would have been nice if we could have recovered yesterday's loss.
never thought it dumped just because the market did yesterday....
Why, isn't it shocking that volume is so light when people should obviously be loading up at this bargain price? We'll surely never get any lower because Bavi is the most valuable discovery ever!
but Avid will beat revenue by $500,000 over 3 months so it'll be blowout quarter!
looks like wall street is saying "get back to us in 8-10 years after your pre-clinicals with this stuff get to Phase III"
sure wish there was volume on this move today
preparing myself for 1.20s today. gonna try not to get too upset.
'hopium' update: i hope it doesn't go under 1.20 again.
according to your link, we went down through 2 support levels today.
garnick's work is done for the time being... he does not need to be there.
nasdaq is digging out a copy of our listing warning letter!
who says there's any support????!!!
so now it's going down because retail folks have had enough?
market cap $238,000,000
2 houses in Greenwich CT can be worth that.
i'm lovin' this pre-market action!
BABA didn't just come to be worth a fortune last week. has been for years already. pphm is still worth nothing.
agreed, pw... where's your proof that PPHM is a victim of naked shorting as opposed to pros just feeling it's a piece of junk?
You nailed it, CP!
Collaboration is when we give the stuff to anybody who will take and try to do something with it, and Partnership is when somebody gives PPHM money for making money with it.
we have dozens of collaborations, and zero partnerships.
what nice timing....just rec'd my proxy paperwork today.
i am voting no, no, and no, because those folks don't give a crap about retail investors, which, being the idiot i am, i have been one of for about 13 years.
they are supposed to care about share prices...if for no other reason than some investors may need to sell a bit now and then, and they shouldn't ALWAYS have to feel that "oh, well..that's the way it goes" with companies that have been around for 20 years and say, repeatedly, things like 'this will be a big year'...and all the crap they've thrown at us time after time.
i no longer want to hear stuff like 'as we get word out that we have upstream activity'....the BPs know what bavi does and have known as long as PPHM has known.
DO SOMETHING with this. SOMETHING.
it is NOT all 'sunrise' if its massive effects can be felt everywhere from cancer to viruses to effing corn.
another trading frenzy for PPHM....
who has a list of the countless IST's which have spawned blockbuster, holy grail drug franchises?
with volume this light, i'm not worried about today's share price.
when volume is heavy and it sits here, THEN i'm worried.
i don't think mary boyd is... worsely seems to have replaced her. she's no longer running.
krak.... yes..let's be fair.
there is a big difference between crying and being pissed. i was/am pissed.
i do not want them to hold MY hand. i want them to project an attitude to wall street and others that says, in effect, between the lines...'tolerate the BS from the people who are trading/screwing with our share price. we have this covered".
there are many, many ways of standing up for the company. this BOD's apparent arrogance prevents them from doing it, and, personally, I think that attitude is detrimental to the shareholders and the market cap.
market cap counts.
krak...
i did not panic. i did not sell anything.
i just do not understand why tustin can't bring themselves to say 'nothing has changed. we are on track and we are comfortable...short term price moves are going to happen in our markets which are not directly tied to our value".
so you folks know i've been very frustrated that the company hasn't spoken up to defend. after 13 years, i obviously wouldn't still be here if i didn't think the science had validity.
was this dive orchestrated so shorts could clear at a very low price? the lack of retailers' access to outstanding shorts on a daily basis bugs the crap out of me.
could a hedge fund or two have just decided to close out a couple of million shares over the last couple of weeks and take their $2-400,000 clear and get ready for a move up they 'know' is coming?
jeez..i hope that's it.
we have our own 'death cross' coming... that's when the number of locations divided by a hundred exceeds the share price
at least zavoico, duncan, et al are hoping for a rebound as much as i am.
great. if i'm upset, i should just sell?
for you 'newer' 'investors', will you be so smug when the pps is $1.50 in 2025?
speaking strictly, for myself...I didn't just come out of the woodwork today.
as far as negative goes... I'm impatient after 13 ears and pissed that this management does not EVER face music and address the common complaints or defend the company.
no other company I've held has been this..absent...in that regard.
they don't take/answer the proletariat
like i said yesterday in so many words...
management blows. they do not give a crap about shareholders.
i've had enough
13-14 years. lost plenty vs. most conservative options over that time.
get me back to 1.50. i will sell and not look back
stamp 'sucka' on my head
krak
am i a nervous nellie or just a very, very long-term 'investor' (dope?) who has had faith in incompentant BOD folks who, for far, far too long, are risking potentially solid science for potential
personal gain at the expense of those who have been diluted countless times, and who are likely to be diluted again shortly, IMO?
CP...
will the next 'halt' take us up or down?
btw, where are the eternal optimists today?
IFU... normally I'd get a good chuckle out of your X-Files reference, but I DON'T FEEL THIS IS FUNNY right now. know what i mean?
i want to believe the drug works as they suggest it does, for multiple reasons, of course.
i want to believe they have a plan.
i want to believe they KNOW it's more effective than the mainstream knows yet and that's why they have not partnered...
i want to believe BP knows it works and wants it, but is simply holding off till untainted trials verify it further, even if it costs them more, which it certainly could
i want to believe the BOD is super sharp and is handling this as I would want them to if I knew what they know.
not sure how many of these things i DO believe. the BOD could do more to convince me.
i'm not sending anything to IR any more.
Yeah, somebody there reads the board anyhow, but either they don't pass on criticisms, or maybe they do...after which the execs talk about them seriously around a conference table...then start cracking up, laughing hysterically about us knuckleheads...after which they crumple up the printed posts/emails and shoot baskets at the garbage can in the corner before one of them says "Let's go for drinks...who's turn is it to buy tonite?"
if Tustin would just put out a shareholder letter re-emphasizing their belief that the science is solid and a bit more patience could result in the reality we've been optimistically waiting on, that would be enough to shut me up for a while.
the lack of defense of the value of the comnpany, and the bavi platform in particular, is midboggling after the organization has so effectively been trashed by so many for so long.
while many here are investors with longer horizons than traders, statement after statement after statement has led shareholders to believe that cash infusion and market cap value increases would be essentially imminent...since they've been 'in talks' with 'increasing interest' etc., for a DECADE.
LONG INVESTORS DON'T EXPECT TO HAVE TO WAIT 10 YEARS FOR THE VALUE OF THEIR INVESTMENT TO INCREASE.
as of today, nada, zero, squat. and back to $1.45 for about the 10th time after being double that.
IT MAKES ME SICK TO KNOW THAT PEOPLE BUYING FOR THE 1ST TIME TOMORROW ARE GETTING IN ON THE GROUND FLOOR, AT A LOWER PRICE THAN MOST OF US.
wait till they see their 'investment' being worth 80% of their cost in a week. they'll be joining the club I'm a member of again.
BOD....whatever 'strategy' you have to maximize value for shareholders....does not appear to be working. How about showing some balls and making a statement that does not run afoul of SEC rules and puts you necks on the line?
until you face some music from disgruntled shareholders and respond to our complaints/concerns, you are the worst kind of capitalists, IMO, and you invite suspicion of underhanded and potentially illegal shenanigans.
for cyrin' out loud. why won't they just get it over with and take this piece of crap down to $1.20 today and get it over with???? we're obviously going lower. then we can listen to everybody talk about how it'll be the last chance to load up...
good grief.
great. AH bid 1.46, ASK is only 1.48. sheesh
dozens of collaborations....
why would others spend their money on experiments with pphm if they weren't confident they'd have some success? it's hard for me to believe pphm is footing all those expenses. aren't there other places 3rd parties could find interesting mabs to work with?
amazing that the pps can't sustain any upward momentum...unless the pros simply don't believe (1) there are dozens, or that (2) it actually is an upstream checkpoint tool.
wow...look at all the buying today.
no wonder duncan didn't want to be present.
