Sure $Hiru the first listed company in the world to issue monthly metrics. You do know she didn’t “promise” audited ever right?
Please give us a ticker symbol of just one publicly traded company on any exchange in any country that reports the way you are recommending Hiru should do so we can study your wish.
I just learned that publicly traded companies can’t raise capital from accredited retail investors through private placements, warrants or convertible debentures,,, Shocked was I!
Clearly the demand for $Hiru Boogeymen currently outstrips the supply.
Up 200%!from the low and my $0.22 shares are almost green again lol.
Decent webcast this time,, https://wsw.com/webcast/rhk2/ktra/1608222
Yup Trueinternationalunderpressure!

Consensus says: A) CEO is a crook B) All OTC’s are a scam C) She issued a boatload of shares @ $0.001 to Milo et al to help acquire a second bottling facility and those shares are now being sold. Pick one.
Apparently the $0.0001 typo error regarding common shares Par Value from the 6/30/22 second quarter “Disclosure” page supersedes the same quarter 6/30/22 “Financial” filing
https://www.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/financial-report/339995/content
which shows on page four 1,748,182,295 shares outstanding with a value of $1,748,182 or ______ per share.
It also shows no shares issued at any price during that period which brings us back to your 3rd quarter “Financial” statement evidence on page four which shows that shares were issued at ______ for $375,000.00 of income.
A coincidental red herring is a piece of information that happens to mislead the reader or a character within the story.
Everyone knows this but you took the bait. Attention accomplished.
You mean like the wizard of oz or something?
She’ll company is the right answer. Chinese business went t*ts up and Hiru bought the dormant “shell company”.
Zero credibility when claiming the price of shares issued is off by a factor of 10X’s. Lying or uninformed?
When the price of a stock is changing, impacting its prices by 10% or more within five minutes, it is a situation when a stock halt scenario gets triggered, and an exchange can put a halt to its trading.
Rather predictable huh? 10/30/22 Kintara Therapeutics's (NASDAQ:KTRA) short percent of float has risen 4894.88% since its last report. The company recently reported that it has 2.04 million shares sold short, which is 126.87% of all regular shares that are available for trading. Based on its trading volume, it would take traders 0.9 days to cover their short positions on average.
Dumbassery is endless. 11 Loans Opening balance 3,200,000
Net movement in liabilities during the period (1,050,000)
Closing balance 2,150,000
Agree they’re confident buying at this level. Something I think is overlooked or underestimated are the 375 million shares issued to two holders on 9/14/22. Added to the 50 million for SPQS equipment that’s 425 million recent shares minimum that might have to be absorbed.
Also I’ve wanted to say you were right the 375 million shown issued with par value $0.001 in the 11/10/22 Disclosure statement are in fact shown in the 11/10/22 Financial statement as being issued at par for $375k income on page four.
It’s a signal the market maker sold him one share to capture the trade fee and keep him committed to the order while they find more shares to fill the order is my guess.
Other than the anemic stock price due to her extreme kamikaze dilution decisions I think she put to bed all of the doom and gloom boogeymen for serious $Hiru investors yesterday.
Personally I’m done spending effort giving any oxygen to the repetitive claims of otc scam etc.
Like I’ve said before she’s broken the stock but it’s not a broken company. Rustle up a few billion shares of buying and everything will be fine eventually.
I’m sure you’re not “reading it right”. They converted 375 million warrants that were restricted at the time of the DISCLOSURE filing. If you continued to read the second FINANCIAL filing from that same day and went to page four you would see their names are no longer listed and the increase of 375 million shares in the shares outstanding as of the date of the filing.

Interesting as I recall this guy having a crappy attitude towards $Hiru on twitter not too long ago if I’m not mistaken.
No that’s proving the claim stated here that any company on the otc is a scam and would never get their financials audited and be worth more than less than a penny.
I think she answered without being asked. She said an east coast acquisition would be with cash and borrowing, not toxic. That’s because if she used more than 59 million of the remaining 159 million authorized she’d lose her majority control and have to put certain things up to a shareholder vote.
She checked all the boxes for me.
Four lines running X
11 customers X
Government contracts $3-5 million 3 years X
Walmart in a contract for 3 years X
No imminent acquisitions/dilution distractions X
Future acquisitions cash and borrowing, non toxic X
SQF California current and Arizona pending X
Bottling lines under construction in both locations X
2 new Arizona lines December X
Blow their own bottles December X
Miro out with only 50 million shares X
Audited financials X
No reverse-split X
Someone should ask if she would ever dilute the stock and lose 51% majority ownership.

You’re letting facts get in the way of a false narrative.
Thanks. Good info. I almost sold all my shares in Hiru because they’re not audited financials and operating without an SQF Certificate. In light of this information I think I’ll hold a little longer!
So you’re a Conservative!
Bank on it: “this could turn out to be a disaster”
Reverse splits are quoted 1 new share for X old shares as in “will effect a 1-for-50 reverse stock split”. Your example is a forward stock split resulting in 20 billion or 40 billion shares outstanding.
This stock hates good news!
Rather than another shoot from the hip twitter q&a free for all somebody should convince her to ask shareholders to email questions in advance so she can put out a well thought out consolidated statement of responses and then open it up for a shoot from the hip q&a for follow up and new questions. Might be too practical huh?
She said something a few month’s back that caught my attention and I forget the context or timeframe but essentially her response to some skepticism/doubting of her statements or decisions was “they won’t by the end of the year” (paraphrasing). I’ve said it before,,I like some of her huge balls FU moves in the face of shareholders crying and criticism. She’s got 2 billion common shares in class A preferred shares that say she’s the Big Dog of $Hiru investors and tbh I’m just sitting back knowing I’m “Riding with the King”. When she wins we all win.
BINGO!
Intent would be prudent characterization as auditing will go back to the time she bought Hiru and likely before which may discover things that need to be corrected and restated publicly which could easily prevent Hiru from releasing audited financials by her intended timeline. Pretty basic stuff like every press release for every publicly traded stock including this:

Could be good for Alkaline 88 and in turn Hiru. Walmart shares jumped as much as 8.5% Tuesday morning after the world's largest retailer reported strong third quarter profits and revenue amid the tumultuous economic environment. The company also raised its full year outlook.
