you're right there it's a huge bubble and when it pops I wouldn't want to me near some of these energy stocks.

Nothing goes up that fast and keeps going!

It seems they haven't been able to get the CTO removed as of yet and their solution is to relocate and reverse split.

The point is any kind of buying and this stock will easily move higher. Why they choose not to market thier company and have kept quiet with broken promises for a long time is not right!

My only hope now is that they will not be allowed to to do a reverse because of the CTO. For anyone living over there can you try and contact the SEC over there and find out if this is possible for them to do?

Im very dissapointed in how this company has been run and now how the shareholders will suffer again!

why would the company do a reverse split when the stock is at 2 cents. Get this to 10 cents then do the reverse and start with a dollar price.

It wouldn't take much buying for this to be at 10 cents.

This is outright ignorance to do it when it's 2 cents IMO

No need for a reverse split 100 mil shares and most of them shares are held tightly is not much at all. They need to hire a good promotional company and get the price up .A reverse is a death sentance usually. Why take the chance?

This stock would run easily IMO with any kind of buying pressure!

well I will vote no and hopefully they will have all no's with the reverse that always screws the shareholder! Just look what happened last reverse it never fails.

I have received nothing. Tell me how they can do a reverse with the stock having a CTO on it? I'm am going to contact the SEC in the U.S. as this is total nonsense. They have been quiet keeping us shareholders in the dark for so long and now they are going to screw us with a reverse split?

if they did the reverse all you would end up with is 1 share of a 2 cents stock. IMO

The smart choice would to be to work on the price from here. They have done nothing to help the price and have let the CTO go on for way to long. The biggest market the U.S. could of brought in lots of investors but they aren't trying at all.

The first reverse nearly killed this stock now another one IMO is not going to help. They state they will be profitable next quarter with CHINA so there is no need to do a reverse. Unless of course if it's just all BS.

Let's face it this stock has done nothing but gone down. And the constant increases in the A/S and no other word out of the company has put it were it is today. People are happy that it didn't go to triple 0's give me a break these clowns just increased the A/S by 500 mil.

That is your opinion and that whole idea is made up and not factual. I have shares (long)also I have shares for trading. We have no solid evidence other then their last Pr that there is a Sib Almaz. All we have seen out of them since that last PR is A/S increases. Let's just put things into perspective here.

Oh and in the last PR they said " to reduce the number of shares, through various means including but not limited to a repurchase of shares." Constant increases in the A/S is not reducing shares.

This company would be dumb to do a reverse split.
The stock price is not the problem it's the no interset in the stock. Any buying pressure and this would run up fast IMO.

Let's pray they aren't stupid enough to do another reverse split.
