TR,
Yahoo was stating that FASC.OB changed to FASC. Brian just returned my call and stated he did not know anything about it. It was nothing done by them and they are still reporting.
Also...Brian says things progressing slower than anticipated, but they are still kicking and just hang in there. He cannot share details due to SEC rules but things will eventually happen. Brian states he has to much invested to give up and will not do so.
RJ
TR,
Now that FASC is no longer FASC.OB, I am assuming that FASC the company does not need to report anymore????
What is your take on FASC dropping Bulletin board status?
I will try to give Brian a call and see what is up.
RJ
Peter,
I am not sure what it has to do with "Falling in love with your stocks" Before selling into a PPS freefall it is worth looking forward to see what may come even if the potential is slim.
Why take an intentional bath? Do some DD even if some of it is dreaming.
I do believe here as some that FASC has the potential if some right decisions are made. A little luck wouldn't hurt.
RJ
TR,
If we get to positive how are Net and I going to get our orders filled?
JR (spin)
TR,
Do you remember a couple of months ago I posted a conversation I had with Brian about the previous 10Q and the inventory? I asked Brian if that was for on going sold projects and he said it was. Maybe it is just delayed delivery and payment? Hopefully soon we will know to whom and where.
Just a positive to look at it (spin?). "my income depends on it" per Jag!
RJ (lookin to be JR)
Ben,
We have to be positive, anything else would not give us hope!
RJ
PS. See Jag for interpretation!
Well FASC compatriots...its back to my home work!
RJ
..and still trying to run a business?????? I'm nuts!
Hi Waite,
I just learned what that meant in my Medical Terminology class!
I have also learned what it is like to be the oldest student in the class........... by over 20 years!
RJ
Charlie,
How about right after....and having some polyps removed as well
as a few other things! right,
check your cell with the wife!
RJ
TR,
I get it.. I try to be realistic so I do not end up with big let downs. Things happen. My take is small profit or small loss, they are not far apart.
RJ (wishing to be JR?)
Waite,
"Do you think he cares at all?"
I think he cares a lot. How-ever as I have shared here before
he cannot control everything. He likes to share closed sales
due to lessons he learned in the past about Cal sharing potentials
that never came to fruition.
I have not been able to get information from Brian due to the fact
he is limited in what he can share. I am not defending him, but if
you had many hurdles to climb and you were working morning to night
estimating, engineering, collecting etc. and you did not have anything definite that was positive would you remain silent or put
your self up to be cricified for PRing a potential event that could end up getting a glitch and looking like .........
....ask TR and Net about it?
Brian told me he is working his arse' off trying to deal with things. He said if we are disapointed .... he has everything he
has got into FASC.
RJ
CR,
The KDS does have a lot of competition if you search the internet.
How-ever the finer mesh that FASC KDS delivers gives a more dense pellot. From my calling companies with waste grinders they say they
do not need the KDS performance for their needs. Just like when I talked to MnVap a while back, they don't need the FASC for pellots, just for a better quality pellot.
RJ
PS. It would probably not hurt if MnVap kissed up to the EPA a little?
Net,
I wonder if there were cancellations or possible waiting for payments? I ask due to the inventory being stated on both 10Q's?
That is a long period....?
Just a question?
RJ
Waite,
I am sticking my neck out here...but I am guessing a small minimal profit for the year or at least a very small loss. If the machines on line can close and a few more get on line we will start being a little more steady.
...How-ever I do not see expotential!??? just gradual.
My guesstimate?
RJ
Tell Sam that its no fun laughing when the hurt is so bad!
Sam,
The only good I see in this is that your posts are so funny that
my laughing has taken me to crying!!! (the 10Q is not funny)
I was not expecting the aw-some report Net and TR were, but I did not expect what we got either. I will say this, it is obvious there were some sales and FASC does not report/Book sales until
paid for. I am assuming KDS's are sitting waiting for payment to deliver?????? even so at $ 400,000 in inventory (deposits?) I am not sure that is more than a few KDS machines.
Slow growth........really slow growth...........really really really slow growth..... (for Sam)
Well maybe Net's and my orders will fill now.
RJ
Hi Charlie,
There are a few companies such as the one you are showing all
claiming to make land fills obsolete. I have talked to Brian
about some that claim they do kinetic disintigration or similiar and
he does not give them "credibility" he says they do not do the same thing.
FASC's KDS is part of a process and delivers the dryest and smallest screen mesh to be incorporated into a complete process.
??? what do I know ???
RJ
TR,
FASC has an attorney that they have used since the beginning. I believe that as needed that attorney can delegate or refer as needed. I know this because of inquiring as to the patents and other items of my concern.
RJ
.....I thought so.....and me too!
RJ
Fasctrac,
Adam does everything from repairs, setup, problem shooting, trial runs, and even learning estimating from Brian.
RJ
Hi Net,
"By the way, my wallet has been open for a while now!"
.....as long as it is open, why don't you pull some cash out and up
the bid!!!!!!!!!!!!! lets get this party going!
RJ
PS. I am still positive FASC, but I am gambling on the fact that their may be delays. I was expecting a PR long before this time.
There must not be anything big enough yet? but soon!!!!!!?
PS. #2 I am expecting my buy order to fill next week????????
and probably yours also.
Sam,
Cool, nice lingo. I think you just wrote the SR's of a new song!
Now, that I will buy! and your FASC shares if you lower your PPS!
RJ
Net,
Just raise your bid ... and no problem.
RJ
TR,
I like your responses... lets get the party started before we loose
Charlie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RJ
TR,
"we can sit back AND enter our buy orders at the same time."
I am curious when that buying is to begin. Possibly when the PPS
is a little lower? or Maybe after the 10Q is out? I see the market (you and I included) in a wait and see mood. If this was not true, then there would be some buying going on. 4,000 one day and 60,000 another is not buying. It does pay to be cautious while being optimistic? Is it called Limbo?
The PPS and the Volume speaks to this.
havin' fun,
RJ
PS.
I guess I had better get back to my home work!
TR,
# "39096" ...is that like back to the future? or did you mean
the post # 37096 which still does not answer the question. It is OK, it is your priviledge. I am just trying to bring revelence to the costs of being a public company and have some fun with you at
the same time.
Don't take me to serious.
RJ
Hi Net,
I would agree with you based on deposits. How-ever FASC does
not book sales until delivered and paid for. Because of this there
may be sales not reported yet in this 10Q. How-ever looking forward
as Sales become more regular we will start to see overlap causing
10Q's to be more consistant or at least some sort of flexible averaging. I hope Brian can give us some guidance on this in the 10Q.
I still have not heard TR's thoughts on costs of providing 10Q's or the cost of requesting Shares. If he is able to do this it would help us understand the overhead involved with just being a small public Company in this reguard.
I am definitely intermediate on FASC at this point. Definitely not short and not sure about how long without FASC diversifying their sources of income a little.
RJ
TR,
"indeed.....deferred salaries + personal money loaned to company"
Do not forget to notice what the 10Q's have recently stated about
that debt. Generic terms, it needs to be retired or collateralized
with assets. What is our largest asset?
I also am optimistic how ever I do like to see both sides of
a story.
RJ
WAITE,
I think you had better hang around for a little while. I would hate to end up with your shares for ...say ..015?
RJ
Charlie,
My buy order may pick up your loss....if Net does not beat me to it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope you get a well deserved FASC vacation!
RJ
Net,
I agree, a positive projection and hopes for a great tomorrow. Yet no confirmation unless in the 10Q of anything ballisticaly current. The current volume and PPS is attesting to this.
Once the 10Q is out PPS will Fly or Dive. I am hoping for "FLY"
Market does not seem to be sure?
RJ
Net,
Your open buy order must be at a bargain basement hunt as is mine or the volume would be a smudgen higher!
I will see you after the 10Q as I am guessing if we do not have a spetacular 10Q....my buy order will be filled.
That being said.... I am hoping my buy order does not fill which would mean PPS went up.
I am FASC long, how-ever I have reduced my short enthusiasm as everyone else here has or your buy would be getting filled at the ask.
Looking forward to a positive 10Q...Hoping?
RJ
TR,
I would agree with you if I thought that 5 sales one quarter and 0 to 2 another was enough to sustain us. Significant increase is needed at this time and lots of cash flow.
My opinion is that Brian has done well to this point, but Brian cannot control everything. It is time for a bit of good luck to avoid being buried. I am looking forward to the 10Q to find out where we are.
TR, Do you know what it costs to put out a 10Q? or even a request for new shares? I often wonder how we can or if we can afford it.
FASC in my thinking is on the edge of explosive upward or downward
movement. It is kind of like a make or break year for FASC?
Just thinking?
RJ
Would be nice to see how close Hong Kong is to getting out a report on their testing with the KDS. All I can get from Brian
is that the testing is going well but slow.
Hi Waite,
Most of the DD being posted here is collective dreams and very positive potential in which I also observe with enthusiasm. There
is not confirmation of Sales in area's that I was expecting. I was believing that 2012 was our year. How-ever with everything I
was trying to track being delayed there would have to be a bonanza
surprise to make me feel that anymore. The market seems to agree with me as does the group here. All you have to do is look at the
Volume and PPS to confirm this. If everyone promoting FASC was
believing short term, there would be a very large increase in volume preceding the 10Q.
I guess I am still Positive FASC forward but not looking for anything but a bargain PPS purchase after the 10Q.
This is my read, I hope I am wrong.
FASC in my opinion needs a huge increase in Shares to retire debt and hire Staff, a merger with a mature company or a buy out. I think with only 6 years of protected KDS patent the time clock is ticking.
My opinions,
RJ
Waite,
The problem is no one has a reason to buy. Nobody knows anything.
There is no excitement other than our posts or there would be buying at the current low PPS.
Buying volume reflects enthusiasm or the lack there of ?
Great things may be coming? We are believing and hoping.
RJ
TR,
"We will get there the old fashioned way....through hard work"
I agree, now lets get help pulling this FASC wagon!
RJ
TR,
We'l hire him also!!!!!!!!!!!!
RJ
TR,
Products to surround the KDS. FASC is special with the KDS but not enough for sustainability long term.
In house engineers are also needed to answer to many of the KDS
various application issues. This would close some of the deals
where the KDS is only 80 - 90% satisfaction to the buyers unique needs. There are to many almost there in the waiting.
RJ
TR,
Serving PacWests interest and FASC's are not entirely the
same. Only common in part.
RJ
TR,
In the past Cal stated that he directed any buy out interests to the marketplace. I wonder what Brian would do if the opportunity came up?
RJ
Waite,
I do believe that Brian has integrity.
Brian, now that default has been indicated in previous 10Q's, now has the ability to request assets as collateral for debt. Ask yourself....
what assets do we have?...... The patents are the only assets of any
value. With patents in a time capsul, how long will they have that
value?
Brian will do what he has to with limited options. I am sure I do not know what they all are. I am reading the writing on the wall so to speak.
The question I have is will the profits from growing sales be enough and quick enough to void the need for additional shares should Cals estate act incoherantly, aggressively or other.
What about Brian's estate.... or surprise health needs?
Remember, FASC did not provide for Cals life insurance as mandated. My guess is that he did not pass health tests.
an Amatuer guess-assessment,
RJ
