Most likely - If there is dilution it will be in reserved shares which is very common - It is called a working interest, and is the probable course.

I truly believe that BIGN was waiting for the proof of concept which they got with the first two wells. I am sure that schlumberger has no problem with a drilling unit 100% billable in the Grimes area alone. Not to mention this works great with oil also!!!
Shermann
And we all know that oil and gas are not going down any time soon. With Hurricane season coming up, or a conflict with Iran, or an Avian Flu outbreak, or more acquisitions, or ramping up the Grimes production, or...or...or...
Shermann
In Penny Stocks, we all have to take reasonable risks - This is about as reasonable as they come. Debt is no problem, as they dont have any. Not to mention they are already profitable. Life is Easy here!!!
Shermann
Not only was it Great News - It was delivered Early!!! Very rare among penny stocks.
Shermann
Dont worry - This has a long way to run - Definitely a Buy and Hold Penny stock which is rare in itself!!!
Shermann
This is Great News - We have to remember the 1600 Capped wells in Grimes of which only 2 have been slotted. This is an absolute Goldmine!!! Expectations are that we will average 1400 MCFD which is huge!!! You do the math - My calculator will not go that high. Not to mention the 150,000 cost per well vs. 750,000 for drilling a well. We know there is gas in the wells - Drilling can still have dry wells or low production wells. I am not sure the eqp we bought is capable of hydroslotting. We will find out in subsequent PR's. This is an absolute Goldmine!!! Not to mention that .27 PPS is where we should be with the acquisition!!!
Shermann
Well, so much for that question!!! Great News - Early too!!!
Shermann
Sounds like the prudent play!!!! I have sold plenty for BIGN!!!
Shermann
And the million dollar question is:
Will the acquisition of the TX company be tomorrow, the last trading day before the holiday weekend; or will it come on Tuesday????
We will surely find out!!!
Shermann
Hard to tell - It is also right before a Holiday Weekend. I figure we will close around .046 today and higher tomorrow if the news comes out. Otherwise, Tuesday will be a great day!!!

This link has some quick calcs - It seems accurate to me:

BIGN will be releasing the details on its planned acquisition of a texas oil company tomorrow or Tuesday. This is big, because it will add a value of .17 to the company. Not bad for a .05 company. This should run Big Time. It is better to get in early!!! The link to the PR is:

Guess we have to look at the ask - The bid is a joke!!! Good to have a pullback - Some weaker hands got out, and it gave more people a chance to get in!!!
Shermann
All is good here - This gets some flippers and weak hands out, and allows newbies to get in thus creating a new base - All in all, pretty normal.
Shermann
The problem with trying to flip this for short term $$$$ and get back in are two fold. The first is you get nailed with the wash sale. The second is that there has been no momo run here, so there is really no indication of which way the stock is going to go. Charting a penny stock is an excercise in futility.
It is best to buy and hold these shares as we know for a fact they are worht .10 right now with another .17 tacked on if Mondays PR acquisition is made.
Shermann
Rule 144 shares cannot be purchased by the MM's - There is no market for these right now - However, my understanding is that the shares go to the last buyer of record, and are not affected by shorts.

Beautiful weather in Grimes - Slotting those new wells will not be held up by the weather this time!!!

DID SOME QUICK FIGURING ON THE PR!!!
They are saying the initial oulay (IO)is $1,500,000 and they are using a 10% discount rate (reasonable because that is their factor for weighted average cost of capital)
The "Payout" typically means that this is the point after which they have recovered their costs...I am assuming on a discounted basis, and the same incremental cash flow for the first three years.
1,500,000 = 600,000/(1.10)+ 600,000 (1.10)^2 + 600,000 (1.10)^3...approximately, so they have recovered their IO.
Now on to the fun part
A 47% Internal Rate of Return for the entire project would give an average of @ $950,000/year in incremental CF from years 4 through 19...this is CASH FLOW not revenue.
Basically the hurdle rate 10% is the cost of capital which is what we the investor want our trusted management to exceed. Clearly this is a very profitable and cash generating project.
So right now based upon these figures the Net Present Value of the project is $5,576,275.
$5,576,275/310,000,000 = .01789/share in cash...put a multiple of let's say 10 and the Price/CF for this project alone is .17988...just to give you an idea the S&P 500 trades at around 11 x CF per share.
I got into BIGN specifically for the Grimes play - They have so many wells to slot and only 2 are done so far. We certainly have had a couple of bonuses this week!!!
Shermann
Looks like the shares are in strong hands now - I like the fact this is moving up in a normal manner - We have not had the big momo play!!!
Shermann
The BIGN board has an example of one - This really looks like some shorts are going to get killed!!!

CanAm - You really need to subscribe to Investorshub - It is well worth the investment - Just to be able to search all public posts is so nice!!!

This is some AWESOME technology - This story just gets better and better!!! Thank-you for the reply.

Zigbee - Could you please explain the N2Vision.
Thanks, Shermann
People need to understand the huge potential of the hydroslotter technology which is now proved. We are slotting wells that have been capped. We already know they will produce and have all of the geologicals to go with them. Drilling a new well has much more risk like not hitting oil/gas.
The beauty is that slotting a well is in the 150,000 price range while drilling is in the 750,000 price range. That is a huge competetive advantage.
One thing to note is that the first grimes well was a test well and only slotted 10 feet. The second grimes well was slotted 150 feet.
Shermann
The beauty of LBWR is it is virtually undiscovered. I call this a hidden gem, and continue to accumulate. It is happening to BIGN right now, and will happen to LBWR when more people know their story.
Shermann
The amazing thing is how much room BIGN has to run. The current valuation is around .10.
This does note include WWNG or the acquisition of the company in Tyler TX.
More importantly, there are over 1,000 wells in Grimes California and we have only done two of them. Even at only two a month, This is a huge play for years to come.
We know that natural gas will probably double during hurricane season, and BIGN does not hedge on Natural Gas prices.
From past history, BIGN is well run and does not waste any money. I see this as a 1.00 stock 1 year from now. They are already profitable, and will be for quite some time!!!

Properties of oil > Physical properties > Specific gravity
Crude oil is immiscible with and lighter than water; hence it floats. Crude oils are generally classified as tar sands, heavy oils, and medium and light oils on the basis of specific gravity (i.e., the ratio of the weight of equal volumes of the oil and pure water at standard conditions, with pure water considered to equal 1) and relative mobility. Tar sands contain immobile oil, which does not flow into a well bore (see below). Heavy crude oils have enough mobility that, given time, they can be obtained through a well bore in response to enhanced recovery methods. The more mobile medium and light oils are recoverable through production wells.
The widely used American Petroleum Institute (API) gravity scale is based on pure water, with an arbitrarily assigned API gravity of 10°. Liquids lighter than water, such as oil, have API gravities numerically greater than 10. Crude oils below 20° API gravity are usually considered heavy, whereas the conventional crudes with API gravities between 20° and 25° are regarded as medium, with light oils ranging above 25°.
I was wondering if a gravity of 42 was light medium or heavy. It is Light which is good. Anyways, here is a link explaining this. There are multiple pages.

It is still important to note that the first well was only slotted 10' and the second well was slotted 150'. The technology is now proven, and there is nowhere to go but up!!! So many capped wells in Grimes to slot. I guess we will hear about the two new ones in a couple of weeks. Looking forward to another 1400 MCFD for each!!!

Having their own equipment is huge!!!! This stock is going to run over the next few weeks. This brings the value up a lot.
Shermann
This is totally unexpected and AWESOME News!!! We are going to grow Big Time!!! It also makes us less dependent on Natural Gas!!!
Shermann
Today worked out much better than I thought. I figured a number of people would sell since they got the divvy at close on Friday. I couldnt even believe the rally to .037 at the open. This company is going to keep doubling in size which means the stock price will do the same. Life is good here. We have so much good news coming out over the next three months!!!
Shermann
Looks like the weather in Grmies is still Great, and will not be an Issue this time around!!!

Common sense would say there will be a little selloff on Monday. However, there are a lot more people aware of the potential here than there were 1 month ago. This is a story that speaks for itself. We only have 2 wells out of the 100's that are part of the Grimes acreage. We have WWNG that is a joint venture, and all indications are that they are ready to explode. There is also a probable reverse merger with Tyche which will make us fully reporting. There are a lot of investors that will not touch a pinkie, but will invest in a OTC-BB stock. And then there is something up in Tyler TX which could reward us beyond our wildest dreams. We have technology that a lot of companies want for their capped wells. There is more of course, but this is what I see as the important points.
Life is Great Here!!!
