I also was searching in my Spam email and came across an email I got from Robert Mercer/Data443, basically a sales pitch for GDPR (I probably fit the marketing structure through LinkedIn, I wasn’t even invested when the email was sent to me)

It’s reassuring they’re going after a tether market (I’m sure I came up because I’m in Boston and work for large agency)

I’m curious how it goes. I’m thinking there will be a lot of interest in Data443. I still have a feeling Jason had something to do with Lindedin.

I signed up for a webinar on Lindedin for this week on GDPR, hosted by I believe Microsoft and partners, I came across it because I believe Jason likes the link when posted (or Jay) either way I was curious if they’re involved. It’s Wednesday I’ll also post info (if any)

TD has a $15 fee. I think end of year this company will be over $1 even with the share count. The deals they already have signed brings their quarterly earnings in 2018 to the amount of Alphria and Aurora, their market caps at about $4billion on $12 million quarterly sales. The Derma division at MGC will prob do that alone (VC deal $40M/year is $10 mil a quarter alone) We are lucky we got in early, once volume takes

I’m more interested in share structure. I’m not a tech person, but, I know Classicdocs is the best product and user friendly. Their biggest sales motto is the fact it’s so user friendly and streamlined all of the gdpr requirements into one product....... You can have the best product in the world, without a solid business plan and sales it means nothing. For me I’d rather a letter from ceo with projection of sales numbers and share structure. A good sales team can sell a crappy product and without the proper sales team the best product won’t sell- me personally

I wanted to reach out to you as I have stumbled across Data443 news releases and to make a long story short, took a risk (I normally don’t invest in pink sheets) and have accumulated 700k shares of your company. The reason I invested is because I believe in you. You appear to be a go-getter with a mind set that failure is not an option (I’d like to say I have that mentality as well.

I wanted to inquire if there will be a letter to investers coming out anytime in the near future. I’d be curious to see plan structure, plans of uplosting from pink sheets to OTCBB (even NASDAQ), potential earning statement etc. yesterday was a scary day watching my investment go down 20+%, but, was also a buying opportunity (I did not sell).

I know your busy and can’t release private company info, but, if you could let me know if there’s any updates coming as I’m ok with taking a chance losing my money (not ok but I know the risk), I’d hate to introduce a stock to friends/family/clients without a little more info.

If you ever have time read the IHub and yahoo stock boards, you have a lot of people you don’t know that believe in you and are cheering you on!!!

My gut tells me In 10 years Data443 will be listed with Monster Beverage in The NY Times as “if you bought this stock in 2018....you’d be worth xx now”

Is the video from the 90’s?? Under job history in LinkedIn, he was the 3rd largest ips (I think that’s what it was) and even references working with Netscape. I’m to lazy to pull it up, look all the way down in his job history. Also, read some of the recommendations he gets from people and their titles/companies.

I don’t think they’d be able to announce it, unless it’s a partnership. But, if he didn’t have anything to do with it you would think he would have commented when asked about LinkedIn, no. Also, it looks like LinkedIn has a developers area for questions on there gdpr complaince (ironically its dated 3/14 same day of Jason’s post)

I don’t think the 2 LinkedIn posts where kn Data443 web before, I could be wrong. But, if he’s not working with LinkedIn why only put those 2 posts in Data443 under social media. Im on his LinkedIn, he posts a lot more and he’s on Twitter. Again maybe it’s hope, but I’d say there’s a chance he’s involved.

Final count for today is closer to 75,000. The best way for a small stock to do big run is longs take control from the MM’s. Everyone should have their shares locked up so they can’t be borrowed. This is a great board!

I keep going back to Jason’s LinkedIn post, wondering if he was involved. Facebook updated their gdpr recently and he didn’t post about them. I think I mentioned I had pre ordered the creams from Cava labs In February. They’re first creams the sold weren’t formulated by MGC, I cancelled my order and have an email from them saying they are launching products around June, all testing is complete they are finishing up packaging.

It’s not just this stock. The MM’s manipulate the bid and ask, today I had a bid on another stock at .079, current price was .08. My bid didn’t fill, bid listed .07 ask .09. The stock closed at .0725, they block the bid and ask so it can’t grow organically. I’ve taken losses before, no problem I picked a crappy company. What bugs me is it’s supposed to be a fluid market for investors not for 3-4 market makers. What they do is illegal, I happens becaus it’s a pink sheet stock and they get away with it

Here’s the link. I’m going to use StockZooms ticker as an example, too. I’m in the insurance industry, I’ve had my series 6 63 licenses (never a 7). What they are doing is illegal. I can get wanting to make a buck, but, the market shouldn’t be based on them ONlY making money. The stock should go up or down based on fundementals. The SEC is no joke, years ago my sister emailed me saying “why didn’t you call me back”. I got called into the corporate office and asked about the email... because at the time I worked in a broker dealer so even though I was insurance, the compliance program picked up my sisters email

I think with Friedman arrest if your going to complain do it now. There’s a lot more eyes on the OTC due to MJ stocks, reverse mergers etc

I agree. We should all file a complaint. At minimum maybe the MM’s will stop playing their games. With recent arrests for scams on OTC stocks there are a lot of articles being written about how they manipulate the market. Maybe something will finally be done. I can see them making a little money off the top, but, the beat the dead horse

I agree, they know exactly what their doing. Their sole job has become to screw investors, that’s not what they were created for. A new regulation needs to be set, I think the SEC is starting to listen- just from news articles, recent arrests etc. it’s especially sad because I do believe this is a real company, to see them do this.

It pisses me off that MM’s get away with this. The price was forced down so they could buy shares to profit. This was after they drove it down to cover short. They pay that idiot to vomit all over message boards. How is this market liquidity?? Maybe if ienough people complain to the SEC they’ll audit the log records of these stocks and revoke the brokers license of these MM- I don’t see a need for MM’s anymore transactions can be stored in some type of database all online brokers can access..... Maybe Jason can create that next
