I'm sorry for emailing again, but the price manipulation troubles me.
There seems to be a stranglehold on ATWT, by market makers, and this
concerns me greatly. Many investors thought we'd we far beyond a penny
by now. Will most of this stop once ATWT moves to the OTCBB, and will
this happen after the audit is completed?(Regarding the audit, is it
near its final stages?) With the price sinking, some are bringing up the
issue of a Reverse Split again.....something the company is adamantly
against.(Most know one will never happen because of the low
debt....also, it would directly impact shareholders in a negative way.)
Despite the concern over the share price, many have great confidence in
the actual product. Taken from the shareholders' meeting, there are many
deals on the table for ATWT, and I hope all are implemented....even
going International this year with China, Canada, Britain and
Austrailia. From there, many believe we'll reach levels of .50 and more.
Sorry for rambling on, but please address my concerns regarding the
share price, audit and other deals. Thank you.
HERE IS THEIR RETURNED EMAIL
Brendan,
No reverse split that I know of.
No international deals right now, focused on national deals right not. We
are trying to get a pr out regarding those deals.
Audit should be done mid Feb.
The company has got a lot of good things going on right now the next PR that
is put out should paint a better picture of where ATWT is going.
I hope we can reach those prices too.
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

I'm sorry again, but I'm not sure what the procedures were for the week
after Christmas up 'til New Years. If you can, I hope these 4 points can
be addressed. I have very high hopes for this company, as many others
do:
1.) Can ATWT become number one in child safety?(This was mentioned by
the company at some time and reposted on IHUB about a month ago. If this
is valid, many would think .50 a share is just the beginning en route to
$1.00 as ATWT was during its inception.)
2.) Is the audit and OTCBB near completion?(I was informed that it would
be 30-45 days in early December.)
3.) Are the new master distributors and 1900 more outlets in effect?
4.) Is ATWT debt-free?
I wish you had a worthwhile Christmas and Happy New Year, and I hope
ATWT investors enjoy a very prosperous and successful 2007.
HERE IS THEIR RESPONSE:
Brendan,
ATWT is poised for some substantial growth in 2007 with partnerships and
sales that are going to help save kids lives. Which should put them high up
on the list of child safety in regards to school transportation.
There more news on the way regarding the latest growth of ATWT. I wish I
could tell you more but I can't. We are trying to get the release out late
next week pending approval and we want it to be timed right so we can get
the most response from it.
The Audit is underway and should be finished soon.
The 1900 distributors is not officially in effect.
When the audit is finished I will be able to give you exact financials on
the company. The company is in good standings right now and they are poised
for growth in 2007.
Thanks for the Holiday wishes!
Happy NEW YEAR! :)

STOCK EXCHANGE CLOSED TUESDAY
Nasdaq to close Tuesday; NYSE too?
Nasdaq market cites national day of mourning for Ford; NYSE, other markets also expected to close.
December 28 2006: 7:42 PM EST
NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- The nation's financial markets are expected to be closed Tuesday to honor former President Gerald Ford, who died Tuesday.
The Nasdaq stock market said Thursday it will be closed on Jan. 2 to honor the 38th president. The New York Stock Exchange is expected to make a similar announcement, a spokesman for the exchange said.
President Gerald Ford
In the past, the nation's bond and commodity markets have also closed on such days.
Ford, who became president in 1974 after the resignation of Richard Nixon, died at his home in Rancho Mirage, Calif., at age 93.
At his ranch in Crawford, Texas, President Bush Thursday declared Jan. 2 a national day of mourning for Ford, closing most federal offices for the day.
Day of mourning for Ford
Ford's body will be flown to Washington on Saturday and his casket will lie in state at the Capitol. Bush is due to speak at a service in his memory on Tuesday, a White House spokesman told Reuters.
President Ford served on the board of the NASD from 1999-2000, before the Nasdaq stock market was spun off from its former parent. Ford's "leadership and invaluable service during his time on the NASD board contributed to what the Nasdaq is today," Nasdaq CEO Bob Greifeld said in a statement.
The day of a president's funeral has traditionally been a national day of mourning. Most recently financial markets were closed on Friday, Jun. 11, 2004 after President Reagan died.
Throughout the 20th century, the NYSE traditionally has observed the death of former and sitting presidents by closing for an entire day.
Former President William McKinley's funeral was the first to be so honored on Thursday, Sept. 19, 1901.
Five presidents were honored with partial closings: Herbert Hoover (1964), William Howard Taft (1930), Woodrow Wilson (1924), Theodore Roosevelt (1919), and Grover Cleveland (1908).
Benjamin Harrison, whose funeral was held on March 13, 1901, was not honored with a memorial closing. There are no records to indicate the reasoning.

They will have to have a perfect day to win.
They have the talent.
Next year is going to be fun.
