I have sent emails and received responses; but none that include what you're referring to.
What email?
I'm not worried about that but I think it's a valid concern. Was pointed out by Sello, the debt isn't really that bad. Not considering the revenue potential. They may dilute to cover it if necessary and that sucks. But with the right moves we'll still be in a good position ultimately.
For me, it's about the long-term. I realize long-term is a silly gambit in the OTC in most cases but I don't feel that way about PCTL to be honest. If I have to hang around for a year or two, I'll be here.
Yo Dawg, I heard you like PCTL. So I got you some PCTL so you can PCTL while you PCTL.
Not worried about the day to day prices, kiddos. This is about the future, not a 90% jump and sell.
Trade accordingly and be sure to drink your Ovaltine.
Agreed. Neither unexpected nor shocking. Play it accordingly imho.
Exactly. It's neither shocking nor unexpected. Play it accordingly.
Like a broken record.....
Correct.
Excellent point.
This is a fair point.
I realize it's frustrating for many. However, that is why patience is key here.
We do know that they are working on things. We can connect the dots on a few dates and know that things are in progress.
We'll get updates when there's something to update us on.
It's really kind of that simple.
Unless you're looking for a quick sale, just relax and don't check the price every 10 mins.
I think typically their Q3 earnings have been released in November.
Quarterly filings have, I think,....45 days before they have to be filed? 45 days from the end of the quarter? I think that's true.
I wouldn't expect it much before November. Personally.
#perspective
I would be quite happy with .25
Quite happy indeed.
Time to clutch some dubs! $pctl
I’ll be holding
Nice close PCTL!
Quiet in here now....
An interesting thought. But speculative at this point. Would be good though
You know you can rotate that image to get a more straight on look, right?
What about all the notes due in January though?
I'll take your word for it. I must have misinterpreted something then.
You'll have to explain that one to me then because that's not what my reading of the filings is pointing me towards.
Yeah, been curious about this one myself. Haven't heard anything on it. Or the oil and gas sale in the midwest that was due this past month either.
Here's hopin'
You can just Google earth it.
A picture of the offices with their logo and name on the building is the first image that pops up on the street view.
With regard to Eco Treatments; this was discussed and dissected a while back. I believe (but wouldn't swear to it) that they took over the space from Eco Treatments as well as some of their employees. Not 100% sure about the details but it's something like that.
Also, they have more than 2 employees and have generated more in revenue this year already than that so that information is outdated.
I believe they had said 20 units was their break-even point. Wouldn't swear to that but I think that's what they'd said.
This is the one that was mentioned in the 8K from 9.24
So this PR is really just confirming the installation and confirming what we already knew
I think Phase One is a free trial installation for a month. Not 100% sure on that though.
If I'm not mistaken- I think the first month is a free trial, isn't it? And we don't know for sure they're putting 3 units in, just guessing based on the bed count.
This is the installation we know about from the 8K though, right?
If nothing else, the debt has been discussed ad nauseum on this board. lol
It's a lot, yeah. It's not so much given what their revenue could be with a few more machines. And it's not so much given what some moderate financing could do for them.
5 more?
I think that's valid.
It's all well and fun to think about the "what ifs" but without a dire need, there likely isn't one to be filled. Sure, hotel rooms and locker rooms could benefit from being disinfected... but it's not exactly a scourge on the industry. At least so far as we know.
If it were to go that route, it'd likely be through a 3rd party service, like a cleaning company that services hotels using the system rather than the hotel spending the $$$ to have an in-house unit. Probably not cost-effective over what they're currently doing.
Of course, could be wrong on that one but that'd be my sense/guess
Hmmmm. I really don't remember there being any official confirmation of that. Anyone have info on that?
You have more control over stock which you purchase yourself than stock that is issued to you by the company as part of a vesting or compensation or equity sharing agreement, etc.
I'd generally agree with that.
They might suck at a few things, but a "scam?" Highly doubtful.
They clearly have a product. You can debate whether that product's good or not but it's good enough to generate real sales to real customers. And good enough to earn at least one industry award.
Now to be realistic, the halls of innovation are littered with companies who could claim the same things and ultimately didn't make it, but that doesn't mean they were a "scam"
With regard to PR, etc. I just still maintain the belief that
A. They don't have much to PR about
and
B. They just suck at it.
So a combination of the two. One of the tricky problems with PR is that if you PR everything under the sun you start to acclimate people to expecting fluff. I've gone through this with a lot of companies, especially on the OTC.
The problem with releasing non-news news is that people then start to get angry at THAT.
"We want news!"
"Hey, here's a company update. Everything's going well and we'll have updates soon!"
"BS! We want REAL news!"
"We're attending an industry conference!"
"BS! Tell us something good!"
"We attended the industry conference. It went well!"
"What happened? This is BS! Tell us more! We want more information! We're part owners, you know!"
And on and on and on it goes. So you trade "no news" anger for "not real news" anger.
I maintain that if they had any significant sales or news to release, they'd have released it. I assume there's nothing terribly significant going on at the moment. Obviously some things are in the works but who knows at this point.
It is what it is.
That's comforting lol.
And what do your 40+ years of experience tell you here?
lol and what praytell are you basing this on?
