It looks like our Waterloo today is .0240 - can't wait until I'm saying "Looks like we are struggling to break .24 today" . . .
Which will result in more Benjamins for the buyer soon!
Yep, plus that is 8M less shares CDEL has to play with.
Yep. Zoom call said it all.
They said as much several times in the Zoom call today.
Big buyer, big move, now big spread . . . need more volume, which is coming shortly with the information shared on the call today.
Plus . . . maybe they've been buying some shares out of the open market . . . maybe.
If you know that, then management knows that. A simple "Investor Update" would clear the air for everyone who is concerned. So easy to do. Pass it along! Lol
Which government bureaucracy oversees OTC Markets?
The answer tells all.
I have it on good authority that the SEC will NOT suspend VITX for any comments made outside normal channels.
I may be a little sensitive after being very heavy in ARCS from Dec 4th 2020 through Dec 23, 2020. Just don't try to act like it does not happen. I hope all of you are right and there is nothing about which to be concerned.
Granted. They are still, imho, playing with fire in this current SEC environment. But, hey, at least they are not FROM China! We have that in our favor!
Big fan. Holding millions. That being said, I don't like the "informal" news channels they are using (apparently) to convey their continued kicking the can on the financial data release. If you can say it in an email to one or two inquirers, you can put it in a PR. Maybe their lawyers know how close to the edge they can walk on the non-public disclosure of material information, but I'd say knowledge related to release date of fins is pretty damn material to me. I know there was much work to get the name change done and fins updated (and hopefully correct) as they move into public status, so I'm patient. One final thing before I return to my observation post: These emails are not very professionally written. Maybe Alois is just using text language or typing on his phone without spell-checking, but if you know your response will be posted on iHub and other forums (which they do know) take a second or two to edit! I realize they are native German speakers, but they are in a global community now.
Long and strong on $VITX with some small concerns noted above. Sandera has posted much of the good stuff, all of which appears to be true - many good reasons to think this will soar soon.
Maybe we should start a new contest for guessing the date fins will be released?
We had news on 2/10, and 3/10, so why not 4/10 (or 4/9)?
"due by"
They are claiming revenues of 12 million, not earnings. A different formula is needed to assess price from revenues.
Could not agree more! Move up toward .03, financials hit, revenue is revealed, perhaps new share structure is revealed, and Christmas comes early!
Anyone else notice the Vitana-x website down for maintenance?
The only question is whether that (or any) non-public response from the CEO equates to "material" information. I suspect that it does not, but it is a dangerous precedent. They have been bombarded with emails about the delay in filings; if they have a response, make it publicly. I remain very long and strong on VITX.
I gotta say any time I see an email from a "CEO" to a private party, I get a little nervous now. Anyone remember ARC$? THAT is how stocks can get suspended . . . Unless they follow up with a PR that states essentially the same thing within four business days.
Here's hopin'!!
40+M volume days will set the pace. Has the company been buying shares back to give out as incentives? Any scoop on this question?
It has been months:
Dec 21, 2020
We will all be high-five-ing and loling soon enough. The newbies will rush in to post the rockets and "to da moon" for us!
Soon!
One other point:
If this is likely to be one of the biggest OTC stocks of the year, what would you expect the MMs to be doing ahead of it's big break out?
If we knew how long, we'd have all held off on buying until right before the big run up. I started buying at .0008, so I'm not really looking at how far down we are from .038; rather, I'm still counting the 25 HUNDRED percent we are up from that point!
We know they:
1. Are selling products in Europe.
2. Are setting up in the U.S. (interacting with FDA, filling warehouses and growing sales force).
3. Are working on getting financials filed (or waiting for what has already been filed to show up on SEC and OTCM).
4. Have new products in the wings
5. Are not diluting
6. Are WAY undervalued (even at current structure) and may be more so given what revenues are revealed.
7. Are NOT a PR machine, which I find reassuring. As long as they are not blowing up Twitter, IG, FB, etc. with wildly inaccurate claims that are not followed up by official PRs, I'm okay with getting news that is relevant.
I'll wait.
Yes, they could. And, the fact that they didn't shows where they believe the company to be headed. Get all the legal stuff nailed down then start selling the hell out of the products! Oh, the worm will turn and the mood will change here shortly!
Their is no reason to expect anything to be filed on the FDA home page or anywhere else . . . yet.
Step 1. Hire attorneys (done)
Step 2. Wrangle/Schmooze FDA (assumed being done)
Step 3. Continue Wrangling/Schmoozing FDA (assume will continue)
Step 4. Once enough wrangling and schmoozing has been done, the FDA will guide on the appropriate "process" to accomplish Vitana-X's stated goals.
Step 5. Announcement of FDA allowance.
Step 6. Bird BBQ.
When the GME debacle ends . . . sometimes the bear pokes back.
Darkest just before dawn, they say.
Which should suggest that it is not "weeks" away . . . but, I've been wrong once or twice.
It's no longer "if" we hit .25+, but " when." The fact that VITX mgmt is not a PR machine should be a very good sign. They share pertinent information and deliver. They do not post, or allow to be posted, wild-ass speculation on social media platforms. If you are concerned about the Fins, take a moment to reflect on what else they have said and done. Quite a bit of information coming out with the fins, then attny letter, then PC. She's the partner who makes you wait, and then makes it worth waiting for . . . !
I join with those of you who have no problem waiting for this stock to move. I don't need a dollar to be very, very happy (of course it would be sehr gut if it hit the holla dolla as well).
