Are you kidding me? On a RS adjusted basis, it is sub-penny. It's come down from nearly $3 to $0.80 or approximately 70%. Just how far down did you expect it to go?
I only mentioned your alias because I can't see the connection.
I have not been following things lately. When was the proxy mailed and has the meeting been rescheduled or cancelled? Does anyone know whether they plan to open a NY office like NWOL pr'd that they were doing?
I guess you never bothered to read post #40476 in which I indicated that I did not believe anyone was shorting NWOL at this point because amongst other reasons, low volume--little money to be made--high degree of risk. You and your cohorts in all likelihood did not buy your stock the other day from shorters, but from disillusioned longs. People that try to catch falling knives more often are bloodied for their efforts.
I have been amusing myself watching some of the posters trying to catch a falling knife. I'm kindof surprised that they admit it publicly.
I was advised recently by IHUB Admin, Shelly, (when he banned me from the AURC board for ten days, that these boards are for serious discussion of the company and not for nonsense. Your posting clearly falls under the category of nonsense. Beware lest you be banned.
I'm not putting my 2 cents in. I may wish to buy a share in two or three months.
The company does NOT need the auditors permission to put out UNAUDITED information. They, for whatever reason have chosen NOT TO release information.
In fact, until the RS, this board was a pumper fest with the pumpers outnumbering the bashers by a minimum of five to one. At this point, it is probably about even neutral including you the Indian and myself.
If bashers or pumpers do in fact affect the PPS (which I do not believe is the case) then you should look in the mirror. Your negative posts far outweigh those of the Indian or myself. You could have made up for it by buying $10K MOC, but you backed out.
Is it your contention that I should disrespect other posters by ignoring their posts?
I doubt that the Indian has been shorting at all, but, certainly not recently and I certainly have not shorted in some time. At the present time, with the low volume and the depressed price, it's not worth the time and effort nor the risk to make really insignificant amounts of money. If volume increases and Maly comes up with a good new story, the price hopefully will go up and go up quickly. At that point, I might very well short the stock if the market was such that it made sense to do so.
The big money was made right after the $2.17 buyout scam, when the market jumped to $1.53 or so and then failed. Within a few days, based on the market action, virtually anybody with any trading/investing experience should have known the buyout was a scam and should have bailed and/or shorted or both depending on what their position, if any, was in the stock.
If what you say is true, that pumpers and bashers influence the price, then since the pumpers outnumber the bashers significantly, please be good enough to explain to me why the share price is going down rather than up.
Whether you think it is bashing or not is immaterial. IMO pumping or bashing by other than company PR's has virtually NO IMPACT ON THE pps. On the margins, some unsophisticated investors may be swayed by pumping and bashing on this board, but the number of shares they would buy or sell on that basis is such a small percentage of the trading, as to have virtually no impact on price.
YOU STILL DON'T GET IT. It's NOT the shorts (except perhaps to a VERY MINOR extent which tends to even out when they cover) and it's NOT the nasty old MM's and it's not the bogeyman. It's the phony PR's which at one time served to PUMP the stock--but cannot do it anymore because only a few unsophisticated investors/traders believe anything the company puts out anymore.
As more and more people realize that they have been scammed, they sell and that's what pushes the price down now. In the past, it appears that the insiders dumping caused the decline in price. At least they get the tax benefit of the capital loss by selling. Those that continue to hold--get nothing.
People may call this BASHING. I call it REALITY.
Don't believe everything you read especially when it's taken out of context.
OT or not OT? It is said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome.
He never said anything about a 1:100 reverse split when he made that prediction.
I guess you never heard the saying--"don't believe everything you read". This is extremely good advice in connection with any "pinkie" and particularly with this company.
It is possible Maly is waiting for the price to go lower before buying back. He may be anticipating a severe drop in price once the new shares exchange has been completed. Let's not forget---he predicted a price of $0.30.
What is your source of this information. I believe it to be false.
Today's range scary. What the hell happened?
TPPH moving--don't miss the train.
I don't think so. Malyshev is probably trying to keep his prediction intact. He's shooting for $0.30.
This stock seems to be sinking faster than Maly can drill. An uplisting or a completed audit if either of them happen are many months away. Imagine what is going to happen when the converted shares can be traded. The best thing to do if you are long and intend to go down with the ship is PRAY.
Let's not forget, Adam took a bite in the Garden of Eden and look how that turned out.
Hit this low yesterday and then bounced back to $0.06. Will history repeat?
Why so pessimistic? This stock will take off sooner or later. Well, maybe it has to test the lows once again.
When the buyout goes through at .55, you will have a lot of explaining to do. Of course, you will probably have some time before you have to do so.
I think there should be good support in the 17 to 18 cent area.
Seems to be holding at near 50% fib retr of move from.95 to 3.95.
Curious as to why you made suggestion rather than doing it yourself, or, did you do it yourself and feel if other's complain it will get more attention from SEC?
Excellent suggestion. Even better if you cry a little while talking to them. Bound to be effective.
It certainly is "absolutely ridiculous"---so is your assertion that "it can't be legal.
Failure to hold ABOVE .24 despite tremendous volume is not a good
sign. Where is the supply coming from?
Probably shorts taking profits.
It also works with a 1:100 RS such as NWOL
Didn't you say you were holding out for $5 per sh.
Hey, now you're talking.
Because some people have a sense of humor.
It's starting to look like it will break .26 shortly--If it does, my bid in the 19 cent area will not be filled in the near future.
