Fundamentally, we need the announcement that the E. Texas LOI acquisition is complete.
The increase of Authorized Shares is a definite hint that it is real close.
We also know that the rog for the additional 2 Grimes wells is there.
Good News is very close!!!!
Shermann
And we have a new 52 Week High!!!
How Sweet it is!!!
Shermann
Almost all buys are at the ASK!!! It just does not get much better than this!!!
Shermann
SLJB - It looks like the bigger transactions are going through at the bid. I can see this having a slight dip.
I hope so. Will pick up some more!!!
Shermann
Looks like we are going to challenge that 1.57 52 week high.
This is a really comfortable stock to be in. Mr. Bushnell really knows how to launch a company!!!
Shermann
Got Something in a BB - I have small hands!!!
Shermann
In order to have a conspiracy theory there has to be conspirators!!!!
I dont see any of that here. I firmly believe the E. Texas LOI will be announced this week and we will go up from there!!!
Shermann
Most auditors are late to their own funerals!!!
Patience everyone.
Shermann
I would venture an educated guess that oil is only down so the incumbents (people they can already influence) are re-elected.
Watch the situation with Iran - I am looking to the last (2) weeks in October for military action. Oil will double!!!
Shermann
This is the week we have been waiting for - Good luck to all, and enjoy!!!
Shermann
Odds on Football??? - Gonna be a great Week - The Packers and Buckeyes Won (And both covered!!!) Here are my biggest movers of the week prediction for those mentioned here - You can all rib me on Saturday!!!
1. BIGN - Large Acquisition will be announced.
2. SLJB - Way undervalued - Smart money got in Friday
3. NNYG - News coming this week!!!
4. UWNK - Store Opening coming up this weekend
5. PBLS - Looking Good
5. CKYS - Has not even reflected that 25 Million Contract
7. RLTR - Waiting on that first large agreement
8. CHSD - Not quite ready to move again
Have a Great Green Week!!!
Shermann
Everytime I chase I get burned!!!
When one bucket (stock) goes up a lot, I just transfer the difference to the smaller buckets. It works really well.
Learned that "stategery" from Harry Browne
Shermann
On the other hand, you have to be in to really get the gains. It is awfully hard to chase these stocks.
Shermann
I picked up some more today - .014 seems awfully cheap to me with that 25 Million govt contract, and audited financials on the way!!!!
Shermann
WWCD - What is the strategy on this one today. Bid/Ask is flying around above yesterdays close and not one share traded.
Shermann
My bucket is definitely full, and is just waiting for all of the excitement next week.
One has to assume that the increase in Authorized share means that the E. Texas LOI is a done deal. I dont know how much of a bigger hint we could get. This is one stock I definitely do not want to be chasing when the PR comes out next week.
Shermann
I dont think there will be a buying opp at .80 ever again.
Everyone is whining and complaining. That can only mean one thing.
BUY!!!
Shermann
There looks like a lot of talk about CKYS. I picked up some more this morning.
That 25 Million dollar govt contract looks pretty good. Working on Audited Financials.
This company is definitely moving in the right direction, and is cheap at .014.
Shermann
FUTR - No - I did not account for pipelines and the such - It was a rough guess at revenues into outstanding shares.
Shermann
People who do not buy into BIGN over the next few days are really going to miss the boat.
We have all been waiting for the E. Texas LOI to be finalized for awhile!!!

Here is some of my BIGN DD:
There are currently two wells operating in Grimes with two more scheduled to come online soon. The first well was a test well that was only slotted 10 feet, and produced 400+ MCFD. The second well was slotted 150 feet, and produced 1450 MCFD. Since the second well was completed, the flow rate has actually increased to over 1600 MCFD. The projections for the next two wells are in the ball park of 1450 MCFD. Hydroslotting is a lot cheaper than drilling. There are 178 wells that BIGN has rights to in Grimes which BIGN has full geologics on and were producing wells. These wells were capped after approx 30% was used. The Hydroslotting technology costs around 150,000 per well vs. 750,000 to 1,000,000 dollars for drilling, and there will be no dry wells or low producers. BIGN pays 100,000 dollars for one connection to the gas lines which will combine 5 wells or cost 20,000 per well. Everything indicates that BIGN is frugal in terms of how their money is spent. I would anticipate that after these two wells are done, future wells will be done in larger groups. Maybe 5 wells at a time using one connection to the gas lines.
BIGN has (3) different well rework technologies. The demand for these will be huge. In addition, it will allow them to pick up other small companies without this technology for less than they are worth to BIGN. The three technologies are Hydroslotting, N2Vision, and N-CO2. It is amazing that this small company has three different technologies in itself!!!

There are currently (2) different Letters of intent to purchase other companies/Assets. There were (3) but the Quitman LOI was dismissed as BIGN felt it was not worth it. The first one is the Big one, and will increase the value of BIGN a lot. It includes Drilling equipment which is important, and diversifies BIGN into Oil as well as Natural Gas. My estimates put the Book Value of BIGN over .10 a share with this purchase alone. The PR for this should be out by the end of the week. A link to the PR:

More on the E. Texas LOI - It is nice to note that the A/S has been increased from 400 Million to 800 Million shares. The E. Texas LOI is much bigger than BIGN, and I am sure restricted shares are part of the puchase. It is also good to note that the owner of the E. Texas company will be placed on the Board of Directors of BIGN. There are 70 employees of this company and lots of equipment. BIGN needs the equipment and experience, and the E. Texas company needs the rework expertise of BIGN.
In addition, we own 40% of WWNG (oil and gas division) as a joint venture. This company has been very active, and this will provide income without having to do the work!!!

There have been some delays.
The first major delay was in the beginning of the year when the torrential rains came in Grimes, and the county was declared a national disaster area. Obviously, this meant no drilling for a while. It also meant a rise in the water tables, and some extra water in the wells. This problem has been addressed, and there has been little rain since then.
The second major delay was CEO Lancansters Health Problems in July and August. He returned to BIGN August 15th, and has been busy concluding the first LOI.
There was a third major delay with the drilling of the next two wells. Apparently, the rig from Schlumberger broke down. They now have an operational rig on site.
The Tyche Dividend (1 share of Tyche for each 30 shares of BIGN) was concluded in June. This gives Tyche enough shareholders to go public, and they will be trading under the symbol TYEG. There is much speculation that Tyche will be brought public as an OTC-BB fully reporting company and BIGN will be merged with it. That means we will no longer be a Pinkie.
Just some thoughts here. I feel that BIGN is about to be hitting on all cylinders, and we will see a string of signifigant announcements over the next 45 days. My honest opinion is that we will be worth .10 to .25 Book Value by the end of the year!!!
Good Luck to All.
Shermann
OMG - No one painted - We are such an ethical group these days!!!!
Shermann
As far as I am concerned, Friday is sale day in Pinkie Land - I will be picking up more BIGN in preparation for next weeks run!!!
I really think the E. Texas LOI is finally complete, and PR's will start to come on a regular basis. And there are quite a number of things that BIGN has their hands in!!!
Shermann
You can be rest assured that UWNK is definitely not a pump and dump.
If you disagree, please feel free to dump.
If you own any shares, that is.

By the way, This accounts for some of the value:
Northamerican Energy Group to Acquire Leases
HOUSTON, Aug. 14, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Northamerican Energy Group Corporation (Pink Sheets:NNYG) announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire the Southeast Montana Muddy Gas Prospect with General American Oil Properties of Golden, Colorado.
These leases are for 100% of the working interest, and 82.5% of the net revenue interest, and are located in Carter County, Montana.
The leases are for seven (7) Federal and one (1) State lease on approximately 12,955 acres located northeast and adjacent to the Hammond Field that produced gas from 1977 through 1985 and was still producing gas prior to being shut in.
Northamerican has identified in excess of 96 potential drill sites and each site is to be drilled and operated as shallow natural gas wells into the 1300-1900' Muddy Sandstone formation.
The Geological Due Diligence Study, performed by an independent reservoir and engineering firm hired by Northamerican, indicate estimated gas reserves per well of 200-250 Million MCF, based on 80 acre developmental spacing.
This acquisition adds reserves estimated at 19 to 23 billion of gas equivalent based on 96 wells at 135 acre spacing and is valued at $133-170 million based on current natural gas prices.
"We are extremely pleased that we are finally able to conclude the acquisition of this valuable, gas rich, piece of property," stated Jon Ginder, Northamerican Energy Group's CEO.
In addition Northamerican intends to test drill the deeper (3500') Minnelusa structure on the northwestern acreage block because seismic interpretation indicates faulting similar to that found in the nearby northeast Powder River Basin that have produced 5-10 MMBO from the Minnelusa.
Northamerican Energy Group Corporation has developed a proven growth strategy of identification, acquisition, and development of domestic hydrocarbon reserves. The Company will concentrate on acquiring prospects, which are anticipated to have minimal drilling risks, or gas and oil production that have been operating for many years. By acquiring this type of working interests the Company attempts to minimize its risks by not "wildcatting or drilling dry-holes", and incurring any expense of building major infrastructure to get the product to market. Finally, the Company's low-cost operations and low overhead structure allows the Company to maximize the income and revenue from each production lease.
The SEC would have a signifigant problem with this since it is illegal to do.

I have money in the proverbial "Black Hole" which will become available to buy more SLJB tomorrow, price willing. With these pennies, I sometimes just trade too quick!!!
Shermann
That is a question that I am not really qualified to answer, but I would say conservatively .04 to .05 relative to what I know. The problem is that I dont know much. I have no idea what is going to happen with the Thorium energy, and other items in the works.
Just a WAG.
Shermann
I dont have any real reason for Wed the 27th for the E. Texas LOI announcement. It just seems like the day to me.
I DEFINITELY think it will be next week.
Shermann
I never did the math on NNYG before. NNYG is way undervalued. In my experience, companies usually do reach their vale, and I for one am looking forward to it.
Many wishes to jchristian, and the best of luck.
Shermann
I have read a lot of Harry Brown's strategy, and it seems to work well for me.
The idea is to have different pots of money, and when one pot grows too big, spread it to the other pots because the big pot will go back down.
I recently did that with UWNK. That pot got too big, so I took some profits, and moved them to BIGN which is the smaller pot with immediate potential for a run. I could not do that with SLJB and NNYG because my pots are already a little too big for those. I was about the same in CKYS as BIGN, but I chose BIGN because I have been following it longer and really think that it will pop soon. We will call it a level of comfort.
There are plenty of other pots I would like to be in like PBLS and EWAN. Just not ready for those yet.
Just some thoughts.

A Rehash of the E. Texas LOI:
TYLER, Texas, May 25, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Biogenerics Limited (Pink Sheets:BIGN) announces that James Lancaster, CEO, has confirmed the execution of the Letter of Intent by all parties, that pertains to the purchase of assets, leases, contracts, agreements and oil reserves, of the East Texas operator.
Lancaster stated, "This transaction will bring to the company a presence in the oil industry that is highly respected -- an operation with a substantial positive cash flow, ownership in over 200 currently producing wells generating over 7,300 bbls/month of crude oil, leases with an estimated 21.84 million bbls/oil in proven reserves, drilling sites for 12 new wells, with a potential for a substantial reserve position in oil and gas. Further, 125 well sites to rework and capitalize the oil production from in the existing field, and equally important, a fully operating exploration/drilling company with a highly regarded reputation in the industry in Texas which will allow the company to do its own drilling, rework and management of wells."
Lancaster continued, "This is the foundation stone being laid for the Company to gather and amass substantial holdings in the oil/gas industry. Today, it is difficult to get a drilling company to perform new well services in less than nine months. This acquisition gives our Company the ability to do its own drilling procedures without reliance upon any other party. That is a definite plus in this industry today."

UWNK has had quite a run since it was .25 - I think it is perfectly natural for it to consolidate for a little while - Some people take a profit while newer people get in with a higher base.
I just wish I had got in at .25 instead of .68 - Still extremely pleased here - There is a lot of room to run!!!
Shermann
AAGH - I have been watching it, and it continues to be right around .20 - I expected a pull back to around .15.
There is lots of great potential here, but I am thinking .15 to .16 is the entry point.
Any opinions.
Shermann
OT: Great looking site. I have added it to my favorite links.
Thank-you.

Everything including the charts say BUY BIGN. I have been accumulating more BIGN this week, and expect it to do well.
All indications are that the LOI will be announced by the end of the month. This is absolutely huge as the E. Texas LOI is much bigger then BIGN.
Slotting is taking place on two wells in the Grimes.
I also expect a steady stream of announcements after the completion of the LOI is announced. There was a lot that could not be said due to the tremendous size of the acquisition.
