Knute1:
I would expect a veiled BK threat right after the r/s, something like "GLER is consulting with a BK attorney to consider its options." About 2-4 weeks after that, the name change will happen. This is just speculation but I have seen this before.
I think the r/s may have happened and trading got stopped, not sure.
Anybody know why we had a clicker symbol change?
Knute1:
Some of these small flake companies are fairly circumspect with their BS, but GLER isn't.
The R/S must be about to happen.....hence the volume.
Everybody waiting for the R/S???? It is going to be real ugly in the weeks that follow it.
Great volume today!!! Well, we should see some volume once the r/s happens, we will see. It still does not appear that the company is making any effort to buy anything, sell anything or do any kind of business at all. What do the Harland's get a salary for?????
Mr. and Mrs. Harland will have the power to vote 1,504,953,012 shares of our common stock, which number exceeds the majority of the issued and outstanding shares of the common stock on the record date. Mr. and Mrs. Harland will vote in favor of the grant of the discretionary authority to our board of directors to affect a reverse stock split of our common stock. Mr. and Mrs. Harland will have the power to pass the proposed corporate action without the concurrence of any of our other stockholders.
Reverse Split notice filed with the SEC today.
Rememebr, here is my list of expected events in the near future...
1. Reverse Split
2. PR warning of possible bankruptcy
3. Huge drop in share price
4. Name change
5. Lots of PR
6. Rise in share price
7. Lots of shares given to BOD and Harland's for services

Kaleinvestor:
That is a great idea!!!! The BOD could authorize Sydney to pay a dividend at his discretion. The dividend would never be actually paid but it would make for some great PR.
Big Spender? Someone just bought 6 cents worth of GLER....good work!!!!
10Q is out, the companies total assests are $117.
http://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1121901/000109181812000133/gler0420201210q.htm
Sydney promised the SEC he would file the 10Q today, so I would expect a filing at any moment.
"Certain financial and other information necessary for an accurate and full completion of the quarter ending February 29, 2012 on Form 10-Q could not be provided within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company expects to file on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date."

The company was doing so much business in the prior quarter that they needed more time.....hahahahahahaha
Slow start this week.....
I am amazed that we didn't see 100 million or more shares trade at .0001.
Realityhurts:
April 14, 2006, a 1,000 to one reverse split
April 17, 2006, company changes name to Global Wataire (would later become Global Earth)
http://www.faqs.org/sec-filings/091208/GLOBAL-EARTH-ENERGY-INC_10-K/
Same game, just a new flock of sheep headed for slaughter!!!!
We will see a reverse split, a name change, a BK announcement.....
Realityhurts:
Read the SEC filing closely. The reverse split is going to happen, there is no question about it. Additionally, you may want to do a little research on International Development Corp. and Global Wataire, Inc., the two companies names used prior to Global Earth. You can form your own conclusion once you read about the events surrounding the name changes.
Getting out @ .0002 or even .0001 is the prudent thing to do with the reverse split on the horizon.
Yea, it is not gonna be pretty in the days following the reverse split. Current shareholders will get hammered. You should read the SEC filing, what a joke. The Harlands gave themselves enough preferred shares that the common shareholders effectively have no voting rights. HAHAHAH A company that has never earned a cent is worried about their image.
No Vote Required from Shareholders!!!!
Mr. and Mrs. Harland will vote in favor of the grant of the discretionary authority to our board of directors to affect a reverse stock split of our common stock. Mr. and Mrs. Harland will have the power to pass the proposed corporate action without the concurrence of any of our other stockholders. Consequently, our stockholders are not being asked to vote on the proposed corporate action.

I have posed my thoughts on a reverse split on this board many times. However, here they are.
1. Scam companies like reverse splits.
2. They then hint at a bankruptcy.
3. Stock prices drop back to close to .0001
4. Company officers buy back all the shares
5. The PR machine gets cranked up
The whole process is disasterous for current shareholders. Assuming the company announces a bankruptcy, I am a BIG buyer.
For what it is worth, I have never owned a cent of GLER.
Finally some real volume!!!!
Buy GLER...infinite income potential!!!!
Less than $50 traded today...GREAT!!!
Today, $20 traded.....looking good!!!!!!
You know what P.T. Barnum said?
GLER is like a big dead fish. It just stinks and you can't wake it up.
Lucky Charm:
It's called sarcasim.
Big BIG News Next Week, Buy more shares early!!!!
Knute, we all miss Stephen
Here it is...3/25/2011 letter to SEC
http://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1121901/000109181811000125/filename1.htm
6.
We note you indicate that Sydney Harland received “other annual compensation” of $3,148,583 in 2010 as compared to $247,000 in 2008 and 2009. Please tell us why Mr Harland’s compensation increased so significantly, in particular given the Company’s net loss in 2010; also include this disclosure in future filings.
Response:
The board of directors determined that it was in the best interest of the Company that Sydney Harland continue to serve the Company as its president and that he be granted stock options for his past services to the Company and as an inducement for him to continue to serve as president. The board of directors therefore granted Sydney Harland options to purchase 325,000 shares of Class A Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value, each share carrying 200 to 1 voting rights and convertible into common stock on a 200 for 1 basis, at a per share option stock price equal to 200 times the Company’s quoted common stock at the date of the grant. The value of these options calculated on the Black-Scholes model was $2,793,824. Mr. Harland was also granted 1,000,000 common stock options as a Board member valued at $75,960. In future filings, we will provide this disclosure as requested.
I have no idea what if any actions were taken to come into compliance with the SEC accounting staff....the quote below is another GEM
"Your response to prior comment 16 indicates that the return of 55 million shares will be accounted for prospectively in future financial statements. Please tell us specifically what effect this will have on your financial statements and how you
determined that such accounting treatment is appropriate. In addition, tell us how you determined that you effectively lost control over 688239 B.C. as of the balance sheet date, rather than as of the date of the rescission. Refer to ASC 855-10-25."

Will Sydney file any more 10Ks or 10Qs?
My opinion is no.
Plenty-O-Volume today!!!!!
