Have a good weekend.
CEO going out to dinner ... Dutch treat. LOL
Looks like shiny and the JET are on vacation?
From August 2012 news release:
D'Arrigo further stated, "Simply put, we must have our wells producing in a reliable manner and capitalize on these assets to enable us to achieve additional financing on favorable terms, thus allowing for further development, acquisitions and the creation of value for our shareholders. We're expecting to commence full production by September 30, 2012 following the completion of all planned repairs and upgrades. Once production commences and flow rates stabilize into steady production, we look forward to providing our shareholders with another production update. We are confident that this coupled with an expectation for higher oil prices will attract NAGP's increased market awareness among individual investors, institutions and analysts."
Bold added by me.
I guess production has not commenced and flow rates have not stabilized. Otherwise, we would have another production update from the company.
Say it ain't so.... $49.845 to go

Noticed how the production announcement and Zack's promo deal came out 10-4
Just means there is another three months of question about production and revenue from Montana oil.
Convenient, no?
When one represents as a current fact something that is no longer current, one is misrepersenting that fact.
To continue to use the Alaska CBM effort as an "accomplishment" of the company in misrepresenting what once was as something that still is
Do we need to debate what the meaning of "is" is?
Give Raj a chance. He may figure that one out, also. But, why should he? Just keep piling it up "Too big to fail"
C'mon man! Haven't you heard they are actually pumping oil out of those old holes now that the rework is done.
Memory is fuzzy but seems like they said revenue was $28,000 for one quarter. let me see, NAGP debt is 15 or is it 18 MILLION, woops, that is LOSS
In round numbers, that should only take 120 years or so, to pay off at that rate.
But, then, again, given that amount ....
pps of $50 might be around the corner

One and the same person? Don't know but how many persons named "Dodi" do you know?
The following was cut-and-paste from the TomSykes link referenced earlier:
"
But America is a mixed bag and despite the opportunity, the bad side of America ignores rules, regulations, ethics and does whatever it can to profit, no matter who gets hurt in the process.
Such an example is Dodi Handy aka Dodi Zirkle…I bring up both names because if you just Google the name she goes by professionally, you might miss this mugshot of Dodi Handy and not get the full picture of who Dodi really is.
How are Jarmall and Dodi related?
I purposely grouped Dodi and Jarmall in the same blog post because as this message board post mentions, Dodi is the investor relations behind AWSR, a pump and dump on which Jarmall made $5,000 whle waiting in line at the DMV (see that crazy blog post)….he bought early during the spike and sold LONG before it tanked 99%, just as pretty much every single one of Dodi’s investor relations companies have done.
After all, Dodi is a longtime penny stock promoter, and her picks do well while she puts the press on, then they crash when insiders cash out, or the company goes bankrupt, or fraud charges are leveled, as you’ll read below has happened multiple times with Dodi’s clientele.
Dodi has decades of experience being in charge of multiple promoters’ mailing lists, creating shiny hardcopy mailers full of propaganda for companies in which her or her associates have been compensated or own shares.
"
Just never know what you can find on the world wide web or how accurate it may be. Pass the salt, please.
Fox_Man, what would 122,500 shares dumped on the market do to a $.10 bid? But, that won't happen since, as far as we know, the "global lock" is still in place.
They included the renegotiated terms with Windhaus as a positive.
How many ways can you say "chutzpah"?
I don't know what you are missing on this. I am missing it, also.
I continue to be amazed at this endless charade.
Financials out, more, really MORE, of the same losses by ten fold:

Paul, please do us all a favor.
Run RR Donnelley (RRD) thru the charts and T/A
It has been headed down the last two weeks, like most everything else. But, I have a hunch, it will rebound to 12 or better, soon.
What do the charts indicate? Has it bottomed, yet?
I would love to get a 10-12% over the usual 2-3%.
real estate = location, location, location
trade stocks = timing, timing, timing
This is one I would rather not forget about. And I did take the tax loss, two years ago.
RMBS - Got in, got out. 4+% gain.
In and out of GMCR last couple of days, kept the diff in "free" shares. Let's see where it goes.
Thank you for bringing RMBS to my attention awhile back
I do love a good cup of coffee.
Have a good weekend.
But, then, on the other hand:
http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2012/04/18/lets-hold-green-mountain-bears-accountable.aspx
Well reasoned and logical short position: GMCR
http://seekingalpha.com/article/506451-my-notes-from-the-green-mountain-class-action-lawsuit?source=yahoo
It's not so much the class action suit as the reasoning for future dilution.
Short or long, taking a position is dangerous these days. Going short is no different than going long a stock. Place you bet.
Heartily agree with enjoy the summer. I have two grandchildren who will be old enough to start enjoying the lake this year.
Read 10K for a good laugh/cry (take your pick)

With a week like this, just try to steer clear of the wreckage. Short is the only way to make money in this market but, my personal eccentricity, I don't like to sell short.
I'm guessing we are in that correction we keep hearing about and it may have a few more days to wear itself out.
What's your plan for GMCR? It will probably recover, eventually, but there is the "lost opportunity" cost to weigh against the cost of actually selling to preserve what principal there is left.
I see GMCR only lost 3 cents today, way better than most stocks today.
I hope your stop loss was tight.
Everything is getting beat up right now.
Short position may be disappearing before our eyes. That spike to $28+ was 2 million shares plus. After hours is just crazy, dropped below $24.50
If DMND does start a run up tomorrow, we'll be able to get a piece of it.
May not make money by waiting, but, definitely won't loose any.
Speaking of news: Not as good as the rumor Dull day to day.
Diamond Foods Reaches Forbearance Agreement With Lenders
4:45p ET March 21, 2012 (GlobeNewswire) Diamond Foods, Inc. (Nasdaq:DMND) ("Diamond") today announced the Company has reached an agreement with its lenders to amend its credit agreement. Under the amended agreement ("amendment"), Diamond, working with its current bank group, will have continued access to its existing revolving credit facility through June 18, 2012 subject to Diamond's compliance with the terms and conditions of the amendment. During this period, Diamond will continue to make scheduled term loan payments. Also, Diamond continues to make progress with its restatement and is pursuing actions with its financial advisor, Dean Bradley Osborne, to explore capital alternatives to strengthen the Company's balance sheet.
"I am pleased to have reached this agreement with our lender group," said Rick Wolford, Diamond's Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. "This agreement enables Diamond to continue to work through our restatement process and with our financial advisor to develop capital alternatives to strengthen Diamond's balance sheet and reduce leverage. Also, during this period, Diamond will continue working to rebuild our walnut grower relationships, to take steps required to ensure Diamond's competitiveness and ongoing success in the walnut industry and, importantly, to continue to successfully support the growth of our snack brands."
The amendment requires Diamond to suspend dividend payments to stockholders. The interest rate on borrowings under the facility will increase by 75 basis points. In addition, Diamond has agreed to pay
Hello, John. Not exactly a buyout, but a minority stake. DMND is looking for a chunk of cash but would remain public.
The old saw "Buy on rumor, sell on news" is still good.
It had almost gone down to my re-entry point. Guess I'll wait and see what happens next.
Onemaninnj, called it. Doubled down, right on "Q"
Are these guys getting predictable?
For Ford, it is a WAG based on current political and economic news and expected news. For whatever reason, Ford reacts to econmic data announcemeents and political news in a predictable manner.
Ford closed down 3+% today, I executed an in/out earlier this week and, now, will be looking for another in/out next week.
For Plexus, it is the history of the company and how stock price reacts to specific events. This company moves with its industry and on quarterly reporting. Anticipating an industry move is easier (to me, at least) than anticipating the move of a specific company. Knowing each company is key, all the eccentricities.
BTW, I am currently all cash in my trading account.
I am not advocating my methods as suitable for anyone else or better than any other method. Your methodology intrigues me, as it does seem more predictable, more stable.
Like you, I prefer to profit from the market.
Good luck with ITRI.
Have you given up on RMBS?
Agreed, DMND will trend down until "real" good news or a big juicy rumor comes along to push it up. when the dust settles on the DMND financial and management fiasco, the company will return to more realistic valuation.
We share some very similar history. Lessons learned
Ford is one stock I trade regularly, it seems there is ~2% profit available almost every week, sometimes in cash, other times in "free" shares.
For a while, Intel (INTC) was similar but backed off from it last year.
Plexus (PLXS) is good to trade/accumulate, occasionally. the financials/management seem to solid.
KiOR (KIOR) is another interest. Haven't bought into that, yet, still looking and learning.
Of course, this is all my opinion and I am not advising anyone to do as I do.
As always, I enjoy and appreciate your views and "Paul's Picks".
Thanks for the time and the effort.
Stayed on side line and watched DMND yesterday, nice re-trace today. I'm hoping for a return to 24.50 level.
Instead, went in/out old faithful Ford (F) for a couple of pennies.
Paul, have you done your T/A wizardry on Ford? I'm curious if charting is a better indicator of channels than my "gut".
I have to admit, I've not invested time to gain an appreciation of T/A.
Most choices I make are based on financial DD and "bits and pieces" of information found along the way (hence, the gambler portion of my pseudo-name).
As always, appreciation.
I may be chasing this tomorrow,
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/diamond-foods-announces-appointments-two-211000088.html
Took profit, expecting a retrace on DMND.
Will re-load when below 24.50 or grab some as it runs whichever comes first.
Waddle, waddle, quack, quack.
It is what it is.
Montana O&G shows all wells Wright Beery Sandvick Cox etc.
with a status of "Shut In"
the reporting is as of 9/30/11
Such a large spread, down 67% then up 300%
I will guess that retail trading of this stock is still
"purt neer impossible".
Don't know if global lock is still in place or what may be going on. It is still a puzzler why this dead horse is still being beaten.
Oh, I just remembered, I need to check the Montana production reports.
Just for shins and grits, the buyout rumor has started:
http://www.bizjournals.com/sanfrancisco/blog/2012/02/diamond-foods-procter-kellogg-pringles.html?page=all
I'm guessing the short cover started today on rumor of P&G foregoing the $60M penalty for dropping out of Pringles deal and price estimates like the one here:
http://seekingalpha.com/article/368031-diamond-foods-35-price-target?source=yahoo
BTW, Paul, I like and respect what you are doing with this board.
