The BUY BACK is NOT in place to make a quick rise in the PPS to make traders such as yourself happy.
The Buy Back is to "reverse the effects of dilution" that happened in Q4 of '06!

I'd rather have the company buy shares at $0.005 than $0.0014. Even if it's a smaller total amount of shares, it'll be good for the long run.
The company is obviously confident that the business side of things is going to do extremely well. Shares being purchased later in the quarter at $0.005++ will probably still be a bargain for the company by years end, but even so I think they are just doing the buyback as a favor for investors. At least they are even thinking about us. They should be concerned with new deals and selling product.
You should be happy a Buy Back is Budgeted into their plans regardless if it's now of 8 months from now. But OF COURSE YOU ARE NOT HAPPY, because you want this to be a quick daytrade for you!

JJ-I've held since last January, but sold 1/4th of my position when it hit $0.13 last year. Currently in the red on my holdings (obvious due to the $0.035 price), but I think this has huge potential and can easily run past $0.10 once it finally gets going.

So many of these Chinese stocks have taken off for 500-1000% increases recently, except DRGV! DRGV has so much potential, but continues to stay under the radar--Just Look at how many Boardmarks we have...NOTHING, only 12(up from 8 this morning). China Venture Forum is usually right on with their picks (AOB, CHINA, SUWN, LWLL, and many others that all went up 700-1000% after their coverage)...DRGV still continues to be low, but they did send out an e-mail today that said they have good reason to believe we'll have a break of $0.10 soon and a run past $0.20.

Sure hope they are right!

As I stated earlier....If ETIM taps into the Japanese Market for MLB Urns of the M's, Yankees, and now the Red Sox with Daisuke...could see 50,000 URNS sold quickly! Those fans are crazy about their Japanese MLB players and would probably by a URN just for the collectible factor LOL!

Adding here between $0.04-$0.045. This confirms what management has said all year. We are certainly growing. Current stock price is ridiculously low right now.
Been invested for a year and only sold 1/4 of my position when it was at $0.13. After buying many of those shares back between $0.048-$0.055 I'm only about 100,000 shares off from where I originally was last February. Will be picking those up right now.
