I own another stock BRLC that went BK and still trades alot higher then Xkem.
But we do have a class action lawsuit against the company and it don't look good for the company............FRAUD

Don't know what the latest PR announcing we want Swift to resign will do, if Pandey is talking to Basu and most
pipe and shareholders want Swift to resign it shouldn't be
that difficult to get him off the board.

If Swift wasn't (legally) able to file the 10k because of
India he should have PR something to that affect to the
shareholders explaining it. Besides that there were a few
things he could have PR ed......states buying, progress etc etc........

Well then some thing doesn't add up, it's being how many months since they got the letter from the SEC, about seven months now I think.

So time is running out, have to get rid of Swift as soon as posible.

I may be wrong but if someone is still part of the BODers does not this give the board member the right to know what the company has done up to now and what progress they have made.
