Bravo, ...bring on the facts, although they often don't seem to phase some of those who spew vile accusations and bring nonsense to the table.
This is a company with some truly great and innovative products. A company that's been together as a team for 7 years and is producing improvements to their product line while testing new avenues of application.
And they're trading at .0001 ??
That's a formula for high gains. One day, out of nowhere will come a bombshell in the form of a PR. And there won't be time to gather yourself together before the train leaves the station. It's going to be a good ride and I've bought my ticket in advance.
Absolutely, JP !! I don’t mean to sound negative, only disappointed. I want it to happen last week. The company has some true value and should be trading much higher today. The MMs are responsible for manipulating the price and holding the stock down. Is that in the interest of the American investor, the general public and the economic health of the nation ??
Oh, hell no.
That’s what those crooks are supposed to be doing, is protecting the integrity of the market. What they’re actually doing is 100% the opposite. They mess with the market (ALWAYS) for their own gain and to suit their personal needs and favor, and never for the good of the investor anymore. They sometimes destroy creative and resourceful corporations by sucking the blood right out of them and depositing it into their personal bank accounts. They are parasites that should themselves be destroyed for the good of the national economy. Their position in the market has been corrupted, as so many such positions of power become corrupted when those who have nothing to gain do not properly manage them.
BUNM has great potential. How much of that potential will be realized is yet to be discovered. I want to celebrate and instead we’re watching the pps oscillate between .0001 and .0002 …and just how exciting is that ??? It is directly attributable to the manipulation by MMs. We should be at .002 today, wondering when good news will bring another surge of new investors, driving the price higher as the demand increases. But those “crooks” (boy would I like to say Bastards, but I’d better not) won’t let it alone to run on it’s own.
I’m disappointed, to say the least.
Mariner, you've swallowed too much salt water if you think that the Naked Short issue is only a ..."Short Story," ...as you put it.
Wake up and smell the roses.
There are Billions of Counterfeit shares on the market and hundreds of millions of them are in the ISYX float pool.
Maybe 101 means, "I need shares @ 1"
Then 202 would mean, "I really need shares @ 2"
Yes, I'm aware of those. The heat is being applied and more eyes are beginning to focused upon something that the SEC wanted to pretend was not a problem. The problem was said to not be a big deal for a long time but is now becoming a big deal.
Thanks for the beautifully prepared references!!
That is a reasonable strategy for a stock that is going to split. The trick is to know when it will happen. If you're good at it, you might make some money. That kind of trading doesn't interest me, but it's a valid game.
Some people UNDERSTAND good business and others just throw dice and hope for the best.
The MMs have been selling a lot of ISYX shares that they don’t own !! It’s easy to do, there’s no investment at all on their part, and historically no penalty. Shares just come out of nowhere and appear magically as they’re being sold on the market. The MMs take the money and smile while the pool becomes diluted and the rest of us are made poor.
Wil Riner told me this week that he is investigating the Naked Short issue with ISYX.
If there is going to be a judgment day coming for those crooked MMs anytime soon (as it has been suggested), they need to be forced to balance the records and the numbers for ISYX at that time too!!
Lowman has been suggesting (almost begging) people to get their stock certificates for all of the Hemi (HMGP) that is owned by everyone on the board, due to the heavy Naked Shorting that has occurred. A VERY good idea. (I did) This forces the Brokers to take note of the fact that people want genuine authorized shares and are concerned about the Naked Short issue. At some point, a broker may have to say that they cannot sell your shares even though they do appear to be in your account because ALL of the authorized shares are now accounted for in certified stock certificates, …and yours are not included. “Sorry, we cannot enter your order to sell.” Somebody (don’t let it be you) is going to be left holding the bag before it’s all over. There are billions of shares of this and that, which are counterfeit out there and the climate is heating up about these Naked Shorts.
I now have a certificate for the 54m shares of ISYX that I own. And now I know that I own them. Period.
It’s cheap insurance. Call your Broker and order certificates for everything in your portfolio that is worth protecting. The cost is $50 for each position you want covered. It’s tax deductible.
One day this ISYX stock is going to soar toward the sky and make a lot of people happy that they were patient. Be sure that when that happens, you do own what you think you own. Get a stock certificate authenticating your shares. It’s your right today. If everybody calls their broker to request one for ISYX, with the amount of shorts out there, only the first ones to call will be able to actually get a certificate. You do understand that don’t you ?? The rest are holding counterfeit shares, hundreds of millions of them …and that’s not Wil Riner’s fault.
Dilution at .0001 ?? Not likely. But MMs selling shares that they don’t own??? Well now that’s easy to do, there’s no investment at all on their part and historically no penalty. Shares just come out of nowhere and appear magically on the market. They take the money and smile, while the dilution of the pool makes everybody else poor.
Will their judgment day ever really arrive??
Make it 202 @.0002 - :O)
Go ahead, invest two cents to make a statement !!
UraniumBeans says, "trading at .005 it would be no surprise..."
That sounds good today when the view is as ripples on a pond.
I rather doubt that Michael is going to offer any special help soon. He's said that he's busy building a business and my take was, "whatever happens out in investment land, for now, happens. I'm busy." (Not even close to a direct quote of anything that he actually said, ...just my take on his current position).
So this up/down/up/down/up might not change for a while now. But I'll just read your post whenever I need some encouragement in the coming days and dream of .005
Not discouraged really, just disappointed. This should be soaring like a bird.
Thanks Sue, ...got em !! And I hope to put them to good use.
Reading the posts of the Lowman, make me know that I'll always regret not selling more of the things around here that I could have lived without, ...to buy more Hemi.
But I'm glad that I have what I have. And I've now seen an invitation posted to Lowman Island. I'll take you up on that, Lowman. I didn't buy enough shares for an island but I did get enough for a boat to take me there.
:O)
A very appropriate addendum to the Cyclone's estimate. Both figures must be factored in, ...and there is one more element: People also buy and sell on emotion. The momentum of something which "looks and feels" like it has winning qualities may gather more value than the calculator indicates.
If the Registered User count begins to climb at an exponential rate and great enthusiasm is evident at Hypster, the calculations might become irrelevant as people buy upon the speculation.
Hypster may become wildly popular. Time will tell, but the early impressions are favorable.
I think "Phil" is trying WAY TOO HARD to convince us that it's not the MMs that are doing the manipulating.
My question: Why? What's in the formula for him? Why is this so important to repeat (How many??) 6 or 8 times that it's a private investor who is selling off his shares one cent at a time, and not the MMs manipulating the pps.
Absurd. A 6-year-old kid would probably get it, but Phil doesn't "want to." Why is that do you suppose??
This is a great chart to watch. Thanks.
I received a reply yesterday from Michael concerning a couple of issues we were discussing. They were related to growth, and the possibility of taping into too much too fast. (It might seem good at first, but it might backfire)
We were focused upon a new server for Hypster.com and the future potential of FaceBook.com and their 30 million users, and when to tap that resource.
Ok, since the trading is slow today, maybe this will make for good reading for some.
From Michael:
................
Thanks Steven. We of course have a plan around this and things like wireless networks.
Think of it this way... its like having 4 million people trying to fit in a high school gymnasium right now... we're building a bunch of soccer stadiums with interconnected fibre optic scoreboards, concession stands, all of the luxury boxes, parking and shuttles between them, ....if you know what I mean... but they are not ready yet ... the site has been out of beta since May 31st, we've already been through one migration since May and are onto our second... some things take time and your server farm and applications better be ready for that kind of traffic influx- and we're getting there... thus our controlled growth approach for the moment... 50% month over month growth is manageable but has challenges... imagine 50,000% ? if people cant get in...riots, fires, mass chaos then they burn down the gymnasium e.g. see what happened to www.friendster.com they were big way before myspace or facebook... but crashed... and everyone punted on them
good news is you understand the potential of what we are building so that is why we are so excited obviously about this property
.................
More and more and more users to sign up soon.
:O) That's about what I thought too.
It will soon be August. Then September.
Nothing. The stock has died ... Until ???
Yeah, that order for 101 shares got filled.
Phil, stop and think. What kind of trader would sell shares one cent at a time??
6 million shares @ .0001 might be sideways trading as well.
Well, ...a heart-felt "Thanks" to you !!
Wake up and smell the roses !!
It looks like this pattern may become the norm until something new happens. There isn't enough new interest/momentum to bury the tricks of those characters today.
We can hope that they remain smug in the attitude that they have it all under control, and that when it then does take off they get buried by the land slide.
Gosh, Beans, that wasn't a very sincere attempt to answer the question of what all that legaleze was concerning the 101 rule.
And it's somewhat irrational to think that a retail investor is doing this. (Don't you think?)
EXACTLY !! Keith Dressel (of ADNN) sent me an eMail in the past few days while most people think that he's somewhere on the beach, or dead.
These men are "MEN" ...they don't like to be beat up simply because you invested some of your money and the pps has gone down since you bought in. They DO NOT control the pps except when they are doing their best to build a profitable company. And at times the bashers are more influential than the facts of what's going on. How are they supposed to "answer" that??
They are NOT going to try.
Try putting yourself into their position BEFORE clicking SEND on your eMail utility. Then you might have better results.
Just enter "Hypster" into the search bar and click Go. That's what was suggested on this board recently.
The CEO of BUNM always responds to my eMail. However when I write to him it is because I have a suggestion or a comment that I feel will be beneficial to the company.
Maybe the difference is in "how" you speak to him or what you are asking. (??) He surly gets a lot of eMail and of course he could be out-of-the-office this morning.
Matt has frequently updated the board on these figures based upon his consistently open relationship with Michael Devellano, President & CEO of Burned Media.
Here is his most recent comment concerning this, dated 7-22-07
“The share count for BUNM is the following per the CEO. 3 billion AS 1.6 billion OS and 500 million in the float. Per Michael they have not sold any shares since April. Also per buyins.net last wed there is over 243 million shares short year to date. Judging by the volume the last 6 months I don’t think much of that has been covered.”
Unfortunately, JP it IS sitting on .0001 but what Matt is so angry about is the fact that it was positioned at .0001 in an act of betrayal rather than an aggressive purchase.
Around noon nearly 5m shares sold in a single block for .0001 and I don't know who bought them, whether it was a private investor or a purchase by a MM type.
However, near the end of the day, when at that point the stock had been trading at .0002 all day (except for that one exception around midday) somebody sold 1000 shares for .0001 and that amounts to a sale of TEN CENTS. Who sold ten cents worth of BUNM?? That was certainly not one of us. Then a while later, just to solidify the chart at .0001 another sale is made of 101 shares. That's ONE PENNY worth of stock. Who sold one cent worth of BUNM?? That was not one of us.
Those sales were made to (as Matt calls it) "paint" a picture that the MMs wanted to create. They thus destroyed the "appearance" of the momentum and direction of the charts related to BUNM. The MMs can do this sort of thing when the stock is languishing in a stagnant state for even a short time but as Matt has said, they cannot hold it down forever, because when people do become aggressive and serious about buying, one little blip on the chart of a stupid trick like selling a single penny worth of stock would become overwhelmed by the "real" sales.
It's miserable to watch these manipulators as they create an atmosphere conducive to their own purpose (wealth) but that's how it is today. I hope the climate changes one day, but it will not unless multitudes of people complain about the (should be) criminal behavior of Market Manipulators. Call or write to your Senator or Congressman. If some of them become passionate about controlling this behavior, it might happen. They have power when they get together on something. But today, we simply watch people flock to the Hypster website and register. More traffic at Hypster.com will create something that becomes valuable to us and the run is inevitable at this point.
No worries, Mate. He's not dead. The news will come before too long.
"...every uptick will be worth 1600$" Bravo, Pascal!
I agree. That's worth waiting for!! I think it'll arrive one of these days when we least expect it.
This is one old man who's hoping in capitol letters to be able to watch that same uptick that you're gonna watch, ...with a smile on our face.
Is that Pascal v3.0 ? ...as in you're a programmer?
Ok, I'll do that. I thought about writing to Wil Riner again this evening, but decided against it. He's a busy guy and I know that he's not going to tell me any more than he has in the past couple of months.
I "want" to ask him what's going on and when are we going to be able to expect a wildly exciting PR. But he isn't going to answer that, so why write and not quite ask the question that he's not quite going to answer ??
Don't blame you a bit. I've had my finger on the sell button more than once, but it's not easy to unload millions of shares when almost nothing is moving.
Wouldn't it be nice to just buy and sell according to the potential and the value of the corporation rather than having to put up with all of this extraneous, detrimental crap?
I admire your tenacity and patience, Matt.
Well, a LOT of people have bought BUNM in the past week and are now waiting for something "new" to happen.
We know how long the attention span is of 25% of the Pink Traders, ...about that of a three-year-old.
That 25% will start shuffling their feet and demanding answers and the bashers step right up to the plate when that happens.
First of all this note is difficult to decipher, due to cryptic use of the English language. No punctuation and no adequate use of objects, etc. in that last couple of lines. I don't know for sure what you're trying to say.
I can't understand why someone would take the time to voice an opinion but not take the time to make it right.
Second, ...why tell me?? Address such a concern to the CEO himself. He isn't a pal of mine, only someone with whom I have had a dialogue on several occasions, and find him to be open to meaningful suggestion.
