If a unit isn’t FDA cleared, it can’t be used in a hospital setting. There are only a handful of units cleared by the FDA.

Fact of the matter is that, do you honestly feel that JG and his family would have invested hundreds of thousands of dollars off the open market between .02-.05 to execute a split 6 months later.

The DD has many clues here that one must study and make a decision based on what they conclude.

They very well could be working on a spin off for RXAir as stated in earlier news. But, that by no means assumes they will try converting to a private company lol.

The financials mean absolutely nothing to the newfound market for the RXAir units since the onset of Covid.

I genuinely believe that at this time next year VYST will be at the forefront of the air purification sector.
They possess the patent for one of the very few FDA classII approved units.
They also stated that their margins are extremely high for these units.

I completely agree with your statement. I feel that they have seen the repercussions of shareholders when they didn’t meet their anticipated date.

Granted, the dynamics of the deal benefit long term investors tenfold (maybe even more). But, a lot of people in the OTC want a quick hit and cash out. Fact of the matter is now that TRU is heavily involved, if investors don’t get a sense of security, they never will.

We are being told early Q4 we will have the DA. I will be ready for it tomorrow, or December 31 at 11:59 pm lol

Regardless, PASO will eventually gather its solid base of investors and PPS will follow soon thereafter.

Yes this was mentioned earlier today and it is certainly trying to point us in the right direction without coming out and saying it directly(which he is bound by NDA not to discuss)

The PubCo that is referenced in CLX’s twitter post is most certainly our PASO ticker. They are under a written agreement with one another that they cannot solicit/engage any other company without terminating the agreement.

We were then told that the definitive agreement is already being drafted between the 2 companies and it has a full execution date before the end of the year.

At the rate this is moving and their need to fulfill a market opportunity, IMO this DA will be signed in the near future.

Price is going to rise and drop, up to that point, but the fact of the matter is, the value driving metrics are being set into place starting with Thursday’s unveiling of HealthyAmerica.

The fact that we are trading at .05$ will be in the rear view mirror once NYSE TRU takes this where they know it is going to go. We are just going to be along for the ride.

There are very few, if any stocks on the OTC that have a potential global impact on almost every individual on the planet. The sole fact that they are 75% through stage 2 of DD and they have decided to begin drafting the definitive agreement is a clear indicator that this is 99.9% a done deal

As far as I’m concerned, based on that fact and the language in the LOI extension approval update to shareholders CLX is PASO unless told otherwise

This is too far along to turn back. CLX would have ended the agreement on July 15th and opened up business to other potential partners.

The mere fact that we have confirmation that the DD is active and phase 2 is 3/4 complete is a very strong indicator PASO is the vehicle to take CLX public.

That being said, we are told that the DA will be executed in Q4 of this year.

That does not mean that we PASO shareholders will be left in that dark up to that point in time.

It is extremely obvious that JG is a man on a mission and he keeps us up to date on a daily basis. Anyone saying this doesn’t benefit us as shareholders doesn’t possess a long term interest in the company whatsoever.

The next few weeks are going to be super exciting for those of us who have invested here for future returns. The day to day flipping means nothing and we be left in the rear view mirror once NYSE TRU picks up the microphone and introduces the world to CLX (aka PASO).
