Yeah, I've been reading it pretty carefully and I believe we're looking very good. Very much status quo with the other 10Qs.
Looks like they've used the dilution extremely wisely. Look where they are today in comparison to two months ago.
So, with an outstanding currently at 100 million, I think its looking pretty strong.
I would imagine that there may be some small dilution moving forward as they ramp up sales and get market penetration, but according to their latest PR, they will be in the black next year, so I would imagine they will pay off the convertible debt and any other debt by then as well.
Please let me know if you guys find something I've missed, but I'm ok with it all thus far.
Like I said, it looks a lot better than I thought it would in terms of outstanding shares. All JMHO.
I'm really glad I took the time to read the other 10Qs this week. Looks like pretty much status quo as expected for last quarter.
IMO, it's looking pretty solid. They have diluted a bit as they did with the previous quarter and I'm fine with that since its for expanding the business which they've obviously done very well with.
I'll be honest and say I thought I was going to see a lot higher outstanding. I'm delighted with 100 million. They seem to be doing the right things so far imo.
Still reviewing.
Cost of sales on a percentage basis decreased to 13.14% of revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2007 as compared to 20.60% of revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2006 for a net decrease of 7.46%.
Still reviewing today's 10Q for the period ending Sept 07 and it looks pretty much like the previous 10Qs I reviewed. No surprises so far.
Yes, that is correct. That is pretty much what I thought it would be as of today and am pleased its around that level. I was concerned that it would be much higher. Reasonable for a company ramping up sales with a new product.
The outstanding for last quarter was 78 million.
Still reviewing the 10Q, but one thing I like so far is the $20mil loss carryforward from 2002 to current which will offset taxes on profits moving forward.
Man you guys are pretty gosh darn chipper for a Friday afternoon. Already started the Friday boozing? :)
40 Bagger only?!! LOL. How about:
DLAV O/S = 80-100 Mi (assumed)
$1.3 mi revenue by December
$6 Mio. Revenue ( in April) and profits are 30% of revenue, then
$7.3 M / 100 Mio shares = 0,073 $ revenue per share
30% profits x 0,073 = 0,0219 $ EPS
consider PE=7, then
PPS = PExEPS = 7 x 0,0219 $ = 0,*7
1533$
I guess we're pretty close. LOL.
Could be a great buying opportunity, I'm watching closely.
Please let's keep it civil and stick to the facts. Some people are accumulating and holding, others flip (as we have seen over the last couple days). It's all good :)
The facts still remain the same:
- OTCBB fully reporting company
- Proprietary software product that is revolutionizing the car dealership industry
- Growing market traction for their products
- Exponentially growing sales
- 80-100 million o/s (assumed pending the 10Q)
I think we're looking very good here. Not pumping, just reiterating the facts since we haven't talked about the company much today :) GLTA and have a great weekend.
I agree, its actually looking like the base is forming here. Decent volume and stability in the stock today.
They seem to be doing a mirror trade for every trade that goes though.
So are the mirror trades real trades? When I bought some the other day, they did a mirror trade at the ask where I bought it and at the bid at the exact same time for the exact same amount. Not really understanding the value of mirror trades for them.
Can someone explain what is happening when they do a lot of mirror trades. Thanks in advance.
Yeah, I was pretty specific in asking him whether he was talking about the NT that was filed on Wednesday and he was pretty clear that the 10Q was complete and filed.
Anyway, I've put in a call to re-confirm. They normally file the NT and then file the 10Q a few days later. I'll update you once I hear. Thanks.
I actually spoke to the CEO yesterday inquiring about that. He said they filed the 10Q in the evening after they filed the NT. So, I would imagine it will show up today or Monday. I'm not aware of any lag time, but he was quite clear that the 10Q was complete and filed. I put in a call today to confirm again.
Also, when he said that it was complete and filed, I asked him what the 10Q reflects in terms of o/s and he said 70-80 million. Thanks.
I'm actually interested to see what it is. They apparently have a lot deals/opportunities they are working on which we will hear about as they close each one.
I agree. Once people see the 10Q and next week's PR (which I'm really intrigued about) I think this will start getting some long term investors. This is the most undervalued stock that I know of.
I think this is a really good thing at this juncture. It means we'll get a real idea of where the base is forming. With the wild swings of the flipper days, its hard to determine. They're just trading the play, they don't care about any company, they just want a quick flip, whereas most of us are looking for substantial gains based on the company prospects. I actually welcome this calmness before the next storm. I'd rather that PRs and company progress move the stock as opposed to flippers. JMHO.
Absolutely, always sell at the ask, you'll get filled. This way you get a higher price for your shares the stock is not bidwhacked. GLTA.
I agree, very light volume is moving it up. Without the flippers, I think this will move up quickly as people take positions in the stock.
I have to agree. Just based on the facts, this should be much much higher.
I agree. Looks like the flipper frenzy is slowing down which is a very good sign. With the 10Q and PR coming next week, its best to just accumulate and sit tight.
I agree that there's no need for pumping whatsoever. This story is compelling on its own: otcbb fully reporting, proprietary software product that's gaining traction in the marketplace and exponentially growing sales, new wireless handheld product being introduced in February, becoming certified vendor for GM and the major car manufacturers, adding new clients every month. Very compelling stuff.

We have a great board with a great company here folks, let's be civil and productive. Thanks.
Hey there folks, I'm sifting through the posts and deleting any off topic posts including my own. Everyone's certainly entitled to their opinion, but let's please stay on topic. I'll try and clean up the board by the end of the day. Thanks.
No, they've done it several quarters in a row and then released it a couple days later. Might be a technical thing on their end since they've done it several times. According to my conversation with the CEO today, its complete and filed. Hopefully, it'll show up tomorrow or Monday. GLTA.
The software is the customer service MSFT based gui pages. I've seen them before for large corporations with large customer service departments. The great thing is that it doesn't and shouldn't be cutting edge. It needs to be user friendly and efficient and simple. Car dealership personnel are not necessarily all tecchies. They fine tuned enough to make it a proprietary product. It's accessible from any PC. I'm delighted they've kept it very streamlined and efficient and they'll also be releasing the Nokia770 in February for wireless handling of customers, workplans, scheduling, etc. They're being very smart about it imo. Talk to the CEO, he's very much a tecchie and a very intelligent guy and seems to very much understand the market. GLTA.
This is not the case with this company. I think we should focus on products and sales. We do know for sure the outstanding is 80-100 million maximum. I don't see a reason for them to dilute any further with growing sales.
If people have questions, you should call the company. It really doesn't take that much effort to give them a call. You'll be happy you did. GLTA.
If you actually look at the website its all about WebDA internet software application. They have the internet screen shots on the website and a demo. Take a few minutes to check it out.
I'm confused about the conversations here. I've been in stocks where there is several hundred million outstanding and they still run to $5. So, everyone is upset cause there's 80-100 million outstanding here? I have absolutely no problem with that at all. There are companies with a much higher outstanding with no sales or products and have stock prices that are much higher. Let's stick to reality here please and stay on point. A billion outstanding is one thing to complain about, but that's not the issue here. We're looking at 80-100 million tops. With the products and sales growing exponentially, I think that's absolutely acceptable. JMHO. GLTA.
Still here. Just relaxing. I have a feeling that this is so heavily shorted/naked shorted its unbelievable. With the 10Q and PRs coming, I think this will fly next week. Don't mind if it goes down a bit before next week, looking great for accumulation. It's only up from here in my opinion in the short term. GLTA.
Looks like a nice place to get some more in the am. I'm personally not worried about these price swings. I think this is being watched big time by the flippers/day traders. As they release more news and we get the 10Q I think it'll start to firm up.
Well, looks like they are booking revenue big time and it looks like its growing pretty aggressively.
I think they've updated their projections based on the latest PR this week.
Looks like they are projecting $1.3 by end of next month. And then another $5-7 million in first quarter of next year.
I don't think they were doing very much at all. I think they were pretty much dormant for most of the year getting this software product up to speed. Hence the low stock price.
Folks, let's please stay on topic.
Actually, I wasn't pumping at all. I just relayed information. I never said anything about any direct contracts with GM. If you're going to attack me, I'll share info privately with those who are interested. Man, just can't win even sharing basic info.
I don't know who americhip is exactly what you're talking about. I was relaying information about them becoming a certified GM vendor. It just means they can sell their product to GM dealers. Nothing more than that. I have no idea what americhip products are. I'm sure there any many certified GM vendors selling all kinds of things.
Yeah, have a look at my previous posts. It's all there from today's conversation.
Yes, I'm actually really interested to see what news they will be releasing next week.
I'm hoping we'll see a deal with GM in the next few weeks. That would be amazing. From my conversation, they are in the final stages of become a certified GM vendor, so its certainly a possibility.
