Looking At This New Opportunity: First Time Poster
From review many posts there is alot of excitement about the past, present and future of PYPR.
having not invested into this company I need some solid DD information and rather than get a ton of responses I would like to have an opportunity to look beyond the website.
I am not a big penny player as many have large O/S, execute R/S multiple times, and audited financials are seldom processed in a timely fashion or take years to complete. The CEO's of these companies appear to focus on two things a big pump and then a dump on the investors.
Not sure of the facts here knowing the risks when gambling in this specific arena so if you have any recommendations I'd like to hear about them.
Thanks,

Interesting Buyers At PDSC:
The tape for this afternoon buyers looks interesting and certainly no lack for an audience wanting to buy into the seven figures. Little over 66M traded shares today!

BigJohn: President Katheew C. Cullen:
I would like to state that our new president Kathleen Cullen has big shoes to fill with the success of her predecessor but that certainly is not the case! To the contrary, she has big shoes to fill to get the price up and to satisfy its shareholders.
I have contact the corporate office ( Jean ) suggesting that a shareholder conference given the promotion and the plummet in the PS/OS. I will keep you posted.
I continue to hold a position in shares and will make a bid for a large position when I see the right opportunity.
In the meantime, have a wonderful and health Thanksgiving!
Investor100
President Kathleen C. Cullen :
Welcome to PDSC!
Perhaps the best news this week is the appointment of a Katheen C. Cullen to run the operations of PDSC. Bill Kearney figured out that the path he was leading was that of self-destruction and the PS / OS is a clear reflection of that direction.
I would like to suggest that Kathleen Cullen subscribe to what many successful companies do and that is have a shareholder conference call.
The timing could not be better to learn more about her experience in the industry, the new direction she has for PDSC in the short and long term.
Yesterdays PR indicates that Katheen Cullen will run a ship that has robust potential but to be quite blunt I have seen nothing the past sixty days.
I am hoping that this new leader brings about a new direction for the company that up to this point has lost many opportunities.
My advice to Bill Kearney is hands-off until further notice!
Good Health To All & Happy Thanksgiving!

BigJohn51: Bill Kearney Has Failed PDSC!
Given the facts that we have all witnessed there is clearly a lack of leadership at the helm of this company.
There have been too many great opportunities during the past sixty days with all the contaminants in our food supply posted in papers and registered with the FDA not to have secured at least one contract.
Additionally, with Mr. Kearney's experience and contacts this makes it even more suspicious as to what is going on at PDSC other than the fact the O/S has doubled and the stock is at an all time low!
If Bill Kearney were a sharp businessman he would step down as the CEO and hire a true professional who has the capacity to communicate with the business community, communicate with its shareholders, and to take advantage of the opportunity given the enviroment and cicumstances.
What Bill Kearney is allowing to happen that fail many business leaders is to allow the "ego" to play the leading role that prevents PDSC from moving forward.
In summary, the tide must change with new leadership for this company to have any future and its a shame that Bil Kearney lacks the leadership to fully understand that reality...
I have never bashed this company before after owning 5M shares but time is of the essence if PDSC is going to make any comeback.
The end of my story.
Good Health To All!
Investor100
Time For Bill Kearney To Resign!
The facts speak loud and clear given the opportunities the past 60 days with multiple story headlines of various contaminants entering our food chain and not once did we ever hear from Bill Kearney that his patented FDA approved products warranted any written contracts!
He stated that he was out their generating business with big plans to make things happen and turn around his company which at that time he owned 80% of the stock and had personal monies of 2.5M invested into it!
The truth of the matter is we have not yet had one contracted announced in all the PR's issued the past 60 days, the stock has fallen from .0065 when I jumped onboard to .0010 and an increase in O/S from 600M to 1.2B.
If this guy worked for me I will steal the words from Donald Trump " You Fired "!
The time has come Mr. Kearney for you to step aside as the CEO and hire someone that wants to make something of PDSC.
You do not have to look to far as there are many members on this board ( myself included) that could turn this company around in 60 days.
Yes, I am a former CEO who built a 50M company within a few years and I can tell you that the method you are using will not work..period!
If you chose not to resign then sell the company to those that respect the shareholders and want to position the company for real success.
If you need help at finding a seller then contact me I will have several major institutional lenders knocking on your door.
Call me on my cell at (562) 397-7883
If you chose to do neither I demand that you have a "real" conference call and lets have an open and honest conversation about the direction of PDSC.
If you chose to stay the course with redundant PR's that lend no substancial evidence that your products are accepted and used in the marketplace, add more O/S that dilutes your companies stock value, offer sharholders a very general overview of what the diretion is of this company you alone are to blame for its failure.
Good Health To All!

CYBU: Welcome Back...
For some reason I thought you had taken your lumps and left the party ( small party it is ).
You have provided some great information on PDSC and would like to hear your take on what is going on ( ie. interview ).
I have commented on listening to Part 1 & 2 but reading you take on it would be interesting.
I will assume that those still on this board are waiting for much better days.
Good Health To All.
Investor 100
Here are my notes Part 2.
Two callers, one from Tampa, Florida the other from Kansas did not ask the tough questions other than they like the fact the company is debt-free, technology that offers a solution to various contamination problems, and an active CEO trying to get the business.
The interviewer from this MN1 website was the worst with lots of off the subject material, playing music, and perhaps just had too much Atomic X drink!
In any case the highlights are limited:
1) Atomic X drink is expanding into the Dallas market.
2) Traveling to Tampa, Florida next week for opportunities.
3) Bill mentioned some west coast farmers are using his technology ( No specifics )
4) Bill responds quickly to e-mail!
In conclusion: I have discovered that the business model with PDSC is quite different than what I had expected when I bought into this company.
What he is going to offer is what he calls a niche product / service whereby his plants ( 80,000 sq ft in Dallas, Texas ) is going to accept all types of food to process ( he mentioned that seafood from Chile is one example) whereby he is going to process the packaging and sell it to the retail stores. This process will ensure that the food is freah, free from contaminanats, etc.
Will he have success selling this concept to the retailers?
What will help his cause is that more contaminated food will continue to make the headlines whereby large numbers of people become sick and lawsuits continue to hit the companies involved.
Good Health To All

Here Are My Notes From Part 1.
From CEO Bill Kearney:
1) Earnings Report Due To Shareholders in 30-45 days.
2) Company is Debt- Free
3) O/S 1.2B
3) Bill Kearney has 3.5M plus R&D invested into company.
4) 80,000 sq ft facility in Dallas open for business in 45 days.
5) Dallas facility will process fish products from Chile, SA.
6) Doing business in Chile, SA and Australia.
7) Inventory worth 3.5 million.
8) Moving 5 loads of sold inventory from Houston to oversea's.
9) Has 21 loads of inventory in stock.
10) Houston Facility: Revenue generated from International
Fumagation Inc.
Is this interview a big scam full of deception and lies?
If so we have all taken the "bait" however if not than I think we have some fight in Mr. Kearney to make things happen for himself as well as shareholders.
If anyone lives in the Dallas, TX area it would be time well spent to make a quick visit. The building is approx 5 minutes from the airport.
Part 2 of the interview is not available due to technical difficulty.
Good Health To All.
Investor100
Is The Glass Half Full or Half Empy?
Have not listened to the interview yet but from accounts of those who did our CEO Bill Kearney has been expanding his business in more ways than one.
Looks like more o/s shares have come into the market during his PR campaign while he was expanding the business with new facilities and products.
If he has 3.5m invested into PDSC any fool would make every attempt to get it back and then some.
This expansion plan is either going to generate alot of contracts or perhaps it could be a setup for some kind of asset sale.
In any case, I have waited this long I will continue to take the gamble and see what happens!
Good Health To All
Investor100
Thanks PennyBenny For Your Analysis!
I guess time will tell as to where and what the outcome is for PDSC!
It is hard to image with all the news during the past 60 days of e-coli and contaminants that his FDA approved products that apparently solve many of the exisiting problems have not generated 1 contract for business!
If the claim is true that he is out beating the streets and kicking tires and pitching his company to manufactuers what is the problem?
If I were majority shareholder for any public traded company with millions invested I sure as heck would be sure that my shareholders knew with a shareholder conference call:
1) An update on the business model.
2) Pending contracts.
3) Financial filings.
Its time for CEO Bill Kearney to step up to the plate and deliver some concrete news!
Good Health To All.
Investor100
A response to my e-mail from PDSC:
" We'll take under advisement your request."
My advisement was a call for a shareholder conference call for its shareholders to learn more about the direction PDSC was heading, its business model, financial filings, its expansion plans.
Lets go PDSC!

backing all the news that has come out the past 60 days.
This segment of the market continues to reveal some form of

Mr. Keaney lets have a "shareholder conference call" for the
latest news of financial filings and pending contracts!
To those have that have provided some excellent DD..Thanks!

Salmonella spread due to restaurant tomatoes
Bacteria traced to dining establishments, officials don't know which ones
Updated: 5:34 p.m. ET Nov 3, 2006
WASHINGTON - Contaminated fresh tomatoes served in restaurants were the cause of a recent salmonella outbreak that sickened dozens of people in 21 states, health officials said Friday.
The outbreak, now over, sickened at least 183 people, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. There were no reports of deaths, although 22 people were hospitalized. Interviews with victims, including detailed surveys of what they had eaten and where before falling sick, led investigators to suspect restaurant tomatoes as the cause.
“We have identified tomatoes eaten in restaurants as the cause of this outbreak. We don’t have any information that a name or a certain type of restaurant is involved. As far as we can tell, it’s across the board,” said Dr. Christopher Braden, a foodborne outbreak and surveillance expert with the CDC.
Story continues below ↓ advertisement
The Food and Drug Administration has begun probing the source of the contaminated tomatoes, said Dr. David Acheson, chief medical officer of the FDA’s Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition.
The cases of illness peaked in late September, leading officials to believe the outbreak is now over.
“We don’t believe there is a need to issue a specific warning to consumers regarding the consumption of tomatoes,” Acheson said.
Outbreaks of salmonella in tomatoes occur periodically. A 2004 outbreak, linked to tomatoes sold in Sheetz convenience stores, sickened more than 400 people.
The states involved in the latest outbreak are: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin. There also were two cases reported in Canada.
The salmonella cases came on the heels of an E. coli outbreak, caused by tainted spinach from California, that killed three people and sickened more than 200 others.
The window of opportuntiy to get your products in resturants is here! I would image all of these states would like to hear more about your products!

Another Opportuntiy For PDSC!
CDC probing salmonella outbreak in 18 states
ATLANTA, Georgia (AP) -- A salmonella outbreak potentially linked to produce has sickened at least 172 people in 18 states, health officials said Monday.
Health officials think the bacteria may have spread through some form of produce; the list of suspects includes lettuce and tomatoes. But the illnesses have not been tied to any specific product, chain, restaurants or supermarkets.
No one has died in the outbreak, which stems from a common form of salmonella bacteria. Eleven people have been hospitalized, health officials said.
"We're very early in the investigation," said Dave Daigle, a spokesman for the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Outbreaks of food-borne illness have repeatedly made headlines this year. Certain brands of packaged spinach, lettuce, carrot juice, beef and unpasteurized milk recently were recalled after they were found to be tainted with illness-causing bacteria.
The most serious outbreak, first reported in September, involved spinach tainted with E. coli bacteria that killed three people and sickened more than 200.
The CDC detected the salmonella outbreak two weeks ago through a national computer lab system that looks for patterns and matches in reports of food-borne illness. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has joined the investigation and will try to help trace the outbreak to its origin.
Most of the cases are in adults, and more than 60 percent are women, said Dr. Chris Braden, a CDC epidemiologist investigating the outbreak.
The states involved are Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Virginia, Vermont and Wisconsin.
Fifty-one cases reported in Massachusetts in September are the same strain as that in the national outbreak, said Donna Rheaume, a spokeswoman for the Department of Public Health. It was not immediately clear whether those cases were in addition to the 172 reported nationwide.
Salmonella infection causes diarrhea and is generally not fatal. Other symptoms can include, nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, fever and headache.
There are about 2,500 types of salmonella. The type in this outbreak -- Salmonella typhimurium -- is one of the most common, Braden said.
People can catch the infection from many different sources, including water, soil, insects, factory surfaces, kitchen surfaces, animal feces, and raw meats, poultry and seafoods.
Health officials estimate that more than 1.4 million cases of salmonellosis occur in the U.S. each year. About 1.3 million of those cases come from food, Braden said.
In California, where the E. coli outbreak was traced to, a trade group on Monday proposed mandatory state food safety guidelines for lettuce and spinach farmers and processors. The move by the Western Growers Association would include inspections by state regulators and sanctions for violators.
The California Department of Food and Agriculture, which would be responsible for enforcement, has agreed to work with Western Growers in developing a certification process that would give growers who meet the guidelines a clean bill of health, said Thomas Nassif, the trade group's president.
"It is not normal for a business to say, 'Please regulate us and enforce it if we don't do the right things,"' Nassif said. "But that, we believe, is essential to restore public confidence."

Voice Your Comments To The FDA
If you have have just a few minutes I am certain the FDA would like to know that you enjoy reading about all the tainted food we are buying at our retail stores!
It is also pretty clear that the FDA has not received enough complaints about the food contaminants as we continue to see more issues come alive
Penny did a great job with his latest message #1689 that makes this issue a major problem for all of us!
Here is the link:
http://vm.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/qa-top.html
With my comments I added that they should contact an FDA approved company such as PDSC / link the website for help in resolving these problems.

Does PDSC Have A Business Plan?
What made this stock attractive for purchase were many factors in September given the e-coli nighmare and this weekend another massive recall with Ballard's Sausage which has contaminants in its egg salad in 17 states.
This is an issue that is making news and I have to believe has consumers very careful about what foods they buy.
I myself will not allow my family to eat spinach lettuce despite the claims that its safe to ingest.
The fact that this companies majority shareholder is our CEO who is an active member signing new contracts and opening new locations and from all the PR's has FDA approval for great technology to combat all the contaminants we read in the news.
The PR's also indicate that he is building an inventory of products that are ready for sale be it commercial or retail.
Part of Success is Timing and the time could not be better for PDSC to have already signed several major food processing companies under contract...period!
Is this the " CALM BEFORE THE STORM" of major announcements to come...I have no idea but the wait is killing this stock along with a few shareholders too boot!
I know this "pinkie gamble" is just that a gamble however I thought and still think that PDSC has a fighting chance but the time is NOW to make things happen Mr. Kearney!
I have not had a response I sent to Jean at PDSC regarding the possibility of a shareholder conference call. As soon as I do I will report it.

The Jury Is Still Out On This Company:
With a new week approaching we could witness history when the DOW hits a historical number of 12K!
I think we need to remind ourselves that we are not trading a Dow 500 stock but a pinkie and given the risk factors along with some great information about MM manipulation all of us should have some reservations/skepticism about these types of stocks.
However, what I do like about this company is the fact that it has patented products approved by the FDA, is debt-free, and an owner /CEO who is pro-active and is majority shareholder.
What we do not know is how many O/S exists and when will the financials be completed filed and reported.
In the interim, to keep me from pulling out all of my hair are some "substancial" PR's that have some meat. We have had many PR's that for me are too complex given that I am not an engineer but from what I read and digest is interesting scientific stuff with all the approvals from the federal government.
So until the I hear the "Fat Lady Sing" its over I will continue to hold my position ( 2M ) and play the wait and see mode.

Spinach E. Coli outbreak linked to cow manure:
This is an interesting article which demonstrates how complex this problem is and how far reaching it goes! This hunt is like looking for a needle in a hay stack and the only way to have 100% solution is by offering the type of products offered at PDSC!
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Cattle manure from a ranch in California's Salinas Valley carries E. coli bacteria that match the strain that killed three Americans and sickened 200, U.S. health officials said on Thursday.
Samples taken from three cattle at a ranch precisely match the strain of E. coli 0157:H7 taken from patients and from bags of spinach linked to the outbreak, Dr. Kevin Reilly, deputy director of the Prevention Services Division at the California Department of Health told reporters.
"This is a significant finding and it is the first time that we have linked a ... E. coli 0157:H7 outbreak to a specific ranch in the Salinas Valley," Reilly said.
Reilly said the outbreak had been traced to four farms in San Benito and Monterey counties in central California.
"Not all of them have both livestock and production of fresh spinach or produce right there right next to each other. This particular ranch that we just talked about does have that."
He said cattle were between a mile and half a mile from the spinach fields on the ranch.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration, which is leading the investigation into the outbreak, has been expressing concern for weeks that cattle were close to spinach, lettuce and other vegetable fields on some of the farms.
Escherichia coli is a usually harmless bacteria normally resident in the guts of animals, including humans. A new and pathogenic strain called E. coli O157:H7 was identified in 1982 and now causes an estimated 73,000 cases of infection and 60 deaths in the United States each year.
Most illness has been associated with undercooked, contaminated ground beef. But if contaminated manure gets into irrigation water or is used in fertilizer, it can get onto fresh produce or the water supply.
The FDA and California health officials have been looking at irrigation practices, whether E. coli was seeping into the groundwater and the possibility animals or people may have spread the bacteria onto the produce.
It was also possible the spinach was contaminated at the packing plant, the FDA has said.
"We continue to try to determine the connection between this finding and how the spinach on the field might have been contaminated," Reilly said.
"We do not have a smoking cow at this point now," he said.
Wild pigs are common in the area and move around the fields, Reilly said. He said there was no evidence the cattle had walked through the spinach fields.
Reilly and an FDA official said tests were ongoing to see if the deadly E. coli strain could be found at the other three farms under investigation.

These are the Major Food Processors Doing Business that are concerned and affected by all the problems we are reading in the papers. I cannot think of a better window of opportunity then to have us introduce them to the patented products at PDSC!
The more shareholders we have who volunteer sometime the faster the word gets out to these companies which is a win/win for all of us! I am certain all of these companies have an e-mail for contact purposes.
Good Health To All.

CYBU what do you think as a long term shareholder?
You have provided some great insight with your research on this company during the past several weeks.
We have read some exciting PR's during the past 30 days during a time E-Coli was in the news and PDSC had the opportuntiy to capitalize on it.
I have read the word "Reverse Split " on this board but am hopeful we do not go back to a 1-1000.
I support CEO Bill Kearney for his efforts, along with his patented products so I hold and wait hoping that the PPS turns around.
Good Health To All.

Always Faithful...have you bought in yet or waiting for .002?
Looks like today could be the opportunity to get in or perhaps average down if necessary.
Good Health To all.

Good Morning ...
A quick 1.2M shares early on at .0028.
Any lower PPs looks like a good time to pick up additional shares.
