.55 X .58 30,000
(Sorry for the off topic chatter.) Now for some on topic discussion. EDIG is an awesome stock going forward and the fundamentals prove this out. Increasing revenues and new contracts with reoccurring rev's makes for explosive pps potential. Also check the chart for the last 6 months, this baby is moving up. I think this is good for a 30 to 40 cent move between now and the SHM being held in early December. Recent breakout through 52 week high with higher highs and higher lows suggests a near perfect pattern of renewed buyer interest coupled with break outs to new highs as news developes. Good luck , Joe
RTQ: .54 X .56 382,000 at 2:24 pm
Thanks to all the super sleuths for finding the second O 1000 clone. This is getting to be quite a bit of fun once again. I will not be surprised if we break the recent high of .62 over the next few weeks. Good luck to all longs, Joe
Todd, LMAO at the ususal suspects. Hey edig delivered pretty much what they said they would a day early. I don't expect the 10Q to affect the shareprice one way or the other. From the looks of the intraday chart there was a drop down to the 50 cent mark with a subsequent rise back to low to mid 50's near the close. It is entirely possible that we will base in the 50's prior to the next run up. Sweet! Joe
New times at the bid of .59 and what I consider a weak bid and strong ask. Four MM's sitting at bid with one MM sitting at ask. Looks to be a positive slant to the opening so far. Joe
This is sooo much fun! Congrads to all longs. Joe
This may have legs up to a new base! Joe
Todd, make up your mind, LOL!
It is very possible we could see a PR tomorrow. Why not allow edig to announce the tech inside this device? Here is to news in the AM. Joe
So who makes the Gateway player? It is entirely possible we gave Gateway this on the cheap since the upgrade to come is the new and improved model with a smaller form of the 1.8 HD.
.46 X .47 premkt.
Awesome pics of Gateways..um our player Rstring. We have some movement L2 this AM, .45 at bid and .47 at ask.

Todd, if what you say is on the money then the Gateway news will probably allow for a small spike and a subsequent reversal. I do like how we held the 40 cent mark for over a month and see the pps slowly gaining traction as time goes on. Good luck to you this week into the next few months. Joe
Gateway has become the most likely canditate for our JB platform. So, now what can we expect from this news? Since we can expect the edig logo or name to be on or around the player, I would imagine edig gets some press this week in regards to the tech involved. I'm not sure this will jump the pps up much, but I hope to be wrong. We are up 15% and will prob run near the .53 this week but above that seems a stretch.
Any idea what we can expect from revenue out of Gateway this Holiday season? Maybe $3 to $5 bucks per player and 100,000 sold equals one or 2 months burn rate. But on the other hand voice activated JB might allow for some serious press and a much bigger jump in shareprice.
The momentum is growing and with Gateway, a decent 10Q and Comdex this baby could take wings. Now if you keep in mind that this is idle prattle my words will not cause you undue stress or elation! Joe
Sab, looks like people are finally thinking we might get some news that may influence the pps this week. I suspect we might. It would be sweet to be around the high 40's and than get news. I look forward to increasing volume and a new 52 week high. Joe
Well edig has no choice but to put out the 10Q next week. One would think a PR on the branded player can also be expected. The pps has been flat for a long time. I'm going to speculate that we see a return to the recent high next week though the ability to predict edig's price per share is out the window. I do like the fact that we have a strong base around 40 cents. com'n .55 and beyond. Keep the rumors flying though it is having absolutely no effect on the pps. Edig will run on news of significance and nothing else these days. Good luck to us all next week into the xmas season, Joe
Cass, if you are right about your statement; "However, I am growing ever more convinced that the Eclipse unit will ship this Q." Than the pps could very well pop over the next few months. What has happened to convince you that the Eclipse unit will be ship this Q? TIA, Joe
Well said Fred, glad to see you are honest about your intentions!

THE KIDE
Imo the market has already factored in all the wonderful things that are "expected" to happen "soon" and has decided that the company is not worth 60 million dollars. Just my humble, inferential bashers opinion.

I just dont buy that accumulating thing anymore. The stock goes down, its accumulation for the "big run". The stock goes up, its "somebody knows something". My opinion is that the market has figured in all the wonderful things that we are expecting to come to light soon and has decided that edig is not worth 60 million dollars.
Fred, if it is Classic I will be stunned! The delay in releasing the branded player, in order for no one else to run with the idea ,suggests something more than Classic. I believe the company is on the cusp of greatness this year as opposed to last years disaster. Of course they have to execute prior to the SHM or face the wrath of the shareholders. Very few forget the nightmare of the the last SHM. I suspect something is in the wind, other than smoke. Also notice the pps held up Friday, the news may be close to flowing out of edig. I'm going to wait this out. Now on the other hand if they have nothing for us by CES I will seriously reevaluate my holdings. Joe
Arkie, what is that all about? Earnings? TIA, Joe
Those who think edig should already be near the $1.00 w/o any announcements need to review some of the other OTC's some of us follow on the edig boards. For example, ONT, which moved up nicely after a major announcement not before. Or WAVX, same example. XYBR also comes to mind. Just check their respective charts over the past few months and and the dates of major announcements and you will find the spikes coincide nicely with news. Edig will run as the news hits the wires. JMHO, Joe

Joe,
We are in the middle sorting out some last minute details, we are looking at going live during the second week of Nov.

Hi,
I'm very excited about your video player and can't wait to see it on a flight in action. When will this be available? joe
UCAN, I especially liked this part.
"A Hitachi spokesman said the company plans to announce next Tuesday that a music player made by a ''household name'' is using Hitachi drives with a 1.8-inch diameter. The spokesman declined to specify the customer."
This time around MIR I have tens of thousands of shares with the intent of taking profits as they come (and of course pick up some free shares when I buy back in on the dips in my Roth). Big difference from 1999. Gotta love those .14 shares some of us picked up. Let me see, I spent about $6000.00 and picked up 40,000 some shares. sure hope you bought some at those bargain prices. Actually didn't you used to brag about owning a ton of shares. I distinctly remember you hypeing this stock for all you were worth in the good ole days. Couple of questions MIR, do you really see this time-frame in edig's history as being similar to a time-frame in the past? Do you think we have a well known branding entity for the O 1000 platform? TIA, Joe
OT; Seed, you are a strange fellow. You own the stock and have little to no faith in it. This is a high risk play. Why do you put your money in such a high risk situation when you think the stock is garbage? Never mind, most here, myself included, don't really care. Oh, have a nice day. Joe
I'll use my roth IRA and trade those bounces as often as I can to collect more free shares. Good luck to us all. Joe
OT:Thought I heard something, was probably just a large bird taking a dump. And you my fine feathered friend, why would you post here after losing so much money. You must hate to see some of us making money on edig. Those .14 cent shares were such a buy. Have a nice day and avoid Alaska air their planes eat birds and spit out just a bunch of feathers.
But my very short-timer friend, edig does not really have to do anything as long as the pps goes up! Just talking about OEM's and higher revenues should be enough, or at least it has been in the past. Now how about edig produces, hmmm, what a novel idea. You do realize that they actually have their tech in products currently in use. Disney, Alaska Air, B&O, DW, soon to be announced JBP entity to name a few that we know of. Just imagine if edig actually produces, oh wait they already are producing. Keep in mind that many people have bought back in and added shares to drive this off the bottom of .12. Why did they do that, wait, why did you? Oh yeah short term trading potential. Just cause of Proxy's and SHM hype, nah, you are pretty sure edig really is going to continue to grow. Com'n admit it. Joe
So let me get this straight , you feel pretty confident that edig is going up, at least in the short term. And that this is because of the close proximity of the release of the proxy's and the SHM. Umm, what of the various projects under way and such, any of this important in regards to your decision to purchase the stock? Granted most of us realize you are only here to capitalize on the potential for a pop in the pps, but what about the potential that they announce something stellar? Are you pleasantly surprised that edig survived this past year?
So we can assume you are expecting a pop up from here? Would it behoove you to at least try to be positive about the stock you currently own?
seed, you own 71,000 shares of edig purchased at .41?
OT: Looks like Sprint dumped their Auditing firm. I guess sometimes you need to do that, huh!

Sprint Replaces Ernst & Young as Auditor
By AMY SHAFER, AP
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Oct. 15) - Responding to the demands of some shareholders and the AFL-CIO, Sprint Corp. replaced Ernst & Young as the company's auditor, a position the accounting firm held for nearly four decades.
Get Quote, Company Info: FON
Discuss: Sprint
Ernst & Young will complete Sprint's 2003 audit, then be replaced by KPMG as auditor in fiscal 2004, the Overland Park, Kan.-based telecommunications firm said Tuesday.
Since taking over as Sprint's auditor in 1965, Ernst & Young never had to compete for the duty. But after tax advice Ernst & Young offered Sprint's top two executives led to their departure, 38 percent of shareholders, an unusually high percentage, voted at Sprint's annual meeting in May against the firm's reappointment.
'We are impressed with KPMG's extensive experience in providing audit services to major corporations, especially the talented team that the firm has identified to handle the Sprint account,' said Charles Rice, chairman of the audit committee.
Ernst & Young 'enjoyed our relationship with Sprint over the past several decades, and we will work closely with the audit committee and management during the transition period,' spokesman Charles Perkins said.
The AFL-CIO had called for Sprint to switch auditors, complaining that Ernst & Young had compromised its independence through its tax strategy advice for William T. Esrey, then the Sprint CEO, and chief operating officer Ron LeMay. The executives have said tax shelters for stock options were recommended to them by the accounting firm, which has continued to stand behind the tax advice.
Despite the controversy, Rice said the board was pleased with the auditing services Ernst & Young had provided.
Michael Garland, a spokesman for the AFL-CIO's investments office in Washington, called the switch 'an important step to restore investor confidence in the company and its auditor.'
Sprint also said Tuesday it would cap executives' severance packages at two times their base salaries and bonuses in the event another company bought Sprint. The policy was adopted in response to another shareholder vote.
Cornish F. Hitchcock, a Washington attorney for Amalgamated Bank's LongView investment fund, said he would like more details about the directors' new policy on 'golden parachutes.' The investment fund proposed a shareholder vote when any severance package is more than double the executives' base salary plus bonuses.
Hitchcock said he would like to see how the board defines salary and bonuses to determine what kind of agreements need shareholder approval.
Hitchcock said he also was concerned that the board's new policy applies only when there is a change of control, and 'usually, that means there is a takeover.'
Sprint also said Tuesday that the federal government has decided not to bar the company from new contracts. The General Services Administration had considered suspending business with Sprint because it overcharged the Justice Department more than $2 million.
Sprint's government contracts are worth more than $600 million each year.
Sprint also created a lead independent director position and added a committee to focus on corporate governance matters. The company expects to add new independent directors at a board meeting in December.
Tech TV just compared I-Pod to the edig Odyssey as per a poster on the "other board". Hope to find out when this will be repeated on Live Tech. Anyone able to find out if this is to be rerun please list the time, much appreciated. Joe
OT: It sure would be nice to see a few more posters use OT for Off Topic. Any discussion of Cassandra would certainly qualify as OT. Think of Cassandra as a constant reminder of a disillusioned stock-holder who can't stop whinning about her bad decisions. Misery loves company. Don't join her in being miserable. Avoid replying to her posts. Just a thought, or gas.
UCAN, I'm focusing on the next few weeks and the next few months. If edig can follow through and take advantage of the markets they are in we should see some decent pps appreciation this year. If edig fails to capitalize on their current and future projects it should be obvious by CES. I bet they take advantage of their prior efforts and demonstrate it with news and a subsequent higher pps. Webcast, expected news, SHM, CES and always the possibility of a surprise or two equals the distinct possibility of a higher pps. I am certainly excited and will not be swayed from my enthusiasm, LOL! Joe
I'm advocating people buy into edig this week in conjunction with the news we can expect before the month is out. The email I received from RP states "press releases", I take that to mean more than one. The upcoming webcast could provide us with enough info to last awhile. I'm looking forward to the next few weeks. All signs point to a higher pps. Joe
It does look like we can expect some news in the next 2 weeks. I sent an email off to edig requesting info on our projects and this is the canned reply I received today.
Thank you for your e-mail, Joe. We expect to issue more information and
report on our business progress through press releases and in our webcast
this month. We appreciate your continued support.

Anyone else feel like we are on the cusp of some news? After 4 long years this sure looks to be the right time and right place. Finally! Content up the wahzoo. Edig has multi-billion dollar OEM. Finally! IFE looks to be awesome going forward! Mystery wireless project.
What did I miss? Doesn't matter, we are certainly poised to take out the .55 high relatively soon. A blockbuster SHM, it's a given folks, (throw the bums out the window if not a blockbuster SHM). The xmas season is fast approaching. Oh yeah, Webcast this month, (should be enlightening).
I'm getting excited once again or do I need that Med change , Hmmmm. Anyway you look at it edig has contracts, new clients, OEMs, some unknown business and probably a whole lot more we don't know about. To the moon Alice, to da Moon. Good luck to everyone as the Holiday Season approaches. Joe
