My point was there will be some major decisions to be made although we have prior knowledge with the proxy. I believe ReelTime is growing and wants to involve its shareholders as a reporting company would do. If you’re going to be big you have to act big, that’s what I believe they want to impress on us. Depending on the outcome of the voting they have to develop a business plan accordingly. Some scenarios I’ve been mulling over are a buyout (won’t settle for than $5), a partner (almost anybody), selling off Reelkids or adding advertising (please no). My 2 cents.
Time for the Red Sox.
We'll see, from PR, According to Barry Henthorn, ReelTime CEO, "We have several important items for the owners of the company to vote on, and I'm looking forward to this opportunity to discuss the next steps in the company's development."
Agree mstur29 and jimmy the pearl, for those of us who follow this stock here, the blog or are in contact with management, it is inforamation gathering and being able to trust it.
I e-mailed MG today to find out about a proxy vote since I will be unable to make the meeting and his response was "Insofar as proxies are concerned, we are sending out proxy statements this week or next, consistent with our bylaws, which provide that such notifications are to be received by shareholders of record by 10 days before the date of the meeting". So I will hold and hpoefully add shares when I can.
gauchoalum = BS, seems to me you and reeltimeking are jealous.
Nice post stockchick, yet another find, recently the NY Times article and some others.
I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt, Ro’s blog post confirms that a partial look at the website has been acknowledged and seen by some. The Applebox page has been posted before and hopefully not what you’re referring to.
rhustang, congrats and good luck.
Thanks asus for the inside look at the Reeltime team and infrastructure.
Any news on well the site stood up to the spike in visitors over the past week?
Thank you.
Hopefully there won't be a revolt, I do want a proxy vote on matters though.
The suspense is killing me. I have the wife on my back about the money I’m putting into this, plus she thinks she’s cool cause she can stream Grey’s Anatomy on her iMac. My buddies on the big board are giving me a hard time about being in a penny stock, but I still tell everyone I know to invest in ReelTime (just like pmunchs’ siggy). The NY Times article did buy me some creditability though, Go Reeltime (Angelhill can you write me a cheer).
I wonder, Loinsgate to aquire Mandate Pictures.

The article was about streaming tech not ReelTime's content. How many cried where is our big write up, here it is. The next one can be on content.
Keystone Cops (lmao), same way I thought of the Red Sox way back when, only it was more like Laurel and Hardy.
The window is still open imho, we still have Wed. and Thurs. in this trading week to put something out there. You have some excellent ideas to add to the PR also. If they don't take advantage of this it is definietly a missed opportinity.
Yes, technically not sure if they could play any videos, but the web page can be displayed.
I enlarged the pic and compared it to some online and it certainly does look like it.
One more, has different pic of Barry in his office with ReelTime site up on his laptop and cell, man he looks tired.

They also have it on ReelTimes Newsroom page.

Also, that Netflix guy in the article is stealing Barrys' lines.
LOL.. "ReelTypeA" in action.
No, but You Tube has some new clips added a couple hours ago.
One of them is the "I am Legend" trailer and I think Will Smith stole your stang.

Looks like we had an upload, 1741 movies and TV search, up from 1638.
Seems LG has been making the rounds, has about five seperate posts on Pink Sheets about stops on different stock boards.
Pink Sheets does a make over and ReelTime gets nailed. It's like when they reavalueate your property taxes, they follow a formula and it's up to you to prove them wrong, no DD.
How about a ReelTime Productions video on You Tube of the meeting along with candids at the after party?
Too far and too much $ for me. Can someone post the highlights of the meeting if it's allowed?
I have twins at home, two of everything.
More blog chatter.

Let's see how long my paint job lasts, they ticked me off yesterday.
Do they have a venue picked out yet?
Cost me 2K shares and now I'm out cash, oh well, time to sit back and wait for the run.
Had a .035 bid sittin there all day, I move up to .04 and somebody eles .035 goes through, what's up with that?
Hopefully we have some timely press releases to keep the momentum up, like, new web page with big ticket content and uplist to a more visable exchange.
I'm just happy I made my goal of 100K shares today (go ahead laugh that's a days work for most), but I'm ready for my first ride on a rocket ship. Are we there yet?
I'll grab some from them, I need 17K shares to make 100K.
Glad your safe, looks like we have a "Type A"sus on the team, but you probably knew this already.

Can the monies they received be applied to their earnings?
I sent MG an email a month back about posting their financal report on the PK and they weren't posted yet. In his reply he was rather general but he did say they have never been late in posting them so I'm wondering if they are posting to a higher exchange (just a guess) and if so, how long does that process take?
Killer 54 and my kids are 59 and 63 (hehe).
Larch beat him to it.
OT/ asus, yes I did have problems that night but I thought it had something to do with my laptop from work which didn't have powergrid installed. I was trying to load it at the last minute and thought it might be the security settings, bad timing, I'll give them this one.
If you can make it to RI by 7PM everyone.
Tomorrows movie night at my house will debut Reeltime and the movie "Things to Do".
