GLER Promotional Blurb
"The Company’s strategy centers on increasing shareholder value through actively pursuing and developing high-potential acquisitions and joint ventures and maintaining a prudently managed balance sheet."
Sydney, what does "actively" mean to you? And what is a "prudently managed balance sheet?"

Tikasun:
When stocks lose their DTCC (Deposit Trust and Clearing Corp) eligibility, the game is over. When that happens, you can really only sell or buy from people who have accounts with the same broker you use. GLER, as bad of a stock as it is, has to be traded via the DTCC to have the volume that it has had.
Once the DTCC plug is pulled, your shares are worthless.
It has not hit .0001 yet, but the time is near!!!
Ouch!!! The gragh today looks like The Stairway to HELL!!
Now that Sydney can't hide behind the corporate veil, does that mean that shareholders can sue him personally to recover their losses? I am thinking the answer to that is yes!!!!
GLER is in Default with the Nevada Secretary of State and their license to do business is no longer valid. Unless they straighten that out with the SOS, the game is over.
I have not tried yet. I can play with the internet while I am at work but making phone calls is harder.
It is always better to call shell corporation CEOs early in the day, once they start boozing it is much harder.
Tikasun:
Sydney is using a different phone number in his recent filing, that may be part of the problem. (910) 616-0077

Tikasun:
What is a good time to call Sydney? I want to get him on the phone before "cocktail hour" gets underway.
The number on the Global Earth Energy website under contacts. The one with all the other contact information that doesn't work. I have not tried him in the past month or two. I think the last time I tried was in November.

Knute1:
Have you tried buying a rabbit's foot?
Theohiostate:
Did you know the company has never had a product or service that made a single cent? (Other than selling their own stock)
Tikasun:
I have tried to call Sydney in the past, no luck
They are $450 away for a SOS renewal so any excuse along those lines just isn't true. He can even pay online...
Tikasun:
I don't want to be mean but he and his wife take home about $500K a year. Every penny of that is from selling shareholders stock, as the company has nver made a cent. As such, some shareholders might not be too interested in providing the CEO encouragment.
If he did give you any specific information about the company which is not public, it is a very serious criminal act.
Tikasun:
Did Sydney say if he is planning to pay the $450 he owes to the Nevada Secretary of State, or is he going to let the corporate charter get cancelled?

Tikasun:
Can you tell us what specifical Harland said that led you to believe he was "waiting for a particular event to happen"?
Of course, they may just walk away from the company and it is over....
My guess is a reverse split but who knows? I would suspect a reverse split followed by a BK rumor, once they have bought all the shares back, then they can crank up the PR machine.
Is .0002 the best any buyer is willing to do?
Knute1:
He did admit that it is "Bad Mamajameez."
Yup, that's right folks, $4 worth of stock traded today. It certainly looks like GLER, the great/mighty GLER is dead.
But don't worry, the SEC doesn't care about GLER or the money the shareholders wasted on it.
Gooo GLER NEWS SOON Not Goooooooooooo GLER
I love the December 14, 2011 10K. If you read that, you would think GLER was in the biodiesel business. There is almost no mention of the big Samual Coal deal. hahaha I have to hand it to Sydney, he fleeced the shareholders.
Tikasun:
I am still waiting for the Company to pay its corporate registration fee but the still have not done it. Their corporate status is about to get revoked...not good. The inside information you had was not good either.
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/FeeDetails.aspx?ctok=ed5JjHenyp%252fZUVOOR3L16Q%253d%253d
Toast has some value....this one does not.
Knute1:
I may have to re-evaluate my view of GLER in light of the BIG run today.
Ikasun:
What goods or service do you forsee GLER providing? Maybe it will start to sell carbon credits again?
Tikasun:
I don't know what your original investment was but there might not be much left to withdraw.
Tikasun:
The company looks dead as a doorknob today, do you think they are revising their management tools?
Tikasun:
That is a great idea.
It was another great day to be a GLER shareholder. I am waiting for the reverse split announcement, these marginal companies love to pull that stunt.
Tikasun:
Any honest company would pay the Nevada Secretary of State the $400 they owe them.
Tikasun:
Did your source say anything about the Easter Bunny or the Tooth Ferry?

But see they are about to lose their charter
http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/FeeDetails.aspx?ctok=ed5JjHenyp%252fZUVOOR3L16Q%253d%253d
Is anyone going to buy shares today?
The end is near.
