Worst post of the day....as expected
definetly post of the day.....well done!
When you own a good stock there can be many triggers....some obvious, some hidden. That's why it's risky to sell because you never know if the rally's gonna continue or gonna correct. That goes double for the pennies. Those that sold...good for them, those that held, good for them too. Man, I'm just stoked to have found this stock and I'll sell at my own personal targets. I will say it's good to have a plan and stick to it. I've been caught with my pants down too many times following the others and not my own tune. It's been a good day for all of us and many more to follow. Also, if the pps keeps going up tomorrow, because of whatever reason, shorty gonna cover immediately because 10,000,000 more shares just traded. And I'm willing to bet it's shorting goin on. That will light another candle on the rally and away it goes. IMO
They're as old as they feel....everyone's just having alittle fun....it'll be back to the grindstone when the PPS levels off. I think this qroup should be commended for the research they did while we waited over the weekend and yesterday.

Question of the Day: Is there any celebraties that have SCA. If we can find famous people with SCA and make them aware of XKEM, maybe we can get a spokes person. I tried surfing around and found that tons of foundations for SCA that still don't know, or won't talk about Nicosan. Maybe because it is not available in the US yet. Just trying to get this show on the road.
By no means was I picking on you, nor did I think you were anywhere close to bashing. It was brought up earlier that an article had the word "cure" in it and that was noted by a well known basher. Maybe that's why you felt like you were being picked on. Your question needed to be addressed, I thought, and that was what I was trying to do. I have no reason not to respect that question coming from you. I will NOT respect that question coming from a childish little basher. I still think it's a cure thru management, meaning that the cure must be ongoing thru lifetime daily doses. I'm trying to understand what I invested in and it ain't easy for me. It's nice to have pharmacy personel contribute. I'd like to see a doctor or scientist join us too.
Guess I can't call it a cure. But it's close enough.
In clinical studies conducted under NIPRD's auspices, the drug has shown to substantially reduce the degree of sickling of the red blood cells of those afflicted with the disease. While not a cure, the clinical trials have confirmed that the large majority of patients taking NICOSAN(TM) no longer experience sickle cell "crises" while on the medication, and even among those whose crises are not eliminated, the number and severity of the crises are substantially reduced.
I'm confused....so Nicosan is an antisickling drug....which makes it a cure.....right? If the cells don't sickle then it's a cure as long as the patient keeps taking the drug. Am I not seeing something here?
Mr. Sparks and others arguing the cure subject, pfrenz found an article about a drug that is in the pipeline for XKEM that IS an antisickling drug. I got it mixed up with their approved drug, sorry. But another reason this company has so much to offer it's investors now and in the future.

New antisickling agent by Xechem International, Inc
The antisickling properties of 5- hydroxymethyl-2-furfural (5HMF), a naturally occurring 5-carbon ring aromatic aldehyde, have been investigated by a US research group (Br J Haematol 2005; 128: 552–61). It is present in a variety of foods, including coffee, honey, fruit juices and some alcoholic beverages such as wine and spirits. The group demonstrated that 5HMF forms a stable Schiff base adduct with HbS by binding to the N- terminal amino acid (valine) of the two a-globin subunits.
In a series of in vitro experiments, 5HMF binding of HbS was shown to shift, in a dose-dependent manner, the oxygen dissociation curve of HbS to the left. By this means, the group demonstrated that the affinity of HbS for oxygen is increased by 5HMF and therefore, at a given oxygen tension, relatively less HbS is present in deoxy form and relatively more is in oxy form. As it is only the deoxy form of HbS that polymerises and causes cells to sickle, the theoretical effect of the HbS/5HMF adduct would be to reduce sickling.
Reduced sickling in vitro…
It is possible to induce morphologically normal red cells taken from a patient with SCA to sickle in vitro by incubating them in conditions of reduced oxygen tension, and this is the principle of tests used to screen for sickle cell disease. The US group used such an in vitro system to test the ability of 5HMF to inhibit sickling. Suspensions of red cells from patients with SCA were suspended in buffer containing increasing concentrations of 5HMF (0, 1, 2 and 5 mmol/L) and incubated for a maximum of five hours under reduced oxygen tension (4% O2, 96% N). After five hours, a sample of each mixture was recovered for microscopical examination to determine the percentage of sickled cells present.
As expected, more than 90% of red cells showed morphological signs of sickling in the absence of 5HMF. By contrast, percentage sickling decreased in a dose-dependent manner in the presence of 5HMF. Less than 10% of red cells were found to be sickled after incubation with the highest 5HMF concentration (5 mmol/L) and, for the most part, these cells were sickled before the sample was tested. Thus, the authors were able to conclude that 5 mmol/L 5HMF provided total inhibition of any fresh sickling induced by hypoxia.
…and in vivo
To determine the in vivo effect of 5HMF, the investigators used an established mouse model, the transgenic sickle mouse, of human SCA. Transgenic sickle mice have been genetically manipulated to express the human sickle gene so that their haemoglobin is HbS. When these mice are exposed to hypoxia, a sudden accumulation of sickled red cells in the pulmonary microvasculature causes death within minutes.
The US investigators administered 5HMF at a dose of 100 mg/kg bodyweight to eight of the transgenic mice and an equal volume of saline to eight more (controls). One hour later all mice were exposed to hypoxia (5% O2). All control mice died within 15 minutes, whereas all but one of the eight mice given 5HMF survived the hour of experimental hypoxia.
No adverse effect on erythocytes
In a series of in vitro experiments, the group demonstrated no detectable adverse effect of 5HMF on HbS (no signs of oxidation to MetHb or denaturation) or erythrocyte physiology. It had no effect on the erythrocyte N+/K+ pump (membrane exchange of hydrogen and sodium ions) or hydration of erythrocytes.
Promising results
This study has demonstrated the ability of a naturally occurring substance, 5HMF, to form a stable Schiff adduct with HbS. This adduct results in relatively less HbS in the insoluble (deoxy) form that causes red cells to sickle. In vitro and in vivo inhibition of red cell sickling by 5HMF has been demonstrated and no adverse effects of 5HMF, at a concentration shown to prevent sickling, have been discovered so far. Clearly, much work remains to be done, but these preliminary results suggest that 5HMF is a promising antisickling agent that may be of benefit to those severely affected by SCA. n
That's the post I was looking for.....I agree.
There is little doubt that financing either thru loan, grant, or donation will be available. They have the backing of Nigera and the success of their product is speading like wildfire. The S-10 disclaimer is manditory.
Seems every board has their resident basher...kinda like a pet cockroach or rat. They become more of a comedic presence or pest. They realize their place among familiar surroundings and look foward to stirring the soup. They have childish tendencies. These are not the professionals, the sneaky ones. They are babies always looking for their rattles in order get attention from the annoying sounds they make.
Just for the record...I was being sarcastic. I loathe that little basher
Just the tip of the iceberg...so much more room for this company to grow
Keep us up to date there tdd. We always look foward to your opinions.
My Ameritrade is working fine
I can't find the article but I think it's noted that it is a partial cure, preventing a majority of the cells from sickleing allowing the body to process, without duress, the cells that do.
Does chdt and dkgr have anything to do with Xkem. I read alot of posts here about them.
Let me tell you alittle story about the Bob family.
Bob, his brother Bob, and his other brother Bob found a stock that was sure to be a hit. They invested all their bootleggin money into this pharma company. The oldest brother Bob had good learnen so he read about all possibilities about how this stock would be a success and it was overwelming. The rarest kinda pharma company that had no law suits against them, they had several drugs accepted by the FDA and global medicine, they were backed by big government, and they were leading the industry in organic cures for some really nasty ailments. The company actually turned a country's economy around with their healing ability. Why, even Bob's dad (Bob Sr.) wanted in. They got in at an unbelievable .035 and within a year it was at .50. Unfortunatly, only the Bobs of the world really took notice along with most of the victums of the ailments that could afford to invest because the PPS was too low. When Bob's family first got in there were less than 500 investors. Now there were about 5000 investors. The Bobs were amazed that they had accumulated damn near a fortune even after they sold half their original shares to live on.
THEN...There was news of a 1:10 R/S. In the chat room Bob saw many arguments between the people that had bought in a year ago and so called bashers and weak hands. Bob alerted his family that everybody's talking about selling and cursing the company. Bob was confused that people that once loved the company had forgotten what the company had accomplished. He didn't want anything to do with such confusion and convinced his family to sell everything. They did it just in time because soon the stock fell 50% just on the rumor of an R/S. They bought a used houseboat and for the rest of their lives fished and drank till they fell over.
After the reverse split the stock was worth around $2.50. For a year it slowly made it's way back up to around $3 because revenues for their products were great but the investors still had a bad taste in their mouth from the R/S so buying just wasn't what it used to be. Then came the news that the company was being upgraded to the NAS and that would reach out to the instituion's radar and strong buying pressure would again resume making the company dept free. This was very welcome news because the investors were tired hearing just about revenues. The stock climbed to over $5 ps and all the sudden instead of 5000 investors there were 50,000 because not only did the Bob's cousins buy in but the biggest of the big investors and everyone inbetween started moving the stock to pharmaland. The nicknames given to the ones that bought in under .05 and still had half their shares were Xkemaires. I think Bob woulda liked that don't you.
You really do have issues. Your alone in an empty room, bleeding from some wound, talking to yourself. I really hope that changes for you.
There are some people excited about owning this stock that hope out loud. Positive thinking is good. Telling them that they are dreaming and that good things will FOR SURE never happen for them is just not enjoyable. Nobody likes to loss money, something a pumper can do by convincing them that they are in a for sure situation. But you have to admit, the research is justified and it sounds better and better all the time. And yes, it's been documented that there are investors that will not sell till they hit a target price. It's up to them whether they change their minds, not us. But there have been cases that have hit their targets even in a very long wait.
You know the ol sayin: Ya got so close if it was a snake it woulda bit ya. Well, I think scarecrow just might have gotten too close to all this new info being pulled up that he got himself bit. Until the wound heals he's gonna be pissed. Let the pain subside and he'll be right there with us. He'll have no choice. Heal or be killed by the poison.
Political pressure = Buying pressure = Bingo
I think you'll get your R/S and balance sheet revs. Just not tomorrow. Hang in there for the long run....I think it'll be worth it. (And to prevent a pumpers metality I always put I think in front of MY opinions.) I gamble quite a bit and I'm about to bet alot on this company with money I made from gambling. For what it's worth.
Man, I've got to get a premier subscription to IHUB so I can mark these articles. So many of these articles I want at my fingertips. Good one pfrenz
When the breakouts happen, because of revenue or constrution progress or donations from Gates foundation or FDA approvals or the drug pipeline progress, (and that's just the tip of the iceberg) there will be new trading ranges developing all the time. Playing these ranges is the way I make a living. This stock is prime for this kinda play. My hope is we leave this penny world and enter into the pharma world with our "witch doctor" medicine. mcapinvestor has our hopes in mind when stating "We are on the bottom floor of a great company that very well may change alot of the old thinking about the pharma industry." So let it be written, so let it be done.
I'll start to peal the banana at .07.....but my goal is to have more shares than I started with at $1. Buying the dips and selling the tops. Good luck to me...right.
our drug....Niprisan is Nicosan is Hemoxin is Nix-0699. Have I missed anything....lordy
Thanks tdd. Good luck to you too.
SWEEEEET...a kings ransom of DD out there and it's pouring in tonight. I'm giving a person mark to all that contribute. Being able to cover the graves of the bashers with research will clean up this board. I don't really care what the pps is gonna do tomorrow. I'm gonna shovel a bunch of dry powder to my account and back the truck up. Well done ya'll.
Whose baby is Niprison...couldn't find affiliation with XKEM. I may have missed something.
Let's see if my candle theory will work this time....black candle then white then up. Didn't work last time but has been on the dot times before. If not, time to buy. It's all good. I feel good about it anyway.
Ahhh, that's a horse of a different color. Is there anyone else working on the 5-HMF solution? I assume the trials are protected with discovery patents.
What phase of the trials are we in?
Is XKEM's research on 5-HMF being used on humans anywhere globally?
What's the chemical breakdown of Nicosin.
Lots of DD for me.
Thanks jannie
