The entire company is under the US umbrella.
Don’t preach to me, I already know this lol.
Well this is cute, PWC pulled the report from the website.
Only 27 of their 270 patents are listed under Canada

You speak with certainty, of which you don’t have. I’ll spend my money where I like, but thanks for your “warning”.
That shareholders get paid. Of course they already know that though.
It says in the report that pwc will forward all documents needed to us courts.
Exactly, no reason not to disclose everything on the 18th as were just waiting for the judges sign off.
Further confirmation can be pulled from the bid document about LCY Fronting the bill because this document makes zero mention of visolis’ cash flow. Digging online visolis couldn’t afford this transaction if they wanted to.
Also the strike out boxes with matching fonts indicate to me an 8 digit number for the deposit and a 9 digit number for the bid amount as mentioned by some.
Since this offering was presented by visolis (a private US company) and not LCY (a public Taiwan company) we can safely assume the buyout amount is in USD as the conversion for tawain to usd is .032. Even with at 50m usd offer this would be the equivalent of 1.56b in Taiwanese currency.
Digging a little on this KKR has agreed to buy LCY as a strategic acquisition and keeping existing management in place.
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20180722005024/en/Proposed-Acquisition-LCY-Chemical-Corp.-KKR-Consortium
LCY is utilizing KKRs resources to expand their portfolio, and coincidentally is buying bioamber in the process.
Visolis is entering this joint venture with LCY because of their biotech. Quite simply LCY is fronting the bill and allowing Visolis (through some sort of unknown agreement) to use the facility to produce their products and also produce sussinic acid.
LCY/KKR will then sell the products abroad to their current client base.
Sounds like a pretty harmonious JV to me. Haven’t sold a share and won’t until we get the details. I think this is going to surprise a lot of people.
Agreed. Something doesn’t jive, the extension was granted by creditors and the court to come to an agreement. Creditors would of rather it gone to liquidation and get paid then not.
Exactly. KKR allowed LCY to purchase bioamber and in turn protects KKR from any backlash if something were to go south.
If You think the buyers didn’t negotiate those debts down you’re crazy LOL. Everything is negotiable, including the current debts to creditors.
Just gonna leave this here..

Most definitely not. I’ve been kind enough to share my DD and insight, not tell people when to buy and sell.
It says approval on the 18th but I’m not certain on if we’ll get the buyout amount by then. Still reading and researching things out.
After reading that in its entirety I can’t believe people sold LOL
Asset
Something valuable that an entity owns, benefits from, or has use of, in generating income.
Accounting: Something that an entity has acquired or purchased, and that has money value (its cost, book value, market value, or residual value). An asset can be (1) something physical, such as cash, machinery, inventory, land and building, (2) an enforceable claim against others, such as accounts receivable, (3) right, such as copyright, patent, trademark, or (4) an assumption, such as goodwill. Assets shown on their owner's balance sheet are usually classified according to the ease with which they can be converted into cash.
What else would you call a company and it’s components/resources? They’re assets... I don’t know how to simplify it anymore than that.
No way is the buyer going to throw away 235m in NOLS. The purchaser has already figured out a work around to keep as much of these NOLs intact as possible, this much I assure you.
Because of this bioamber as a whole is going to be sold.
Assets are components of the business be it the plant, patents, client base etc that are underneath the Bioamber umbrella. Strategic investors don’t cherry pick, they buy the whole cow.
The lack of integrity by some here astounds me, slap the ask if you want shares and be sure cover your shorts. You lost this one, accept it and move on.
Then ditch that garbage account and open literally any other broker and wire transfer the money in in the morning.
About as black and white as it can be isn’t it? Vesting order = buyout. Yet some are STILL trying to plant doubt. If there’s anyone short on this are those minuscule profits you’re chasing worth the risk of financial ruin?
Not that I care though, I hope they all burn. Karma is a...
Ceo averaged to .26
You’re reading the wrong peoples posts then. You have zero clue how many pms I get on multiple sites daily asking for me to spoon feed them the same answers to everything daily.
I’ve got it all over Twitter, not taking my other post down for one little snippet. Hit up the other mods who have severely outdated info for a sticky.
You clearly don’t know how this process works if you’re questioning that being mentioned. Educate yourself.
Perhaps, but those updates located below usually coincide with a monitor report update. I think they updated it early by accident since they pulled it. Expecting a real update VERY soon.
I have it posted on twitter already, just in case pwc decided to pull it back down
We already knew we weren’t in liquidation when the CEO and CTO weren’t kept on the payroll. This is further confirmation of a buyout happening. Attention to detail is key.
All I want to know is when and how much, because that’s all that’s left here. The 18th fast approaches..
That’s because reading comprehension is something most people lack nowadays.
Vesting order = buyer.
vest·ed
adjective
1.
secured in the possession of or assigned to a person.
"a state law vested the ownership of all wild birds to the individual counties"
For those who can’t read a vesting order means a buyer.
That got updated in the past 10 minutes, I’ve been keeping an eye on it.
Funny part is most people don’t realize it can take YEARS for the FAA to approve anything. They “could” be using this money to fund testing but the patent will expire before they get anywhere with it. Seems to me they’re just sucking the well dry while they can. Oh well, lesson learned for some I hope.
Are people actually stupid enough to buy this hunk of junk?
Looks like it’s almost time to reload here, just gotta catch that bottom bounce.. on watch.
Don’t forget they have over $5B cash on hand as of last quarter as well. The offering is supplemental for them, not a necessity.
I’ll stick with my Aussies, I’d never survive with a puppy this destructive lol. You’ve got way more patience than I do haha.
A yellow lab puppy, dog sitting for a family member. I never had this problem with any of my Aussies lol.
Lol, I don’t drink coffee, but now that you say that I know what you’re referring to, just didn’t click. Haven’t changed my outlook, just tired today honestly. Damn puppy kept me up all night
I have no clue what “sanka” is.
I trust Sorhay over 99% of the people here, PWC probably had some last minute updates they needed to address and didn’t complete them during the work day.
People need to manage their expectations and realize pwc said they didn’t need until the 18th, and they wouldn’t of said that just because.
The way this is trading shows me that people are holding for the end regardless, scared money makes no money.
