niiice, growth is evident here.
"Desired Expertise: Electronics Tech, Field Service Tech, Instrument Tech, offshore rig experience preferred, may require international travel"
i wonder who our international clients are, lol
interesting that:
the position requires responsibilities in driller monitor systems:
"Advanced Driller Monitoring System delivers crucial drilling parameters at a glance providing an early warning system that can instantly identify problems such as drilling breaks, flow deviations, and pressure losses. The ADMS displays reliable and accurate real-time drilling data, enabling drillers to see signs of imminent well kicks and other deviations that can make the difference between a safe well and a costly and dangerous blowout."
from 4mars talk with Steve Haag:
"4) We are also exploring working in the sub sea aquiculture industry. Yes, helping companies raise fish and agricultural products in the ocean. Also, subsea mining!!!
brikk the boardmarks have really been adding on here, looks like the word is spreading, and people realize this is for the most part undiscovered. great stuff for next week.
Here is an example of the potential here:
In the market you want to follow smart money, money from institutions and organizations that have done the research and see where the current shift in the market is moving. In today's market it is clear that we are moving toward a cleaner more efficient type of fuel.
So with that said, let us remember that the Intercontinental Fuel, LLC. which CMMI is currently leasing and has the option to purchase, has the equipment to produce and blend BioDiesel fuel. This is great since we are seeing a shift, globally, towards this type of fuel.
I realize that this is all hoopla without the necessary examples and DD, so here you have so goodies :)
I think we could all agree that Volkswagen and Daimler AG are huge players in the automoile industry. Would you agree that they seem to set the standard along with all the other major car manufactures, as to what technology is implemented and used in cars and trucks today, I mean they do make the cars we drive. :)
so lets take a look at some resent headlines, and oooo would you look at that:
Volkswagen Becomes Shareholder in Biofuel Company CHOREN
Main goal of Volkswagen’s commitment is the widespread market introduction of BTL, a second-generation biofuel
Oct 11, 2007
source: Volkswagen AG
do you think Volkswagen see that BioDiesel fuel is the future?
here is the full article:
Wolfsburg, October 11, 2007 – Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft and Daimler AG have each acquired a minority shareholding in CHOREN Industries GmbH, Freiberg. Contracts to this effect were signed today in Freiberg. The main goal of the commitment by the two companies is the widespread market introduction of BTL (biomass to liquid), a climate-friendly second-generation synthetic fuel.
Volkswagen and Daimler have been investigating potential applications, the economic feasibility and the energy balance of BTL jointly with CHOREN since 2002. The shareholdings in CHOREN acquired by the two companies are an important step towards the systematic use of second-generation biofuels and support the further project development of world scale BTL production plants: with a planned annual production capacity of some 200,000 metric tones, such plants represent a milestone for the envisaged widespread market introduction.
CHOREN is currently building the world’s first commercial industrial scale BTL plant (Beta plant) at its Freiberg site. From 2008, the plant is expected to produce approx. 15,000 metric tons of fuel a year. This would be sufficient to meet the annual requirements of some 15,000 cars. CHOREN also plans to build the first reference plant in Germany, a Sigma 1 plant, with an annual capacity of 200,000 metric tons. It is hoped to announce a decision on the location of such a plant by the end of the year. The planned Sigma plants have the potential to contribute significantly towards realizing the German government’s climate protection targets. 10 to 15 CHOREN BTL plants could save up to 3 million metric tons of CO2 by 2020.
“Volkswagen has been calling for and supporting the development and industrial production of second-generation biofuels, known as SunFuels, for a long time,” Dr. Wolfgang Steiger, Head of Group Research, Powertrains, underlined. “Compared with the first generation, these second-generation biofuels can in fact as much as triple hectare yields, they do not compete with food production and they help to reduce greenhouse gases by approx. 90%.
With this financial commitment, the Volkswagen Group is supporting the industrial-scale realization of biogenic synthetic fuels as part of its “Driving ideas” campaign, and thus systematically continuing to move closer to sustainable mobility.”
The partners will also be stepping up cooperation to shape the framework for the sustainable market introduction of BTL fuels. “In particular the realization of Sigma 1 needs a calculable and long-term perspective for the sale of BTL beyond 2015. Present considerations which are exclusively based on CO2 for established technologies will not be sufficient for introducing innovations,” Tom Blades, CEO at CHOREN, commented.
BTL is an ultrapure fuel, virtually free of sulphur and aromatics which combusts with extremely low emissions and has an excellent CO2 balance. BTL is produced from various
types of biogenic feedstock and residue, and thus hardly competes with food and fodder production. No adjustment of existing fuel infrastructure is necessary for the distribution and storage of BTL. In addition, BTL is compatible with current as well as future diesel engine technology.
For quite some time now, Volkswagen has been supporting the socially, ecologically and economically-compatible cultivation of organic resources for the production of second-generation biofuels. This could be achieved by taxation on biofuels oriented to both CO2 efficiency (primary criteria) and sustainability criteria such as the use of fertilizers or pesticides, the protection of rainforests, social standards and employment potential.

follow smart money, i'll do it, lol
and please don't be reluctant to add any information you may come across, actually things like calling the company and seeing what they say about some of your questions as a shareholder is excellent DD and can add much to the information on here.
Management seems to be on top of communicating with people and have gotten back to those who contact them.
trader b, neither i nor anyone else would be offended at all if you are learning and ask legitimate questions that are on-topic and lend themselves to good discussion. Sometimes during the trading hours 9:30- 4:00 pm it can be a little difficult to answer these questions but at night and during the weekends i will be more then happy to help.
As for the question of the dip, i wish i knew because i would make sure that i had free cash to load. to play a low floater i usually recommend taking a comfortable initial position and then if their is a dip (which their may never be below these levels, or their may be, who knows)add to your initial position, this way you average down if possible, or average up if necessary.
hope this helps, but it is important to find your trading style, and be comfortable with that style. at this point this is a long-term hold so any accumulation that you make along the way by adding the dips, will only help in the bottom-line. this is of course all in my opinion.
i second that vote, and with all the potential here, in the long run a quality OTCBB can surpass the daily gains, if any, of a pink. the key with companies in the growth phase, such as CMMI are the fundamentals, and just imagine when those start to be released, we have already done some initial DD on the company and other facets on here, wait until management give us something to work with. great stuff. :)
great stuff manny d, i especially like this part
"From 1994 to 1998, he was President of Pretzelmaker a national franchiser of soft pretzels that he built from a handful to over 240 stores and sold to Mrs. Fields Cookies, Inc. in November 1998."
seems to me he has some experience in the special eateries sector and is here to create quite a stir with the Spicy pickle concept., Interesting to note that he took PretzelMaker from a "handful" of stores to over 240 in a span of 4 years. great stuff here.
hey trader b, i realize that we are all here to learn, and so let us begin a little lesson on the various types of charts and what they are generally used for.
Now let us begin with the basics, each candlestick of the chart is the designation of a certain "period of time." This "period of time" can come in many forms, for example, "Daily" or "Weekly" chart periods. In addition, users can select "1-minute", "5-minute", "10-minute", "15-minute", "30-minute", "60-minute", and "Monthly" chart periods. Many people use charts and develop a system of reading the various indicators according to the various periods stated above.
Typically intraday chart, as your 15 minute chart, are used to review the chart through the trading day, to assist the user in viewing the indicators for a fast moving stock. Since the period selected would have been 15 minutes, that means that their would be a candle for every 15 minute period.
This would not be practical in the trading pattern of SPKL, where pps movement is not ruled and certainly doesnt operate even close to that parameter.
let us use examples to illustrate this concept more efficiently. here is your requested 15 minute chart:
Taking into consideration that charts are used for technical analysis, intraday charts are generally used to focus on entry and exit points based on a typical 10% pps spread throughout the trading day. They do not illustrate the overall pattern of the stock or channel, in which the stock is trading.
In the next example, we have the same selection I have placed in the IBox, daily chart for, in this case, one month.
Now we can see what the stock has been doing on a day to day basis and see the channel, as well as, higher highs and higher lows.
Since this is not your typical IHub "to the moon" "bottle rocket stock", that is where I believe your confusion lies. Long-term low float stocks such as this one, are looked at on daily, weekly, or monthly charts.
There you have it the basics of intraday charts and daily weekly etc.
mr. trader b what is a 15 minute board? :)

panzer that is a dead link please revise it.
great post manny, i think you made a lot of valid points, as to some aspects that are certainly going to set the stage, so to speak, for the introduction of Spicy Pickle into the boarder market.
While opening up restaurants in heavy traffic areas and areas where "business is good," another important factor in a successful business plan is to exploit a niche in the market. This niche can be exploited in many ways as you mentioned: delivery, catering, and a breakfast menu.
Certainly we can se here that the company is on track and the resent surge in attention, magazine articles, newspaper article, videos, news specials, etc. is only going to benefit the company and will certainly continue to increase over time.
great video and thanks for the information you received from the CEO, seems like he is on top of the ball, and those who have tried to contact him, have gotten a response, nice to see that.
i have to admit that Acc/ Dis line is looking fantastic, and great to see the accumulation continues.
many are getting in this for the long-term and it shows, their is much accumulation occurring at the moment at these levels.
ah apologize, i was reviewing the board and noticed that particular post didnt mention anything about the end of the grandfather clause. I appreciate your posts jimmenknee, just spread a little thin here and hard to read every single post.
thanks
very much appreciated ken, thanks
please remember and I believe the consensus on the board is that when providing information, provide all information.
here is the link to where you got your information:
http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/aspx/regsho.aspx
now as we can see you "forgot" to mention that:
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has amended Regulation SHO to eliminate the “grandfather provision” effective October 15, 2007. Please refer to Regulatory Alert #2007-086 for complete details.
Regulatory Alert #2007-086 - SEC Eliminates Regulation SHO Grandfather Provision
Please Route To: Head Traders; Technical Contacts; Compliance Officers
What you need to know:
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has amended Regulation SHO to eliminate the “grandfather provision” effective October 15, 2007.
Who you should contact: NASDAQ Market Sales at 800.846.0477
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What is changing?
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has amended Regulation SHO to eliminate the “grandfather provision” and will take effect on October 15, 2007.
SEC Regulation SHO sets out rules governing short sales, including the mandatory close-out requirement that applies to securities in which a substantial amount of fails to deliver have occurred (“threshold securities”). Clearing agency participants and broker-dealers for which they clear positions (“participants”) must take immediate action to close out a fail to deliver position in a Threshold Security that has lasted for 13 consecutive settlement days by purchasing securities of like kind and quantity (“close-out requirement”).
The amendment eliminates one of the exceptions to the Close-out Requirement for fails to deliver established prior to a security becoming a Threshold Security (“grandfather provision”). The amendment requires Participants to close out any previously-grandfathered fails to deliver in a security that is on the Threshold Security List on October 15th. The close-out must occur within 35 consecutive settlement days of October 15th. If a security becomes a Threshold Security after October 15th, all fails to deliver must be closed out within 13 consecutive settlement days.
What do I have to do on or after October 15th?
This amendment does not require NASDAQ to make any changes to its Threshold Security List. However, Participants should ensure that they close out previously-grandfathered fail to deliver positions within the time frames established by the amendment. Participants that do not close out these fail to deliver positions within 35 days will, by rule, be prohibited from accepting any short sale orders or effecting further short sales in these securities until the entire fail to deliver position is closed out.

looks like we are back to having accumulation leading us higher, through the institutions, these blocks are huge.
$51,129 just hit the tape, someone wants to get as many as they can before next week
10,000 at the ask of 1.71, $17,100, big fish are here.
wow, next week is going to be interesting :)
i feel that the accumulation is going to be great right now and weeks to come, this is going to be so tightly held that we will be moving is 0.05 increments soon.
more and more Dahlman and Rose clients are grabbing shares today and will be looking over theresearch report over the weekend, next week, with that catalyst alone, we could see great moves, now throw in the other possible PR's and hold on. great stuff happening. float getting tighter and tighter.
hey brikk, speaking of percentages, how about our 201% volume spike over the 10 day average volume of 174,300 we currently are sitting at 524,746. This is going to set off some volume scans tonight and over the weekend as people do their DD, next week is going to be interesting.
We have an excellent team here running Deep Down Inc. and many research analysts will be looking at Deep Down Inc. in the months to come and years to come. Dahlman and Rose have many clients that feed off their recommendations and with such stable fundamentals riding the stock higher what more could you ask for? excellent NEWS here today, and 8k after the close would be insane, and for those on the sidelines wow, what is their to wait for?
great NEWS here today
hey aj, nice to see you around here, we are building a group of familiar faces, and this thing is ready to go, building at each base, great trading.

heres some more examples, just a couple, thansk to spooky
my pleasure, :) just gets better around here
yes, many many times, equipment going in and out, i believe spookyalien on here has a couple of screenshots of these occurrences.
another interesting note is that the Intercontinental Facilty has a three bay Automated Bottom Loading Rack which eliminates time-consuming bottlenecks caused by trucks winding through the facility, speeds up the loading process, and enhances safety for the workers.
This is great for us to get the product moving and cut back on processing time and helps with the safety of workers.
Chevron representative says, “This is the future of automatic loading,” says Elliott Johnson, unit shipping department supervisor who oversees the facility."

article is older but certainly still relevant
hello coreyH, and welcome aboard, please feel free to post any of your own DD and add to our discussions on here, we enjoy all the different takes, i think though that you can treat this as a long-term hold and if you have read anything about the company you know we are poised for great things, this is a great stock. welcome aboard.
Sulphur Mt. on behalf of the entire board i would like to thank you for being our eyes on Channelview. Your efforts on the camera are certainly very respected and you are now officially our Deep Down Inc. TV (also known as DDI TV) producer. thanks again Sulphur Mt.
