks like we might start a move up. Ask is at .0239. It would be nice to get a green candle today, since that would show a reversal pattern on the candlesticks.
I believe the consensus is that the bankruptcy will last somewhere in the neighborhood of 2-3 years. We're almost a year and a half in. Hope this helps.
I believe those form-t shares at the end of the day are a way of manipulating the daily activity. Sometimes it will be share blocks in the millions. They act like they were so overloaded during the day that they missed them, but I believe it's a form of manipulation. As far as your share block is concerned, you may be right as I've never seen a block under 100sh go through.
And of course, after the ask gets slapped, what do they do? Drop it. Sure, that makes a lot of sense. They're keeping this stock tightly wrapped. They know when it tops .10 it will be a big buy signal, and they don't want it to happen until they're ready imo.
Well the bid/ask disparity is only .01 today, so maybe today is our day.
I'm surprised nobody has commented on this yet. While reading the article it really grabbed my attention. Walt Disney is a billion dollar company and one of the staples of America and they are a Lehman's creditor. That's some really big firepower to have in our corner. B of A is one of the biggest banks in America,if not the biggest, and it's another creditor. Both of these companies are "global elite" companies and I'm sure they will make sure they get their money back.
Yeah, I've been watching that one for the last few days. It's been holding the 20 nicely on this uptrend, and just about touched it today with a nice bounce. This could be an easy 100% from here imo.
Looks like a good bottom play.
Motorized surfboard?.....I'm listening :)
Correct, and the A/S is still 100M.

Or they can go to Delaware Dept. of Corps. and click on Entity Information and have a live chat with an operator that will assist them. People should do their own DD, instead of asking people on a message board to do it for them. It's their money....posters on a message board aren't going to watch it for them.
I missed that one. Hope you made some coin on it though. I like the new board.
I hope not....pr's like that can become redundant really quick, and can actually cause a mini-selloff everytime one comes out. I think they should save pr's for things that could actually move the stock. Let's hear about revenue.
I agree, that will be the catalyst that we've all been waiting for imho. I believe a lot of investors have been a little foggy as to what will start this move....a court date? a decision? an MOR?...these have been questions that most investors have been pondering. I believe the examiners report will provide clarity to what we've been speculating on this board for some time now. I also believe the clarity will coincide with our speculations. Kudos for being one of the first storm chasers in this perfect storm.
That article was a bullseye. It seems as if these articles are foreshadowing the Lehmans cases. Usually the press generates a public sentiment, then you get the public outcry, then the angry mob comes out. I think the target of the angry mob will be Barclay's and JPM, and with that much attention, the judge would probably rule in Lehman's favor....like he's been doing all along anyway.
Agreed.
I like the straightfoward approach. No exaggerated claims. It was more of a sandbagging IIS, if anything. They say "The competitive environment is highly unfavorable to new entrants", referring to new companies in this niche. If this company really had an inkling of that sentiment, they would be diluting us like crazy and putting out fluff pr's, and putting the money in their pocket. Statements like that are de rigueur for a company this nascent that, I believe, expects to be able to implement their plan and acheive all stated goals. I believe the DRTV marketing campaign will be our pivot point, and Q2 '10 financials should look much better. Q1 won't look much different than the IIS imho.
It could have been someone setting a sell and accidentally hit buy. I know it's happened to me before.
Another Joel Shumacher movie from 25 years ago was St. Elmo's Fire. It got an average of 3.5 from viewers as well, and became a cult classic. I haven't seen 12 yet, but I'm getting a vibe that it could be such a movie. A lot of movies targeted to the 18-34 year old demographic usually get bad reviews from the intelligentsia. Shows you what they think of young people these days. I have a link but my copy paste isn't working on i-hub....sorry. You can google it and find it easy.
Flippers get out of the way!
I like to call it the MMs shenanigans.
My mistake.
Perfectly timed for a good IIS.
What the heck is ABLE doing. Flashing the bid back and forth. .0675/.07. Could it be more obvious.
The MACD crossed in Dec. and we've been in a positive divergence since. What I'm waiting for is the Golden Cross which could happen next week if we move up a little soon.
Cheers...see you at the beach. Be careful, this Lehman wave might be a doozie.
Get ready to hang $10.
2000 contracts out of 10,000 netted 8B in cash. At that revenue rate, the remaining contracts should net around 32B. That alone could could close the A/L disparity, which is somewhere in the neighborhood of 35B if I'm not mistaken. But we all know the contracts have gone up in value and Peck agreed on bonuses to retrieve top dollar for the contracts........ I can feel the oceans' movement, and I think there's a big wave coming. Get out your surfboards.
It looks like the MMs are done fishing for the day.
They had the bid jumping around from .027/.0277/.028/.029, for more than a half an hour and still no jumpers. I think their game is almost exhausted for the day.
Yeah, I'm more worried about taking down the wall they have set up at .038 than I'm worried about these little games to get a few .029 jumpers. They know prs are coming out and they are setting up accordingly. This is just the calm before the storm.
A lot of boards always talk about MMs games, and most of the time it's BS. Well take a look at level 2 and you will see that they play on low V days. Especially with a stock that MMs know is going to move.
Nobody's really selling. They just got a 200k sh block which is about $6k. If we do get some real selling in the .02's the buying will pick us right back up into the .03's. But we probably won't get any of those shares.....MMs will.
Well they found their jumper.
