I'm in the same boat.
Just wondered why the poster told everyone his deal.
Which is bogus IMO.
Sold for a loss no doubt?
Why are you telling everyone this?
That is not a good plan. When earnings are shown, the stock will increase faster than you can buy at a good price. No way to win unless you risk something.
Everyone can have all the chickens, as long as I get all the eggs.
:)
"I'll be making money by the EOD"
Never count your chickens before the eggs hatch...
Since you keep asking this, I did some more research.
Although Marketwatch states IRNC had revenue in 2019, the SEC says different. This is copy/pasted from IRNC's filing (under concerns):
"Achievement of the Company's objectives will depend on its ability to obtain additional financing, to generate revenue from current and planned business operations, and to effectively manage product and software development, operating and capital costs. The Company is in a development stage and has generated no operating revenue, profits or positive cash flows from operations."
So the answer appears to be "0" or "none."
I suggest anyone invested in IRNC read the entire "concerns" section of the SEC filing.
Marketwatch states that 2018's revenue was $229,745.
And that... is why I am here :)
I didn't join fintel, I just googled and found this at Marketwatch:
Sorry about the formatting, cut and paste discombobulation...
Sales/Revenue 2018 then 2019 -- 229,745 780,211
Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) incl. D&A - 194,430 -
COGS excluding D&A - - - 194,422 -
Depreciation & Amortization Expense - 3,789
I am pretty sure that is INCOME.
"There isn’t any revenue so the ceo has to line his pockets somehow." - Any proof of this?
Could be a FS too. Just saying.
Yep, pinky rule #1: Don't hold any shares at the end of the day.
YEP, I broke that rule with IRNC, missed out on about 10k pancakes too, due to it.
It's lunchtime. They always go eat lunch.
Wait about an hour or so.
Alex, I'll take IRNC for 9,000,000 @ .0015
Well....looks like someone is interested.
Yep, I'm loading too.
Still not very excited about what I see going on though.
Ahhh....I see you are not on the amp wagon like me.
Airbrush19 - Hey man. I really appreciate you taking the time to do some research directly with the company. It is information, and that is way better than twiddling my thumbs waiting for a PR. Not sure why someone would rag on you for contacting a company that you obviously have an investment in. That's just rude.
Unfortunately, when successfully registering a patent, you just don't have companies lining up to give you millions. Usually, you get a patent before you produce a product. Not sure why some people think you get a patent, then BOOM, become an instant millionaire. Especially with patents on technology that needs to be created, tested, then sold....after getting the patent.
Hi All, have a great weekend!!
9/30 10-q huh? We shall see on Monday.
I have no confidence in a "relations person" that cannot use the correct spelling of the word "their."
So you had less than a million I am guessing since the total for today is 990k? Just like surfing, once you go in, the big waves show up. Thanks for the good karma.
Flipper manipulation?
Or did our extensive posts boost it lol!
Thank you for that. I guess the good news is there really isn't any IRNC bad news.
I'm ready for takeoff. Not much of a charter, but I see what you see. Still kind of stunned this is still flat-lined.
Not like this is some mineral cheesy stock that goes up and down according to fake reports of mineral finds. This company actually has a product. So I await the increase which appears inevitable.
I see what happened. The "plane" is still landing...
Can't take off until it lands.
Har har har..
Now don't get me started on the biggest spy program the NSA/CIA/FBI has ever created - Facebook. Anyone remember the billions spent on Carnivore? Another spy program gone underground. Never heard the Google rumor though. The Internet was awesome, until the U.S. Government started monitoring it in the 2000's.
All of these are prime examples of why you want secured/encrypted communications.
"does not mean that it is impossible to changing the IP address without the internet being turned off" - No it does not. That's why I added the 2 network connections in my comment. You could use 2 NIC's and swap IP's on those, and use one to remain connected.
But to me, that's just not feasible or practical. I'm pretty sure their patent(s) cover some type of new switching encrypted connection. So a hacker would have to hack an encryption key every time it switches, which appears nearly impossible in theory.
Hopefully, whatever security it is, after beta testing and production, all of the Financial Institutions will interested.
Being in IT for 25 years, this seems odd. You just can't change an IP Address continuously (guess - every minute) and keep connected. That's not how TCP (Transmission Control Protocol)/IP (Internet Protocol) and DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) were designed to function. Changing your IP disconnects you from the network until you get a new IP assigned with your MAC/Hardware address. Plus, you would need 1,440 IP Addresses a day (assuming a 1 minute switch), per phone (and probably 2 network connections). Hey, maybe I am wrong, but I just don't see how this is possible/feasible.
I looked up their patents again and saw something about changing encryption keys constantly. Now that's possible and more secure than having one encryption method with one encryption key.
As for "the market" on this? I would guess any big bank or financial Institution would want to protect their online phone apps with this.
You would be surprised how open and accessible all of your cell phones are right now.
The plane is on runway .005, after leaving runway .01 and .02.
Said plane has no pilot, no air in the tires, no fuel, and auto-pilot is not skilled enough for take off.
Before take off, missing items must be in place.
How is a patent obtained in 2019 "outdated"?
Why would anyone spend the time and the money to get a useless patent?
Your logic appears flawed.
I bet it's the tires, been on the runway so long they are flat.
I don't see why the 10Q would be any different since Ironclad stated:
"Our first products will enable secure telecommunications."
Realistically, I don't see how anything will change until the "product" is tested, completed, and then retailed.
Creating a new product, having it protected by law, and being an actual company with people really producing a "product" is the ONLY reason I got in on IRNC.
Anyone expecting the "product" to be ready for retail in a few months has no idea what it takes to produce software/hardware for computers and cell phones.
Someone tried selling out.... 966k shares... and failed
Yes, if:
Y=shares, $=IRNC share price, Z=money invested
Pop in numbers here:
Y x $ - Z = M
If M is =/< 1,000,000 then the answer is Yes.
Thanks for the info.
Now that's understandable. But then it would be less than nothing.
What's a "complex Trademark"?
I got a Trademark and it was pretty easy to get.
1/2 million = 500,000
500,000 x .0083 (last) = $4,150.00
$4,150.00 does not equal "Nothing"
Thanks, NITE lowered again LOL!
NITE 10k @ .0069
If that got taken, I would be suspicious.
